The night staff was most helpful. All were courteous to us, and we were able to get a good's night rest which was needed. The only negative is the lack of an electrical outlet anywhere near the bathroom area, even in the bedroom near to it. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

While our rooms are designed with guest convenience in mind, we understand that the location of outlets can be important. We offer power strips at the reception to help with additional power needs. reception could not even book a breakfast at check-in. reception did not give my bill at check-out. Now I can not regularly apply for my travel cost at my company.

We stayed in this Ibis on our drive from Munich to London, conveniently located, easy access with good restaurants nearby.

Great price but a bit dated

I would say that the hotel was in good enough location for my journey and at a great price. However, it is a bit dated now and the parking wasn't great. The location is very busy thanks to other businesses around and with poor parking availability/surface/lighting, and so I wasn't thrilled to leave my car there overnight. Not likely to stay there again.
