Travelling as a family of three, with one disabled person in a wheelchair, and our dog, this place is unique, offering one room to fit all! Hard to find these days, a wheelchair accessible, dog friendly room for 3. Add to that, a very friendly and welcoming team, a great bed, good breakfast and nice atmosphere. Plus free parking, opposite a park to walk the dog, what more could you wish for? Top marks.

We had a very pleasant weekend stay at ibis budget Stein Maastricht. The hotel has a large, convenient parking area and very new, clean rooms. Sound insulation is excellent: we stayed on the ground floor close to the reception and breakfast area and did not hear any noise at all. The beds were very comfortable, and the room layout is compact but extremely well thought through. Two adults and one child slept very well. The staff was friendly and welcoming, breakfast was good and well organized with time slots. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and the Christmas decorations created a very nice atmosphere. The only minor downside is that the breakfast room is quite small, so at peak times there can be a short wait for seating. Overall, a great value for money and a place we would happily choose again.

Room is what we expected. No frills. The position of the bed against the wall wasn't ideal for getting out during the night. The shower could have been cleaner, but there was plenty hot water. Towels were okay. Overall, okay for an overnight stay.

Experience was disappointed. The sink was clogged on arrival and indicated this at the frontdesk (room 306), however this was not taken care of for the second night. Therefore decided to cancel follow up booking and book at different Accor Label.
