Great location depending on what you require. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant service was very good. The meal was presented very well. The staff went to a lot of effort to make sure everything was ok.

This was our second stay at the Ibis Budget Stein Maastricht. I am an ALL card holder and travel as often as I can. I feel that this hotel is at the absolute top end of Ibis Budgets, cleaner than most of the Ibises I've stayed in, and nicer even than some Mercures. Obviously the hotel rooms are relatively small and basic, but that is just fine if you are only at the hotel to sleep and shower. I really care about cleanliness in this age of covid, RSV, flu etc. and being able to trust that the bedroom and bathroom have been properly sanitised is so important! Also the staff are really friendly, and there is enough parking for the number of hotel rooms.
