The location was handy and food options decent, room was comfortable, my main issue was room temperature which was difficult to regulate (often too hot), meaning I needed to open the window onto the noisy road in the nights to cool down

Large room, quiet, even above the "Boulevard Peripherique". Check-in could be even faster as I did all formalities online. Breakfast was good. WiFi very good to work and stream video. Location is good or at least makes it more affordable than in Paris, technically.

The staff were helpful, which is a major advantage for the hotel. However, I’m the room that wee stayed for 3 night, the thermostat was broken, there for we could regulate the temperature in the room and at time had to open the window. This was less than convienient because our room was at the front of the hotel, right by a very busy road ( so when we wanted to keep cool we had listen to siren screech by constantly, the sound of traffic rushing by and motorist honking their horns). To add to this, on our final day, we went into the city and on return, the bathroom sink was block (after being attended to by the cleaner). In our room, there was faint smell of urine and this was evident whenever I got close to the floor i.e. to put my shoes on or take things in and out of my suit case. This was on one side of the room and the odour was coming from the carpet. We also went to the restaurant to have breakfast one morning, but were put off by the amount of flies visible. Overall we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel as we were always out during the day, but the time we did spend, we were not impressed by the facilities.

Having stayed in a terrible Ibis a few nights before we didn’t have high hopes but were surprised. This hotel was much more what we’d expected. Newly decorated, spacious, comfy beds, no noise from other rooms. The reception staff were fantastic, really great with our son and happy for us to leave the car in the carpark after we checked out so we could explore. The only thing I’m not keen on is the fixed shower gel as hand wash, it would be much nicer to have soap. The hotel is a short walk from a metro station into the centre of Paris. It was perfect for our short stay.

Excellent hotel for the price. 450m to the nearest metro. Rooms are small but clean. Continental breakfast and good tea if you're English. Staff were efficient and friendly. I would stay again.

Good location just off peripherique (not quite so convenient to get back on it). Easy walking distance to Metro 13. U/ground parking very useful (although entering when cars double parked opposite was a challenge!) Friendly, helpful staff on desk & breakfast. Breakfast good. Room good, excellent shower, comfy bed.

The hotel is nice but we had bad experiences with the receptionist at the front desk. I gave our passports and money + 2 laptops and an Ipad to Julia at the reception. The day before we check out my daughter came down and asked for her laptop, Julia gave the whole bag to her without our consent. Julia knew that we have a lot of money in the bag ( 12,000 Usd and 1600$ Cad) When I requested to take back the bag , the man in the reception told me that Julia already gave the bag to my daughter. We checked and found out that there was one thousand missing. Could you help to check who is responsible for this case. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. My email is… Thanks
