All the staff are very kind and helpful. We had a complaint about the room and they changed the room immediately. The location of the hotel is also very good. We are very satisfied with our stay. The hotel will be our first option in our next visits.

My room was on the 5th floor so in the attic which was a bit daunting, however the room was spotless clean! Reception staff very helpful and friendly, overall a nice cosy hotel....

Nice place to stay , really enjoyed of breakfast fresh orange water,sweets ….and staff behaviour , design of the rooms and halls was more than we expected considering the price of the hotel. Free water and sweets provided for guests at lobby. however there are couple of things worth mentioning: - Cleanliness could be better. At the time of arrival, women's curly hair for previous guests was on the bathroom floor! -The sticky paper of the sanitary pad of the previous passenger was left in the closet. -We stayed for 4 days, but we were given only one set of towel in first day, didn’t get the clean ones from second day -Only the bed was made every day and the bin was emptied, I didn’t notice more than that like vacuuming the floor or other cleaning work, replacing the towel -The yellow stain on the toilet also was annoying from the first day and never get cleaned
