The bed was no very clean, the beds were so close to each other, the bathrooms smelled bad and had no toilet paper.

No place to hang clothes if staying more than 1 day. Sink so small that water went on the floor when washing. For a 4 days stay one lives out of suitcase.

i consider a good price/value report due to the minimal difference in price from neighbour hotel, also Accor Ibis Budget and other competition. while I agree the position is very good for Paris, the F1 brand was built more as a hostel than a full option hotel. On the other hand, while nice to have underground parking, I disliked that you have to pay for the night while near in street parking is available.

The stay at the hotel was nice. Very good for long-term tourist stays. Common unisex bathrooms but all nice and clean. No room keys or card - just the access code. I was doing my check-in online in advanced following the recommendation from Accor Hotels. During this process I was asked fór my credit card number as the hotel block the 18 EUR guarantee. All OK, I would be asked for it even during the onsite check-in. The stay was smooth. We didn't use any extra services or goods. But despite of it the 18 EUR "guarantee" was deducted from my card after our departure. I've sent an email to the hotel asking for explanation. Their communication is very poor. I didn't receive aby answer I asked again. The reply arrive saying that we've bought towels in the hotel. Which is not true!!! I replied back asking for an invoice for this purchase - as I didn't receive any. Of course because this purchase didn't happen! I was also trying to reach out to the Accor group directly but on the website there is no email address. Just a contact form that is impossible to be submitted as it Is asking for a mandatory field but this field Is not displaying correctly so can't be filled in. I've reached out to all Accor email addresses from where I've ever received some communication. But no one got back to me. The trip happened between October 7 and 10. It's one month ago, my money are still deducted from my bank account, I don't have any document about the above mentioned imaginary purchase and no one is communitating with me. So I really hope someone is reading this survey and will assure I will get my money back!!!

A good experience considering some of the poor reviews I've read from previous customers.

The bedroom was so good, clean and good for us, but we always start too early to walk and back at night and we always use the bathroom TOOOO DIRTYYYYY!!

The place is awful: the neighborhood is dirty and dark. No many places available to eat neither to go to a supermarket. Lack of courtesy of hotel staff which can barely speak English... Booked and paid for a late check-out until 2 pm nevertheless they asked for the room earlier. Not mentioning the fact you have to bring your own towels if you want to have a shower otherwise you're gonna have to buy one crap for 3 Euros... I'll never come back to this place.

Check in staff very nice and helpful. Floor in room was dirty and long black hairs in bed. Mine is short and blond. For price not bad.

We spent here 2 nights. The Hotel is nice, clean, modern. Location is close to the public transport. East side neighborrhood little ugly, so recommend to use Avenue de la Porte de Saint-Ouen and Porte de Saint-Ouen Metro station. Otherwise the area is safe, so don't worry about that :) Room was enough big and comfortable. Common bathrom surprised me, because was modern, clean, comfortable. Staff was kind, helpful. Breakfast for 5 Euro was too simple, would be great more solution. Anyway... absolutelly recommend

Arrogant staff

Like the other reviews the hotel is in a dodgy area, I wouldn't walk alone as a female late at night. The hotel itself though for the price meets all expectation, it was clean, the beds were decent, room size average but big enough to open suitcases. Bathrooms clean. Has vending machine with food and drinks which was good after arriving late at night. Metro station only 10 mins walk away. Dodgy location but near metro, about 30 mins to get into central room, good budget hotel. Would stay again.
