Nice hotel, but need to improve on customer services. Breakfast area items not replenished had to ask for bowls both mornings. Also room cleaning very poor. First morning there was no shower gel so washed with shampoo. Returned to room late afternoon to find room had not been serviced, so had to phone housekeeping. The following day we did not get room serviced until 5 pm. 😔

Hotel has no room dinning service, every request was denied on multiple occasions. Also the guest check out experience was very poor and even water is not offered and denied. These are the basic tenets of Hospitality - how can you deny water ?

Everything was great. The staff were well trained and friendly. Room is in the small side and the bathroom lacked character . But the room was very clean . Only downside the room on level 3 is noisy with noise from the street and highway.
