The hotel’s location was excellent, with very convenient access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Check-in was smooth and fast, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. The staff appeared unprofessional and were unable to communicate in English. The buffet lacked labels, the food quality was poor, and the area was dirty and disorganized. Additionally, some of the furnishings were in very poor condition and seemed close to falling apart. I have stayed in many Ibis hotels before, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with the brand. Overall the hotel is in very urgent need for a renovation.

The room was cramped, poorly maintained (bathroom door dent, curtain falling off, worn out shower caulking). Carpet in hallways worn out and reception always crowded with insufficient staffing. Not enough towels for 2 people and was made to go down to front desk to get more towels!
