The location is a bit sketchy and may feel unsafe to some people. Overall a good hotel, always helpful personel. Toilets and showers could use a renovation, they are broken and dirty a lot.

My visit to your hotel, booked through trip.com with reservation number 16…1284, was for a 4-night stay. I stayed for one night and had to leave. While the hotel's location is poor, the main reason I didn't stay for three nights was because I didn't feel safe inside. Homeless people enter the hotel in their slippers, shower in the common areas, and use the toilets. This horrific experience as a single woman was unbelievable. I've stayed in many different hotels in many different countries, but I've never experienced anything like this. The rooms are freezing cold, there's no heating, the rooms are dirty, the elevators are unsafe, like a house shaking during an earthquake, and the breakfast is so terrible I can't even describe it. I paid for four nights including breakfast. In short, I checked in on January 25th, stayed one night, and paid for four nights plus city tax. I left your hotel on January 26th without staying three nights and continued to stay at another hotel. I wrote about this discomfort on trip.com before leaving the hotel and explained it to your reception. I came from Italy to Paris hoping to travel and return with beautiful memories, but this bad experience made me sit and cry from fear and sadness on the first day. Not only was I afraid to run from the street to the hotel because of its location, but I felt the same fear even inside the hotel, which was a completely different experience. I stayed at your hotel for 1 night, not 3. I paid for 4 nights. I paid the hotel fee through trip.com and the 4-day city tax to your reception. I would like to provide information regarding your hotel and, if possible, request a refund for the 3 nights I paid for but did not stay. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We were traveling with a small child, and the lack of basic hygiene and safety was appalling. We were moved to three different rooms (Rooms 462, 558, and 108) during our short stay, and each one was unacceptable. Despite paying for a 4-night stay, we were forced to check out 2 days early because the conditions were unfit for a family. The Major Issues Included: Disgusting Bedding: Every room we entered had filthy, stained bed sheets and bedspreads. In the first room, the bedspread smelled strongly of urine. Dirty Amenities: We found visible stains on the "clean" towels provided to us. Smoke and Cigarette Odors: Despite being a hotel, the rooms reeked of heavy cigarette smoke, which is a significant health concern when traveling with a toddler. Poor Management: Changing us three times only to provide another dirty room shows a complete lack of quality control and respect for guests. We have attached photos of the stains on the bedding and towels, as well as our invoices showing the various room changes. Do not stay here, especially if you have children. This property is poorly maintained and a health risk.
