The room 238 is located next to B elevators. Those elevators were always moving all night. I asked a front staff to change rooms, but all the rooms were occupied.

When we arrived the booked family suite (2 rooms with a connection door) was unavailable amd instead we were given 2 separate rooms next to each other which made it less uncomfortable as we had to split the family over night. One room (with double bed) was much dirtier and run-down compared to the twin bed room next to it. For the Welcome Drink (Silver status) the coffee machine was broken and instead of coffee soft drinks were offered. Breakfast was good while tables and chairs could be cleaned in a more regular shift between guests. Altogether OKish given the moderate price. Renovations (especially showers) are needed soon to keep guests satisfaction for the future.
