Dear Mr V. K., Thank you for your comments. We are pleased that you enjoyed our location, but we regret that other aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the breakfast room, we have taken note of your comment about the temperature and the available space. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the noise from the elevator near your room and will pass on your report so that this issue can be checked. We are also sorry if your arrival did not give you the feeling of being welcomed as you had hoped. Concerning your request for a late departure, you yourself pointed out that this benefit depends on availability. However, during the first half of October, our hotel was fully booked every day. Given the departures and arrivals to manage along with our staff, we unfortunately could not grant an extension of your stay. We would like to emphasize that a refusal based on operational constraints does not constitute a lack of respect. During this exchange, you did not express any particular dissatisfaction, and the response was communicated to you without any apparent contestation. We are therefore surprised that this situation was subsequently described as a contemptuous attitude. We understand that a refusal may be disappointing, but the benefits related to the ALL status, as well as requests for early arrival or late departure, remain subject to the actual availability of the establishment. They cannot be considered as systematically guaranteed. We remain attentive to our clients' constructive remarks and are committed to providing professional hospitality to each, in accordance with the operational constraints of our establishment. I decided to stay at the ibis Styles Paris Batignolles considering that the price and location were very appealing based on my needs. I really enjoyed my experience at the hotel (room, location), especially the excellent service from Clément and Faima. The breakfast prepared by Faima was always excellent and on time. Clément did an excellent job at the front office. Please send them my feedback. Nonetheless, I had 3 issues with the room service: - Shower towels - Toilet paper - Shower soap During my stay, I had to go 3 times to the front office to request towels. One day, I had to request toilet paper as well as a new shower soap. The cleaning in my room was correctly done but these 3 points were not covered adequately. Also, one day, the breakfast was not ready on time (7am). Most of the items were missing and the person (not Faima) was still preparing it. I even had to ask for hot water to boil the eggs and to turn on myself the machine. This issue only happened 1 day. As mentioned above, Faima did an excellent job the other days. I will be very happy to come back at the same hotel on October 12 but it would be great to fix these little issues. Thank you!

Friendly staff, great location and clean and comfy rooms. Good value for money and with a solid breakfast included. Overall a really good choice for a stay, but with the understanding that it’s relatively no frills. Rooms are fine but a little basic and the four-star hotel rating is debatable.

This is the first time in dozens off visits to Paris that we have stayed in Clichy and it's a delightful quarter. The hotel is well-run and 150 m from the Borchant Métro station. Recommended.

Great hotel, nice staff, tasty breakfast, a bit crowded and hard to use the buffet. The room is spacious and clean, very comfortable beds, the only downside is the bathroom, which does not look renovated. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located in a great area. There are plenty of small restaurants and cafés within a 5-minute walk. Four metro stations are just a 5- to 15-minute walk away. The hotel has a cozy, home-like atmosphere, and the receptionists' beautiful calligraphy adds a unique personal touch.

I had reservation with flexible possibility to cancel 24h prior to arrival - it means 22.6. I dont understand why hotel blocks me first night guarantee already on 20.6.??? I still had 2 days to cancel without any fee so there is no reason for hotel to block me 1st night from my credit card.

Overall very good for the price. I will only talk about what I think needs to be improved. About the room 241: the. Air-conditioning was noisy (compressor) we had to turn it off at night although it was hot outside. The toilet door cannot be locked from inside. For a room with twin beds, this is a must I think. Building: the elevator door is badly timed, it quicky closes on you and it's very hard to block it from squeezing you. Breakfast. Breakfast: overall good but there was nothing like omelette nor potatoes or vegetables as I could see in other ibis hotels. So only a basic breakfast with coffee, juice, croissant, bread, cheese, ham, cornflakes, some cake, and fruits.

The hotel was conveniently placed for Metro and RER. The layout of the hotel was fine for us, but originally I was supposed to be travelling with an 80 year old who have found the need to climb from where the lifts end difficult. They would have also found the descend to breakfast hard. The breakfast selection was good, but the layout made bottlenecks a regular occurrence
