1. The public transport connectivity to this hotel is poor 2 What makes it worst is the staff's attitude. Couple of examples: A. I am a SILVER member. I had 2 bookings. For neither of them, I was offered a welcome drink. I asked for the frst booking and then I got it. For 2nd booking, wehn I asked, i was called 'aweful' by the lady at the reception. She got overfriendly taking our friendliness for granted. This is not have to behave with your guests. B. Due to the crowded weekend, the breakfast was getting consumed too fast but there were just 2 people managing it and clearly they couldnt manage. The Granola's were empty and when I asked the gentleman serving brekafst , he said that they had ran out of it. The next day when I asked another lady, she was kind enough to check and refill it. so clearly no intentions of taking care of your customers 3. The food menu that starts at 12noon did not start at all. Reason being they were understaffed. 4. For the 2nd night, I had 2 rooms booked and the app did not show it. So now probably accor will not even credit me for that for which I have to fight again. Typical IBIS budget experience! I am losing my interest in ACCOR now.

Needed to have a hotel near chemelot, chose this one as you also have easy access to steinerbos and a nice restaurant in that park. Only minor issue was that the elevator was in maintenance, guess they fixed that by now.

Strange smell in shower...

Reception at anytime is perfect, rooms are clean and have all the necessary utilities. Last but not least, there should be a technical reason explaining this but when entering into the shower, there's a really strong disturbing smell of transpiration (don't even ask, it's not mine!).
