I hadn’t had the best booking experience with the Hotel not honouring the advertised website price but, the All customer service addressed this for me although the Hotel refused. It seems that some of the prices advertised on the website are ‘unbookable’ through the website and you are advised to ring the hotel direct- the hotel simply say the price on the website is impossible as they never offer that price. When you arrive at the hotel by car you follow big Green Ibis illuminated arrows. You then drive through into a courtyard and there is ample parking behind the hotel - unfortunately the frustrated staff won’t let you park there and instead you have to move your car to another underground carpark. The Hotel would really benefit from sending out some sort of ‘we are looking forward’ email that gives decent guidance about not following the signage and going straight to the carpark they wish you to use OR allowing guests to use the ample space behind the hotel that they say is for employees only (There is plenty of space!) The staff were pretty grumpy at having to explain the parking to all the guests and I wouldn’t say they were the normal warm welcoming staff I would expect. That said the Hotel building and furnishing etc was good. I should also add that I did the pre-check in on my app but still had to go through the whole rigmarole at check in.

This is why staff inform you about that. Sorry if the attitude staff telling you wasn't that all guests can expect at arrival as feel free welcome. I will check for it. We do not have any rate promotion bookable only by phone to benefit it, really strange what happened and meantime we asked to departement sales to check. We take in our own account all of your remark to improve it. At Ibis Styles, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer, therefore your feedback is very important to us.
