1) Challenge to find main entrance with an homeless person camped right at car ramp entrance. 2) Other access, Walking bridge staircase and lift covered in graffiti and landscape bushes are covering walkway. 3) Room door handle fell off when opening door. Door slams! unless hold it. 4) Only one lift per bank of three that was operational making getting to your floor and room a 10 process. 5) The carpets were dirty. 6) The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. The bathroom ventilation fan was inoperable. 7) The shower drain was very slow, leaving you standing in 30mm of water. 8) The television was unwatchable due to a failed speaker. We reported and we're told they had no TV to replace it. 9) Housekeeping when in room closes door and curtains. We believe they may have gone through our belongings once. Recommend they follow policy of most other hotels - when staff in guest rooms, door should be propped open.

Pictures don’t show the true imagine of the hotel, elevators are a use if you must, which we were on the top floor so used and half the time they didn’t work or randomly stopped. If you are a bigger person you’ll struggle to shut the toilet door. TV only had French channels with no English subtitles or anything. Only two plugs no where near the bed. The noise on a night is unbelievable and you’ll not get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was a waste of money. The walk to the hotel from the road stinks of urine and is dark so wouldn’t recommend to solo female travellers as we saw people lurking round. Bed was covered in hair when we arrived so had to clean that ourselves.
