Cleaning staff broke our toilet twice!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro and bus connections with the central area. Breakfast is excellent and reception staff is very nice and helpful. We had the luck to find our toillet broken twice after they cleaned our roam while we ware out. First time flush button wasn't working and the receptionist helped fix it back very fast. Second time we got back late at night and we found it broken again, flush button broken again and also with the hallway flooded from the water that was bursting out the toilet vase. Receptionist (same guy, he deserves a salary raise!) managed stop the water lick and also gave us alot a towels to us as a rug until the next day (thank god we ware checking out). One day we also found some trash in frot of our door left after roam cleaning but we ignored it. Honestly, for a renovated Ibis Styles hotel, we ware not expecting these issues, but the cleaning services here are a joke and disgrace to the Ibis Styles brand.
