Dear Monica, Thank you for sharing your opinion about your time at our hotel. We appreciate your recognition of our room standards and essential amenities during your stay. However, we regret to learn that certain aspects of your visit did not meet your expectations. Please know that the comfort and safety of our guests remain very important to us, and our team is available 24/7 should any concerns arise during a stay. As no issues were not brought to the attention of our front desk team at the time, we unfortunately were not given the opportunity to assist or take immediate action. Additionally, we would like to mention that cooking in the rooms is neither possible nor permitted. Regarding the restaurant pricing mentioned, we believe there may have been some confusion, as the combined cost of a pizza and a portion of chicken wings would not amount to the figure quoted. We welcome visitors of all cultures and backgrounds, and again thank you for your comments. Guest feedback remains important to us as we continually strive to enhance the overall guest experience.
