It already started very positive before arriving at the hotel. When I called reception to add my wife it was easy and very helpful from the reception person. And the reception person in the evening and also at the morning was the star of our visit. Both helped us with travel and visit planning and our mobile phones as we had forgotten charger!! That came to the point that we already liked your hotel before arriving in the room! Romm was very nice. Only problem was that the shower has a problem and created a flood in the salle-de bain which we had to handle urgently with a lot of towels. Breakfast was OK. Without the flood rating would be 9. It is impressive how two people can make a positive aspect already before being in the room but this is what happened to us! Merci beaucoup

The hotel is in excellent condition, the beds are comfortable and we had a great stay. There is a metro stop just a two minute walk away and there were plenty of excellent bars and restaurants in walking distance. I ran the Paris marathon and the manager went above and beyond in providing me a room to shower and change in after the race. I highly recommend staying here next time you visit Paris.

Overall experience was excellent, hotel very clean, very well located, breakfast was excellent. Really enjoyed the area as well. The best thing though were the staff, extremely helpful and friendly. If I’m back in Paris I’d definitely stay again and will recommend to others.
