The room is very nice. The location is also very nice close to Metro #14 line. However, it was take about 1 hour to check-in. We understand room cleaning was very busy because of 2 groups check-out just before dead line of check-out. If staff said still not prepared yet, we could go to late lunch. But she said wait 5 minutes. As the result, we have wait 1 hour and skipped lunch because we had already booked dinner at 6pm. Even is she said 1 second or 1 minute to us, we could ask her the actual situation and went to lunch. Others were very nice for us.

The room was very clean and I really enjoyed the silence . However I highly disliked the fact that I could NOT shower properly. Due to the ecological policy leading to a very low flow of water, I was not satisfied. I need a good flow to shower properly. Despite I love Ibis chain, I will never go back again due to this shower ecological policy because I simply could not rince off properly.

The room was renovated 20 years ago, the furniture is scratched, the floor covering is damaged, in the bathroom, water dripped from under the sink. Poor breakfasts, the food is not tasty, in insufficient quantity, there was no fruit and vegetables at all in 3 out of 4 nights.
