Warm and accommodating reception and staff. Excellent location, it is on the quiet and newly developed side across the main buildings of Gold Souk. The MRT is easily accessible, about 3 mins walk, cafes and groceries are available too. Clean rooms and comfy beds. They have free shuttles to Dubai Mall and Kite Beach.

The hotel is very poor in terms of room cleanliness. The rooms are not cleaned properly, and the cleaning is very superficial. Used glasses that had been drunk from were left without being washed. Food trays left outside the room doors are sometimes left there for two days without being removed. Basic items such as tissues and hotel slippers are not provided. Overall, the service and cleanliness are very bad, and the stay was disappointing.
