The hotel is huge, with quite spacious rooms, and everything is very clean. Breakfast can get overcrowded, as it seems to be very popular with school groups, but the quality, selection, and amount of food and beverages are good. I know management can’t do much about it, but the three ways to access the hotel from the street are nightmarish: 1) A dark, stinky, and old staircase plus elevator; and 2 and 3) Dark, stinky ramps for cars—though these seem like the better option, especially at night. The surroundings are okay, though. There’s a lovely park nearby, and the Batignolles area is a real gem: it has all the charm of Le Marais but without the tourist crowds.

When I reported the Air-con noise issue to the front desk, your staff (Huyhuy) was very helpful and promised to assist us in changing rooms the next day. However, we were unable to sleep the entire night, so we decided to check out the following day and find another hotel. We only stayed for one night, despite having booked three nights. This was a very awful experience, and we will not choose to stay here again in the future.

Lack of outlets, paint coming off walls, completely cramped rooms, and bathrooms so small you have to go into the shower to be able to close the door behind you. The advertising for this hotel on the website is completely different from it's reality. I have stayed with Ibis many times before and have never been in a room that was this crummy and dumpy. It seemed like that of a one star hotel, I have absolutely no idea how it's considered three stars.
