Location was easy to reach with parking available, fast check in/out (with online check-in) and friendly clerk. Clean and modern room. Also breakfast was good so overall great stay and I would definitely come back next time I am in Maastricht.

Overall good hotel but it’s sad that restaurant close at 2100 and there are not many options to eat. The room was clean but it’s visible the hotel has the old standard from novotel.The staff was very nice and helpfull

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Polite and helpful staff, clean rooms, good quality breakfast (a larger variation would have been appreciated), proximity to city centre (walking, taking the hotel's shuttle, or even the city's buses). However, there are a couple of disadvantages, like an inadequate isolation or a hard mattress.

The room was quite comfortable and well equipped; the staff were friendly and helpful. I thought the car park charge of €8 per day was excessive, given that the hotel is not near the town centre.

Average in all. Shower and bed could be better, but the room was roomy and could make it plenty dark with the curtains. Diner was below average, breakfast was good and above average. I will not visit a Novotel / Accorhotels hotel anymore though. Not because of this stay, but because your e-mail policy. I hate that I need to unsubscribe from receiving e-mails. I did not ask for you to use my personal information to send m. spam. You can't do that and therefore you lost a customer.

Slipped in bathroom

Not so good. When take a shower, I slipped in bathtub. Happy and bad that my toe went down well. Because of this not fallen but have a blue toe. It is out of date and worthy of Novotel to shower in a bathtub. Think especially of the elderly who do not even have the opportunity to step into such a bathtub.

don't ask for a taxi if you don't want to wait .

The stay was mostly fine except for 2 points; - we were asked to pay for the breakfast while we had paid for it already. - we were told the taxi would be there within 10 minutes but we had to wait half an hour. Even when we booked it in advance.

The fine for smoking in the room

One of us paid fine for smoke in his room. I was surprised that he didn't get any warning for the first day smoking in the room. It caused him to pay the fine for two days.

Great location, Easy On/Off. Overnight parking 8.00 euros. Little walk to Maastricht old town center. Everybody was very friendly. Clean and comfortable room. Beautiful garden and swimming pool area. Good breakfast. Lunch available.

I am an accor gold card holder. When I made the reservation I asked to pay with my points. The desk had no knowledge of this request and infored me it would not be possible without downloading the app. The process failed because the app could not (repeat, could not) recognize my existing account. When I checked out I noticed that I was charged for a drink that I had paid for with a voucher. I was given my change but the man at the desk kept the receipt. I have asked that a new receipt be sent to my twice. I'm still waiting. Sloppy, sloppy.

The 2 single beds pushed together with a gap between and separate sheets isn't ideal when paid for a superior double room. Would have expected a double or king sized bed at the price. Found it quite uncomfortable
