Nice building - under renovation

The building is being renovated - and from we have seen, it is needed! Personnel was very nice and helpful. Rooms have a nice view over the river, but are far away from the breakfast room. Breakfast was very good, in a beautiful room!

Rooms ok but too noisy

I will not stay here again until the road works and hotel works are finished

The hotel was good, but I asked to book taxi at 6.40 morning. Taxi was not arrived. In reception guys called to central and they didn’t have this booking. 2 Taxi arrived in this time from 6.40 till 6.50 , and everybody was for the Pilot from Qatar , suddenly the taxi driver decided to help me ( thanks a lot for this favour) . We arrived at 7.02 , my train was at 7.01. For the payment we had the problem with my card or with machine, I wanted give a cash , but the driver haven’t cash to return me change. So I told if this ‘excellent ’’ job created by Mercure team , they will pay you. Later somebody from taxi or …. , (0…5) no idea who is he and started explained me that taxi was on time at 6.39,because he saw in camera, and forgot one thing a call to central for booking again my taxi …and also told me that it’s normal service from the driver to be late …. Question why I have to listen such people and why such liar are working in your hotel ? To have access to the camera from hotel can do it only your personal

We are only an intermediary. My colleague at the reception did not see you the morning of your departure. There were several taxis ordered for the same time. However, we cannot tell you who contacted you since we do not have your telephone number. I am sorry for the inconvenience but it is a shame to receive a negative rating for a service that does not depend on our establishment. Had quite a bit of difficulty finding the Hotel however after telephoning Reception we were directed to the entrance.
