Perfect, 100%. From booking the room I sent an email requesting extra pillows and towels and as Kaat stating they would be in the room when we arrived. Clear instructions on how to unload the car outside the hotel and where to park it. Room ready when we arrived, so just so efficient. The location is great too, just walk over the road and you are straight in to the heart of this vibrant city. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will be back again. Thanks :).

The receptionist on arrival was very accommodating and helped locate a power adapter for me as I lost my new one. Breakfast was also very good with a good selection of cold and warm food. The room itself was a little odd. Whilst I knew what to expect from the bed from the pictures, the lack of toilet door was a little off putting. The bed also hurt my back, although it was generally quite comfortable.

My trip was for business. The hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean, and comfortble, breakfast was good but was extra. My biggest complaint is that the hotel is very darkly decorated. My room was a standard type, and was quite small. All okay for a short stay but for longer I would want more room to sit down away from the bed. Overall no issues and suited my needs for this trip.

Such a lovely hotel right in the middle of Hasselt. The family room was perfect for us, really clean, nicely decorated, and full of fun, quirky touches that made it feel a bit different from your usual hotel. The A/C worked great, and the espresso machine was honestly a highlight! The staff were super friendly and professional, and you could tell they really care about the place. Breakfast was spot on too, loads of choice, both hot and cold, so there was something for everyone. We were genuinely really impressed and would 100% stay here again.

No good room type for business trip, I booked superior room and got upgraded to a family room, no feeling of upgrade just some big wasted space of kids bed. Then I was given a standard three beds room although I booked superior room.
