There are no slippers or dental kits for customer use in the rooms. The number of towels is insufficient. Ventilation and cleaning are a bit limited. My accommodations did not count as points for my membership :(

I had a most enjoyable stay. The only problem I experienced was that after checking out of my room I needed to use the toilet by the reception. The toilet area itself was very clean but NEITHER of the two electronic SOAP DISPENSERS WORKED! I cannot believe that nobody knew about this situation. I ended up having to wash my hands in the kitchen! Please attend to this as some people believe in hygiene and like to wash their hands after using the toilet.

Breakfast room not cosy at all, breakfast not ok, no vegetables, no fruits, very poor overall, old/broken cups, no vegetable milk (like oat milk), very bad coffee.

bad experience of paris

the front of house staff was nice and accommodating at the start. however, issues began to unfold... there was some dirty towels given to me as fresh which had someones blood, i didnt want to make a fuss so i didnt raise up. however when the staff who cleaned my room was throwing away my soap which was not cheap also. and lastly we stayed for over 2 weeks and they could not even accomodate us with 3 hour late check out. Depending on how you resolve this i will publish my review on google...

Ibis can be relied upon to have a cosy hotel in every neighbourhood of Paris, well priced, comfortable and convenient. The Ibis Paris Ornano Montmartre is no exception, just a few minutes' walk from a metro station, a short distance from the fascinating flea markets of Saint-Ouen, or a pleasant stroll from the summit of Montmartre. The room was cosy and comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was plentiful.
