Quite old hotel but staying was comfortable. Unfortunately, no fitness area in the facility.

The hotel was even nicer than we expected. However, the parking was too small and it was a struggle to secure a spot without being in the way for another car, and this for 15 euros a night... We thought it was overpriced.

The hotel is well situated on a bus and tram route. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Just a note that the bar and restaurant are both closed on Sundays but there are cafes and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

Nice restaurant but low room equipment

For an hôtel like Mercure, I was surprised not to ha a fridge, no body lotion or anything extra beside shampoo and shower gel in bathroom, lighting in the room was not fully working. The mixtape of hotel is great but rooms need an upgrade for me

The hotel and room looked nice. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant and breakfast were good. However, unfortunately, it was very warm in the room. When I entered it was 27C. I turned on the a/c but it did not work properly. I waited an hour to see if the temperature would decrease but it only decreased to 26C. I reported this at the reception and I was told there was an issue with the a/c and that all the rooms had this issue and nothing could be done. This was not told to me upon checking in an hour before. It would have been of service if this had already been told at check-in because the problem must have been there then already.
