The reception staff at teh hotel were brilliant as were the breakfast team they did everything to make us welcome. The facilities are functional rather than cosy or comfortable It is a great practical hotel

I absolutely loved this place. The surroundings are so calm and peacefull, the room was very large and clean. If it would be possible financially, I would live in that room. Breakfast was also really great.

Nice hotel, nice room, good location, good breakfast. Breakfast was less extended compared to another Mercure hotel where I stayed before. Very limited privileges for platinum members compared to other hotels. I was not able to use my points although I had enough available. Although t is not a problem for me, to my opinion the hotel personnel - at least at the reception desk should speak the language of the country where the hotel is located, which was not the case.

Just wonderful... Awesome Team, close the natur and yet next to the city.

Eventhough we this trip wasn't blessed with tons of luck (got a cold right after we came to the hotel) the Crew of the Hotel Valkenburg did everything to make our stay as comfy as possible. It was our first time in Valkenburg, but that is for sure not the last time. I wish the Team all the best for the upcomming summer season, keep up the good work and see you next time.
