We found the experience a bit disappointing. The room was clean and nice but the airconditioning did not work. We mentioned this at the desk and we were informed the technical staff would look into it. Next day we did not get any feedback and the AC did not work. After we walked to the desk again... there were more people complaining about the heat in the room... we heard that the AC could not be turned on as it was too early in the year. Why didn't the desk employee tell us that in the first place? That is something I did not like at all. Furtermore. The breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly, the location was good. Too bad the elevator to the premises did not work after two days.. I found the entrance not welcoming but I think it was oke. would be nice if this would also be cleaned every once and a while. Do not know...we did pay quite a price and I excpected a bit more for that...but maybe I was expecting too much.

The room was great, staff friendly and helpful. Neighborhood was a bit out of the way and very urban. The Google directions from the metro station led me through the parking garage, which was quite a steep climb with my suitcase. Later discovered stairs down to street, but elevator there was out of order.

When we checked-in the first room the bed sheets had some brown spots on one of them and when you turn on the shower it was leaking from everywhere. It was something like 3:00 in the morning when I found out about this and me and my friend were pretty tired so we fell asleep. I went to the reception desk on the next morning to report these issues with photos the moment i found them. The receptionist was mean to us and started lecturing us on how we should have informed the staff the moment we found out and how the reception work 24/7. I said that we were tired but she kept being mean and continued to talk. After that she said that they will find us a new room. We got our luggage and we got a new room assigned. In the new room the only issue was that for some reason I don't know who thought that this was a good idea but the water from the sink was spraying water like shower. Moreover, the sink was semi-clogged and the water was not going fast in the canal. Sometimes it even got some hair or spit outside of the canal into the sink. Almost forgot to mention how the cleaning lady was entering our room at around 9 2 times just to wakes us up. Thank you for this "wonderful" experience!

Fine stay overall, really difficult to find pedestrian entrance. The lift up to the entrance was broken so my Nan had to walk up the stairs which was very painful for her. The rooms look older than they do in the pictures, the walls in the halls are peeling.
