Being my first time, I can say the hotel room is entirely no downsides.. elegant and service staff is polite and fast for attending request. Only in Reception - the lady staff in charge, immediately asking how long will I stay, and continued by saying ....because we have lots of guests tomorrow. For me this is not proper, a statement that immediately implies there's no chance of extension request whatsoever. Every Client is important, you make them feel they are most welcome by at least saying something wonderful about the hotel and you are at service anytime, not limiting them or being compromised and thanking for choosing your hotel.
