Breakfast room not cosy at all, breakfast not ok, no vegetables, no fruits, very poor overall, old/broken cups, no vegetable milk (like oat milk), very bad coffee.

bad experience of paris

the front of house staff was nice and accommodating at the start. however, issues began to unfold... there was some dirty towels given to me as fresh which had someones blood, i didnt want to make a fuss so i didnt raise up. however when the staff who cleaned my room was throwing away my soap which was not cheap also. and lastly we stayed for over 2 weeks and they could not even accomodate us with 3 hour late check out. Depending on how you resolve this i will publish my review on google...

Ibis can be relied upon to have a cosy hotel in every neighbourhood of Paris, well priced, comfortable and convenient. The Ibis Paris Ornano Montmartre is no exception, just a few minutes' walk from a metro station, a short distance from the fascinating flea markets of Saint-Ouen, or a pleasant stroll from the summit of Montmartre. The room was cosy and comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was plentiful.

Dear Service provider, thanks for asking my feedback. The overall stay was pleasant and satisfying, However one element destroyed my whole service impression of your Hotel. I was on business trip and on my way with a tough time management. After check in (upfront payed) I ordered my break first (which was included in the fee) as a take away break first. The person on the reception took my order and promised that a take away break first is available at 6 in the morning. During check out I asked for my order and a man at the reception told me there is no take away break first. My day to manage w/o Break first was extremely difficult. The man at the reception did not even offer a compensation and I did not want to invest in any discussion. So I paid for a service that I did not get. Therefore 1 Star only !
