We stayed here as a couple for 5 nights. We found the area to be safe, comfortable and a good location for travelling all around Paris with easy 5 min walk to Metro line 13/14 and RER C. The area is not as busy as staying in central locations which we preferred. Lots of Supermarkets are in the area, as well as Boulangeries, Brasseries and Quick food options. The hotel was clean and rooms refreshed daily with clean towels, floors vacuumed and beds remade. I can't fault the room, although not a new as other Ibis hotels we stayed in the facilities were still great, Beds comfortable, room a good temperature and I barely heard other guests. My only advise is if you are a light sleeper, you will hear sirens often as this is in an area of the Tribunal court . This did not bother me but could seem a lot if you are not used to sleeping in a city. Staff were great, and approachable if needed. We enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to come back next time we visit Paris.

The location is good, walkable distance from the Porte de Clichy metro station which is fully equipped with lift and escalator. Clean room and comfy bed. The only turn down is the hotel won't allow me to leave a luggage overnight after check out, even though I had to come back and stay with them again. I just had to go out of town for a couple nights, and didn't want to carry a luggage up and down the train throughout the journey. They said it's the security policy. It would be easier to understand if I'm not their member, but I am and they have my personal information...

The hotel is in a good location, but the room was not very clean. The switches were sticky, there were hairs in the shower, and the toilet wasn't cleaned. There was also a larger buildup of grime in the bathroom that must have been the result of no deep cleans over a longer period of time.
