I had an amazing stay at Mercure, Deira. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the location was perfect with east access to Metro. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Sound isolation was awful, I could hear everything happened outside. And in Dubai something happen outside practically 24/7. Extremely slow WiFi. One of the blackout curtains in corner room did not cover the window completely, hence it was too bright in the room starting from 6am every day. Staff is absolutely friendly and try be helpful, but seems to be overwhelmed as they forget to do what you ask.
