Ok room, Useless Customer Service

Archie Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

Window broke so unable to open. Apparently was impossible to open, despite other rooms on our floor having windows open. Did not offer to fix. Room was incredibly hot, their only solution to this was to give them our passports in exchange for a small pointless desk fan. No customer service whatsoever. Breakfast is also fairly pointless

Customer service - Friendly and helpful Cleanliness - Very clean, impressed really. Above our expectations. A small fan in the room would have been helpful in improving our stay. They had limited numbers for borrow from hotel, so we did not get one. If planning on staying here for more than a few nights, I would recommend going and getting a small fan from store for 30euro. Or even the small one you plug into a USB (there are 2 x USB in the headboard which was a nice surprise as well) would have provided the necessary relief. The neighborhood is off putting at night, during the day, we felt safe however in the morning we heard of a guy being assaulted in park behind the hotel ( around 6am). We did come back to hotel via subway after midnight and the path from the station to the hotel was lit well enough and we felt okay to walk in numbers. So outside of the heat and the neighborhood (both outside of the hotels control but clients should be aware) the stay was pleasant. Clean, friendly budget stay.

The Hotel was very stinked ever time. Not WC and Bad for yourself you must share with the another people. But in the internet was NOT standing this ( This a hotel? Or hostel I question me ) The breakfast was very bad. Only Croissant, Bread, Butter and marmelade. THIS WAS! No cheese or salami or something alse. The Nuttela was also not full and no body was thier where we can say this. As was so much loaud in the room ( you didn’t come to sleep)
