Dear Service provider, thanks for asking my feedback. The overall stay was pleasant and satisfying, However one element destroyed my whole service impression of your Hotel. I was on business trip and on my way with a tough time management. After check in (upfront payed) I ordered my break first (which was included in the fee) as a take away break first. The person on the reception took my order and promised that a take away break first is available at 6 in the morning. During check out I asked for my order and a man at the reception told me there is no take away break first. My day to manage w/o Break first was extremely difficult. The man at the reception did not even offer a compensation and I did not want to invest in any discussion. So I paid for a service that I did not get. Therefore 1 Star only !

Located not too far from city center and near metro station. Good price. Good service. Clean room and facilities. Maybe not the best looking rooms and views but more then enough for stays overnight. Soundproofing either good or we didn't had any neighbors.

Spent 13 nights at this hotel and it served us well for the purpose of our trip more of a crash pad than somewhere you would spend much time in.
