Arrived - no staff at reception…. Waited and waited … when someone come they took so long for check In… this is a day that Paris had a heat wave … no air con in reception…. We asked to get a beer from the bar which is the same as reception desk - we are being told that the beer is not fresh and they can’t sell us anything by the receptionist…. Then after all they had no wifi … then it even get worse … they could not cut us a room key as their system did not work and still remember this is at 40 degrees in Paris heat wave … then we are told the elevator is not working ….. housekeeping equipment all over the floors …. Entrance and lobby area dirty … breakfast was a not even edible… food and presentation was bad …. zero service and not even an acknowledgement from receptionist…. It’s definitely the worst ibis ever experienced…
