Nice hotel, good breakfast. Some unexpensive updates should be done, shower, curtains, ... very convenient access to subway, couple of minutes from the hotel. We had a few smaller issues with keys and at checkout, they claimed that one room had not been paid ( we reserved two rooms)

Close to metro station, many restaurants & shops nearby. Small room. Bathroom especially sink is too congested.

The room entrance was dirty. There was hair in the shower tube. No soft cheese for breakfast. The receptionist could not say, if parking on the street is allowed. Beside that, ok.

The room needs renovation. The neighbourhood was not very decent.

I brook this hotel 2 months before I arrived on the 3 October at 12:00 room wasn’t ready as usual, I went for a walk until 16: o’clock came back and still didn’t get a room , it was just for the receptionist to give us a handicap room. We are not handicap but he said it was the only room that was clean. It’s sad when you’re a AccorHotels member and you always feel disappointed in ibis. On the website it tell you to leave a preference nad went you do you don’t get what you’re asking. Bad service at ibis Ornano Montmartre.

On arrival we were told there was not a room for us. We had pre-booked and pre-paid so of course this was a bit of a shock. We had specifically booked this hotel for the location, being just down the road from friends and it was the area we had planned to spend our weekend in. Overbooking accommodation at a hotel is not OK! The receptionist did handle the matter very well and was patient with us which we did appreciate. We were not the only ones who had to be moved elsewhere (we were aware of 2 other couples). We were transferred to another Ibis hotel for that night and transferred via taxi which was paid for by Ibis although we feel like some other compensation should have also been offered - eg. a free breakfast. We returned to Ornano the following morning and stayed for the next two nights, as booked. By the time this hiccup was all sorted - the explanation, organising the transfer, booking into the other hotel (who by the way were not expecting us and at first did not know anything about us being transferred) and then the following morning taxi transfer which did not go smoothly - we would have spent a good 2-3 hours of our holiday time dealing with all this! Our room at Ornano was satisfactory, was clean and comfortable (although we had been told we were upgraded to a "large" room but I am not convinced that was the case). The only complaint is the stopper for the hand basin in the bathroom was not working so we were unable to empty the basin once full with water. We reported the issue the first day we were there and it still had not been sorted by the time we checked out.

What are we members of AccorHotels ? When I travel to Paris at ibis hotel Ornano Montmartre Nord 18ème. I arrived at the hotel at 12:00 room not ready, when out came back at 4: o’clock room was still not ready after booking for a month! Just to get a handicap room for two!! Not clean and the front desk telling me it’s the only room that was clean can you imagine?

Declining Neighborhood

Unfortunately, this fine hotel is located in a changing neighborhood where all the traditional French cafes have already left. I felt safe there, but could not find any respectable place to eat dinner other than McDonalds. If I am wrong,, the hotel should provide guests with a map and dining guide.

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to give us your opinion, our neighborhood is very rich in its diversity, indeed there is a panel of authentic restaurant ranging from the best Kebab in Paris, known for its chawarma and homemade bread to the oven Lebanese, or the restaurant La Rycelerie known for its beers made on the spot, the Doppio Italian restaurant with its French touch thanks to the vegetable Market and finally the table of Eugene (1 Michelin star), which by its refined dishes will tend to awaken your taste buds. It would have been better to ask for advice at the reception, they are all gourmets, all these restaurants are less than ten minutes from the hotel. Yours truly,

The hotel should be classifield - at least - as an Ibis budget. Problem with lift looks a very strong problem. The rate was high considering the quality od rooms. I really felt myself very uncomfortable and sad comparing the photos with the real situatiaon of the hotel.

WE WERE DISSATISFIED BECAUSE WE STAY ON THE 6 FLOOR. DURING THE TWO WEEKS. THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN, MY WIFE AND I HAD TO WALK UP TO THE 6 FLOOR DURING 5 -6 DAYS. THAT WAS A BIG INCONVIENT FOR ME AND MY WIFE. - ROOM. SERVICE WAS POOR- THEY DIDNT PROVIDE ENOUGH TOILET PAPER IN OUR ROOM- WE HAD TO BUY EXTRA FROM THE STORE.

I've stayed at many Ibis hotels around Europe and this one was pretty bottom of the barrel. Room size was normal, but it definitely wasn't as clean as most Ibis' and lots of things were just missing, like hand towels and cups in the bathroom. It was also really weird that even guests had to ring the bell to be allowed in the building. Numerous times we had to wait for a while for someone to show up at reception to let us in the building.

Staff at the reception was very rude, wouldnt ana answer any questions, online Check in did not work (nothing was prepared), lift was not working - for 4 days we stayed there), Not enough towels, which were taken every morning even though we did not ask for that. Room OK.
