Well located hotel in a lively neighbourhood and close to Metro (Brochant). Room reasonably well maintained and very clean. Bed with excellent sleeping quality. Breakfast quality good but suffers from very inadequate room for guests, especially seen in the light of the number of rooms. We decided to go early for breakfast (before 8.00), which helped quite a lot. Reception very helpful.

I stayed one night at the hotel, and had asked for a quiet room due to hyper-sensitivity to noise unfortunately, the room was very noisy. I learned that this is because there is a night club just in front of the hotel, on the other side of the street people were yelling at night... the room was also too hot, and I had to open the window , so...hear the noise beside this not positive aspect, the breakfast was very good, with lots of very different things -french food and fresh - to drink and to eat i had breakfast very early, so there were the room was not too crowded and that was OK the person at the front desk was very helpful and very nice the hotel is well located, very close to metro 13 and close to metro 14 (10 min walking distance) it is also a walking distance from the 8th quarter, where I was before - near Madeleine Church (about 30 min walking distance, if you like to walk through Paris)

Well located but appears understaffed and the place feels a bit crowded. The building is very thin, Parisian-style. The room is operational and has the strict necessary. The chocolates offered as a welcome gift and the availability of international TV networks were appreciated. The first night though, the bottle of shampoo in the shower was empty, which was inconvenient and surprising when aware of Accor’s most basic standards. The electricity switch cover box on the 4th floor was also placed on the floor near the elevator, leaving all the buzzing switches in the open right at the elevator door. Breakfast was included in our fare, we would say it was the most stressful part of our stay at Ibis Styles Paris Batignolles. No register was seen to check whether the individuals coming down for breakfast paid for the service or not. Located underground, the place is terribly crowded and the staff felt overwhelmed every morning. The place is strategically filled with tables, but it gets all full quickly, with some people on their phones once they’re done while other customers are left standing and waiting. Bread supply is very low, one baguette at a time with some long minutes of waiting time once it’s gone to get refilled. It has been a stress factor every morning while coming down to have breakfast, worrying there would be no place for us to sit, for a service we paid for. On the last night when we came back from our day in town, we found both our cards demagnetised and could not access the room. While we know in which conditions this can happen, we were told that we must have placed them near something that must have caused them to get demagnetised, without the slightest doubt or apology for the inconvenience. Again, this seemed surprising when one is aware of Accor’s standards. It is all the more surprising since our choice of accommodation for our stay in Paris was based on Accor’s well-known standards with which we are usually satisfied when travelling.

It was most likely due to an oversight or a temporary lack of supplies, possibly linked to delivery delays caused by recent weather disruptions. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. Concerning the breakfast service, we fully understand the stress caused by the high attendance and limited seating. To improve service flow, we inform our guests of the quieter time slots through notices displayed in the elevators and corridors. However, we cannot impose specific times, as each guest is free to enjoy the included service according to their preferences. We sincerely regret that this affected your comfort. Regarding the demagnetized key cards, we understand your disappointment with how the situation was handled. Our team’s intention was simply to explain the possible causes, but we are sorry if it came across as cold. Your cards were, of course, reactivated following your request. We are truly sorry for all the inconveniences you experienced. Guest satisfaction is our priority, and we take your feedback very seriously in order to continuously improve our services.
