We are pleased to read that you appreciated our central location, the size of your room, the shower and the friendliness of our team. We are nevertheless sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We have taken note of your comments regarding the condition of some facilities, the common areas, the breakfast offer and the overall comfort. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with the relevant teams as part of our continuous improvement process. Regarding the room temperature, we understand that the exceptionally high temperatures during your stay may have affected your comfort. Our hotel does not have air conditioning, and we regret any misunderstanding regarding the information consulted before your reservation. We always recommend checking the available facilities according to your personal needs before confirming a stay. Concerning parking, our hotel collaborates with a nearby public car park offering a preferential rate for our guests under certain conditions. We are sorry if there was any confusion regarding the applicable rate. We appreciate your loyalty to Accor hotels and regret that this stay did not fully reflect the experience you were expecting. We are sincerely sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been not to have a functioning room key upon arrival and to have to rely on a member of our team each time you wished to access your room. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Unfortunately, during your stay we experienced an unexpected technical issue affecting our key card system. Our team did everything possible to ensure you could still access your room while the issue was being addressed, but we understand that this did not provide the level of comfort and independence you were entitled to expect. We also regret the shortcomings you mentioned regarding the room preparation and the items stored in the corridor. Your comments have been shared with the relevant departments so that appropriate corrective measures can be taken.
