Hotel was well presented and clean throughout. Staff were accommodating with parking (although being able to reserve this would be an excellent improvement) and also with letting me leave belongings in the lobby briefly before loading the car (we have a small child who came with lots of baggage!). Hotel was also excellent value for money.

Hotel is basic, no inclusion of bottled water, kettle or proper cups (2 paper cups in the bathroom were provided). Hard to call this a 3 star hotel without these basics. Although there is a bar and restaurant in the lobby of the hotel, these aren't affiliated, so when redeeming my welcome drink I was only entitled to a bottle of water or soft drink... TV doesn't allow HDMI connections. This is supposedly a non smoking hotel, however, it was obvious that this is not enforced, with the constant smell of smoke in the corridor. Location wise, it is out of town, this is not something that reflects the rating, since I knew about it before booking, but there is access to 3 metro stations within 15 minutes. I'd suggest taking Garibaldi station instead of Porte de Saint Ouen, otherwise you'll be walking through gravel and surrounded by paupers. Shame, the ibis product is usually quite consistent, but this one didn't meet that expectation.

The double rooms are just 2 single beds pushed together! Barely slept for 3 nights as the mattresses slipped apart as we tried to sleep so we would end up in the cracks of the bed. I would respect if someone at Ibis got in touch about this. We usually book Ibis hotels if available but after being miss sold a twin room as a double room I believe i should be compensated as it was that bad we considered moving hotels. We haven’t slept it was that uncomfortable

I spent 4 nights here and found it to be a comfortable, reliable choice. The location is well-connected: it’s a short 10-minute walk to the Saint-Ouen metro and about 7 minutes to the tram line, with easy access to bus stations as well. The only disappointment was the lack of a kettle and coffee in the room. If you need a caffeine fix first thing in the morning, you’ll have to head down to the lobby.

I had for 3 days no room key card leading to a situation where I had to wait every time I wanted to go into my room; in one night there was a fire alarm without reason; not really comfortable stay at all

Key cards malfunctioned requiring front desk to escort me to the room. Fire alarm wents off at 6am (having no door jey). breakfast quality is basic. Staff is friendly and doing thier best but seem overall semi professional. Room and location remain convenient
