For us it was a no-brainer to chose Ibis Budget Stein again. And as before we were not dissapointed: it delivers on its promises and does better than expected on some accounts. Especially the people working there are great: always very friendly and ready to help you!

We stayed at the hotel during a busy weekend and every room was occupied but the staff was still very attentive. The breakfast is quite extensive and the food was nice. Our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean. My only drawback is that the pillows were way too soft which is of course a personal preference but something to be mindful of.

The hotel is a little further from the city centre, but the convenient parking made this a good trade-off. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. One area that could be improved is the customer service. I am used to all hotel staff greeting guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff did not greet guests, and I also witnessed an argument between staff members. It was uncomfortable to experience, especially as I understand Russian and could follow the conversation. This affected the overall impression of an otherwise pleasant stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights while attending the Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium. We've been choosing this hotel every year because it offers great value for money. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the motorway, making the one-hour drive to Spa easy and stress-free. The rooms are always clean, the staff are polite and welcoming and we've consistently had a pleasant stay. The breakfast is decent but quite basic and we think it could be improved with a bit more variety. Other than that, we have no complaints. We're happy to keep coming back and will definitely see you again next year! Best, EN

This is a great choice if you have a car and a need a stay in the area. The staff are very friendly; the place is very convenient and clean. The greenery around is amazing. Rooms are small but you only need a room for a sleep on a comfy bed. Breakfast is well priced and has just what you need. Enjoy a cup of coffee as well in a nice restaurant area. I talked too much but just loved the place.

One night stay on our way south. Very friendly welcome, simple and small but nice room at the third floor. Breakfast is simple but good. Ample parking place and located close to the highway A2.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Nice and quiet location, but unfortunately far from any train station if you want to use it as a base for visiting Maastricht without the burden of a car. The restaurant was ok, but for dinner most of the items on the menu were not available.

We found all the staff so helpful with a special mention of Jana she went out of her way to help my husband & I. All the staff here are friendly This hotel is very well run & the breakfast & two dinners we had were excellent well done to the chef & his helpers.

Same room that last year but 30 euros more.???? For this price we can find an hotel with at least a coffee machine in the room.
