Outside of the hotel is quite dated but the inside including the room is fine. Front desk team members totally lacked warmth and any sort of interest in their clients. For this reason I probably wouldn’t book here again.

Very welcoming staff (reception / front-office, restaurant). - Vera was very helpful and accommodating to expedite check-in - The chef and waiter during dinner were very nice to my kids and kept them entertained - Too bad weather wasn't accommodating but the pool would have been nice plus not sure if there was a child's pool or jacuzzi but that can be considered in future

Very friendly staff, but the hotel is really in need of a rennovation, especially the bathrooms. The breakfast is really overpriced, especially considering that there were faily no options of fresh fuits nor fresh juice, and the quality of the bread and egg plats were not there.
