No cleaning service.Only beds were folded every morning but the room remained dirty.Toilet paper and soap gel never changed we had to ask from the reception.No bin to the room, only into toilet.No fridge and not even one english channel.Room very small.The good thing was the woman in reception was very helpful and professional.I have stayed and to other ibis hotels but this was not one really good choice.

Great location if you don’t mind walking a lot or getting a very quick tube. We had a room at the back and so there was a fab view and it was really quiet. Good value for money

Location was good, breakfast basic. Communication at the parking was very bad and unpleasant, first they asked me to pay which I refused as I paid at the hotel already. Then I had to go back in the evening according to the reception desk of the hotel to change the place of my car, when I arrived to do that it was not needed? During check-out I discussed this at the reception of the hotel and they finally helped me make sure that I could leave my car for some extra hours

Hotel was in a great location being at the end of metro line number 4 which takes you to the heart of Paris in less than 20 minutes. Had an inner room so it was quiet at night. Found the room to be small but I was only staying there 3 nights. Bathroom was very modern and had a luxurious feel to it. Would definitely stay there the next time I'm in Paris.

Hotel was fine clean and friendly. But every morning we came down for breakfast they had run out of things. No orange juice, no eggs, no French stick. We came down for breakfast between 8:30/8:45 so we didn’t leave it till last minute. On the last morning I went to the local supermarket and bought eggs so we could have them for breakfast.

The hotel was chosen because mid way between Paris and Hauts de France, because metro line 4 was supposed to be opened during the strike and because Accor hotel standards are usually very well balanced between quality and price.

1. Receptionist didn't check my membership in the club. 2. Next receptionist was dealing with taxi driver and made the horrible price for me 3. In the bathroom the water flowed from the shower cabin on the floor. Everything is very ild and not very clean. 5. The breakfast is very poor. No vegetables! I've been in Ibis hotels in Moscow, Kiev, Istanbul but this hotel is the French comedy...

Regarding your aclub card, I'm sorry, I do what is necessary so that the damage can be repaired as soon as possible. As a reminder to our Tripadvisor community, the social movement has not allowed us to offer you our taxi service as usual, therefore, my team offered you a private driver service (Mercedes class E), in order '' make your transfer to the airport. The price for this destination is 55 € in normal times, the price for which we have invoiced you, because I expressly asked our partners not to subject our customers to these difficult times, service being our priority. It should be remembered that your partner asked you to stop being unpleasant with Medhi who was in charge of driving you. I fully support this young man who, despite the traffic difficulties, has by his sense of service and professionalism was able to drop you off on time. Nice hotel, good breakfast. Some unexpensive updates should be done, shower, curtains, ... very convenient access to subway, couple of minutes from the hotel. We had a few smaller issues with keys and at checkout, they claimed that one room had not been paid ( we reserved two rooms)

Close to metro station, many restaurants & shops nearby. Small room. Bathroom especially sink is too congested.

The room entrance was dirty. There was hair in the shower tube. No soft cheese for breakfast. The receptionist could not say, if parking on the street is allowed. Beside that, ok.
