Our booking was made with Mercure Deira, just down the road from this hotel. This booking was made only a few days ago on 14th July. we have stayed a number of times at Mercure and were very happy with this hotel. On Arrival we were told the hotel was closed and transferred to Novotel, we accepted assuming facilities would be the same. Unfortutunetly this was NOT the case! 1st - parking was awkward having to take change lifts from ground floor 2nd - got to room, no iron, only 1 towel for 2 people! took a day to get more 3rd - we then realised the tv and fridge were not working! 4th - when we asked for ice to cool drinks, we were told we need to pay for ice! which never arrived anyway This was not a good experience at all, we should have been informed hotel was closed as i understand it has been for a number of months, why is it still appearing on booking sites?? Well at least we know never to book this hotel and advise others! Regards YYM

I had a great experience staying here at Novotel Dubai Gold District sherina plaza 4. I recommend it honestly by giving genuine review of the situation. Hotel vibe is so good and location is outstanding. Hotel management team and staff are cooperative both morning and evening shifts, including restaurant staff at breakfast. I need some good place to relax my mind and get peaceful time to work on my project so I have chosen Novotel. SPECIAL THANKS to Mr.bola and Mr. Anil Sheikh manager/cluster coordinator as I discussed about the issue in detail and they make it sure that my stay gets comfortable and enjoyable. Grateful to other team members Ye win, Than and Saw, all of them are cooperative. I got stress-free relaxing time. they have accommodated me properly. All the Facilities are available. Highly Recommended if anyone wants to study, have meetings and vacations, even if you want some lively place to enjoy in room and surrounding of hotel by walk with easy access. Do check it out.
