I booked with Mercure deira Dubai and the since all of you under the same group accor , and this time Mercure is under operation so they transferred me to Novotel, it was my first time in Novotel that reception where exit extremely nice especially and female officer is called (querly) if I remember , everyone is friendly , everyone is so sweet , the boys are really helpful From now on I will only go to Novotel thank you so much for such and great hospitality
