Small room, window doesn't close properly (lets in the cold), no natural light, tiny fridge, no wardrobe or shelving space, slow internet, television with only a few belgian tv channels, no kettle to make tea, no soundproofing. This room was a so-called "superior room". Positive: clean, great location, nice shower, good bed.

Parking access was really difficult. It would have been good to have a drop off point to allow luggage to be unloaded. Staff were great, but the rooms are really small - and having a wash hand basin in a different "cupboard" to the toilet was not wonderful. Breakfast was the best for the three nights we spent in different IBIS hotels
