Great stay at Mercure Dubai Deira. Fast and smooth check-in, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. The location is excellent just steps from the Metro station making it very convenient for getting around

Overall, the stay was satisfactory; however, this time there were a few concerns that need to be highlighted. Room service was delayed on multiple occasions, and on one day it was missed entirely. Almost every alternate day, I had to request basic amenities such as towels and a dental kit. I also noticed a dengue mosquito in my room, which was concerning. I repeatedly shared these issues with the reception. Additionally, one of the power sockets in the room was not functioning and remained unfixed until checkout, despite informing both the reception and the maintenance team multiple times. Although one socket near the kettle was repaired, the second issue was identified 2–3 days later and was never resolved before checkout.
