Larfe room, comfortable and clean. Good WiFi, friendly staff. Location is so so. Plenty of bars nearby and near a metro stop. But end of the line and quite far from central Paris. Also the lift was broken so had to walk through the laundry area to reach the room which wasn't ideal.

I had to wait for about 10 minutes for a receptionist to appear to give me a room key. He simply grumbled. No greeting. My room was on the 6th floor and there was no lift. I wasn’t told this until I went to access the lift. I asked for a room on a lower floor and was told to go away! I’m 70 and I had two large cases.

Regarding the reception, breakfast - no complaints, everything perfect. But the toilet condition in the room wasn't the best - sink wasn't working well, and it wasn't really clean. There was a smell comming out of the toilet.

Well located but rooms are cramped and there is no parking.
