We were very happy with the room upgrade. We had a complaint about the dog in another room in the hallway that was barking a lot but there was no one at the reception when we wanted to check out. We waited but no one showed up so we put the keys in the fast check out box.

We order lunch (tosti with eggs), which took 1 hour instead of 20 min. The order was also wrong. Room cleaning was not available anymore after 14.00h and late check-out on Sunday was only till 12.00h. For these services I don't need a gold member status.
