I spent 4 nights here and found it to be a comfortable, reliable choice. The location is well-connected: it’s a short 10-minute walk to the Saint-Ouen metro and about 7 minutes to the tram line, with easy access to bus stations as well. The only disappointment was the lack of a kettle and coffee in the room. If you need a caffeine fix first thing in the morning, you’ll have to head down to the lobby.

The hotel is nice but i couldn't sleep pillow are very hard and big, i had migraines and problems with my neck and there is no other pillow!

I had for 3 days no room key card leading to a situation where I had to wait every time I wanted to go into my room; in one night there was a fire alarm without reason; not really comfortable stay at all

Key cards malfunctioned requiring front desk to escort me to the room. Fire alarm wents off at 6am (having no door jey). breakfast quality is basic. Staff is friendly and doing thier best but seem overall semi professional. Room and location remain convenient
