Rooms not well cleaned, no space in general. Only one towel to each person, and nowhere to put your wet towel after bath. Poor sound insulation. Plasticcovered sheets. Two breakfast restaurants, one for groups and one for individuals, not same standard. Quite chaotic in the group restaurant, food and service not available at the same time, you had to switch between to different buffets to get your full meal. In the restaurant for individual travellers both food and the service was generally better. Staff in reception kind and helpfull.

Firstly, the reviews I read about this hotel after booking were off putting - I was worried about staying there. The hotel was in fact clean, reception wasn’t overly busy, and the air con did work (although it wasn’t as cold as some places). The rooms are a little dated, but functional. The issue we experienced was with the outdoor lift to the hotel, this worked once while we were there - so it made it difficult for my elderly mother to access the hotel. Having to walk up flights of stairs to get to the path leading to the front of the hotel (picture attached for info). The area around the stairs and lift felt dirty and did not smell very nice - not a great entry to the hotel. Despite that, I would use the hotel again (if not travelling with my mother) as it was in a good location - plenty of places to eat nearby and good access to the metro.

Was a really lovely stay, room was so clean, tidy and modern. Bed was comfortable and was a perfect location to get around the city as the metro stops were less than 10 min walk. Staff were very attentive and nice as a person who doesn’t speak much French they were very pleasant staff on desk

Comfortable stay and helpful staff overall. Housekeeper was very nice and respectful! However the location was not too accessible with large, heavy luggages as the elevator was not working (some staff said it was a public one so it’s not hotel property?). We had to go to the car ramp. Cars have a hard time finding it as well so we had to give special step by step instructions to our uber/bolt services.

I stay from 19.07 to 24.07. I was working on daily in lobby and once I recognised that I have lost my favourite hoodie in hotel 21.07. Firstly I asked on reception, there were nothing. Receptionist decided for me to connect via email send all details and photo. I sent email with my photos: in hoodie, exactly place there I was working and further details and it was nothing: reception did not do anything and did not provide any information about my hoodie (If I took it from lobby or someone else), I even sure that they didn’t check cameras (there are at least 3 cams), because They told me to go to the police and report for hotel to let them check their own cameras… it is insane!!! I’m sure there are no special regulations forbids hotel personnel to check their own cameras. It was situated exactly for that purposes and security of guests. I was begging them 3 days by email (for more details contact me I’ll send it to main office). I’m sure that if I didn’t get my hoodie someone took it, or if I did took it to hotel room it was stolen by housekeeping ladies (what also can check by cameras!!!) I’m still hoping to find my hoodie, I’m sure it can be done. So please force hotel to help me please!!! Also it was another rude receptionist:: 24.07 at 5:00 I was going to leave hotel. I am completely killed by this situation with hoodie and I was begging night receptionist to do something for find my hoodie once again. I even cry 😭 and after 2-3 minutes I collected myself and need to go by taxi to train, asked night receptionist Richard to call taxi and he didn’t do it and say “no, you crying in front of me I don’t want to call taxi for you” THIS IS QUOTE! I’m shocked by this quality of service… it is kinda the exactly part of his job- to help your guests especially with calling taxi. I could pass my train if there weren’t my friend to help me with taxi. And also rooms are so bad: dirty, small and one socket for whole room…It was a lot of dusts and no space, too hot cause AC isn’t work and no space in WC. But I would like to say one good Hello to one Asian administrator (I can’t see name). She was so nice!

When we arrived our room airconditioner wasn't working, we managed to get this resolved but the airconditioning is controlled centrally and wasn't adequate for the heat during our stay. Would have been good to have an iron/ironing board, mini fridge to cool water as well. External access lift from Rue de Bernard Buffet walkway didn't work while we were there. Not knowing there were two driveways that we could roll luggage up, we and other people had to carry luggage up the staircase.

The location is excellent, right next to a delightful park and near the Metro and bus stop. But it’s one of the most strangely designed hotels I’ve ever seen – very badly-designed pedestrian access, poorly signposted from the Porte de Clichy side. The lobby is very tired and the breakfast a bit limited and fairly average quality. My room was bland but renovated, thought it smelt odd, maybe of vaping? Had to open the window each day to air it. I wouldn’t stay here again – but the value was excellent in mid-summer.

Very good position, easy to reach. The cleaning of the room was okay, but it could use more attention. I found a pill from a previous stay on the floor at my arrival. There are only a couple of plugs and we had to buy a double adapter to be able to charge our phones and have the C-pap machine attached. The towels are too small and there are only two provided (we asked the reception and they gave us one more, but I would have preferred to find two big towels for the shower). Breakfast was okay. The staff was helpful and competent.

Located at an address Google describes as “Unknown” 10 rue Bernard Buffet, you should be warned that finding the entrance on foot is not easy. Routes designed for vehicles only, not pedestrians and a lethal pedestrian lift whose doors cause injury if you get between them when they shut suddenly, are warnings enough on your arrival. It is easier to find your way out than in. (That should tell you something). A large anonymous building badly located that may once have been 3 star in the 1960’s now struggles with poor design and out of date facilities. A mere two electric sockets in the room are badly located for use and a door key system that turns off the meagre lights immediately that you remove the key card, are features from last century. No kettle, no room safe and inadequate bathroom lighting (the building power might not support more) means that the room, while clean, thoroughly disappoints. Pictures of people working on laptops in the rooms are fanciful. The main lifts work but key card slots to prevent non-guests accessing the room floors, don't work to provide protection. Why is the small ancient LCD TV (no streaming, limited channels and no ability to connect devices to it) fixed in front of the “wardrobe” making the latter hard to access? No proper sized bath towels, a shower without temperature controls (you could scald yourself) and soap dispensers with heads facing the wrong way. No in room info whatsoever (providing any would highlight the lack of facilities). There is a wired phone though - but youngsters may not know what it is or how to use it. The Air con is functional providing that the room curtains are drawn leaving the poorly lit room, dark. Management needs to be forced to spend a week in the rooms then tear them down and start again. A thoroughly bad experience for my first stay as an Accor gold member. (Not a reflection on the general staff but on the hotel leadership who allow this ancient relic to remain).

If I could give this hotel a 0 star review I would. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are terrible. The mattress is literally a pad on a box spring. The shower doesn’t have a door- only half a door. They only give you regular size towels- no hand rags or hand towels. There are no amenities- no mini-fridge- no coffee- no ice. The AC works very marginally- so this June heat wave is not for the weak. The elevator lift to get to the lobby is broken so have fun carrying your suitcases up the four levels of steps. The elevators hold about 6 people so if you have a suitcase get ready for a long wait. Speaking of long waits- it took us an hour to check in. There were three people working- all were rude- and they couldn’t have cared less about any concerns. The lady in line next to us had mice in her room so she was requesting a new room. The other man next to us had sparks coming from the blow dryer in the room and that really didn’t draw attention either. Another gentleman told the receptionist that the ac was broken in his room to which she told him- it would have to wait until the morning the service guy was gone for the day. Our room key never worked- and to get a new one was the whole process of standing in the check in line to get to the receptionist. Every time we needed ice for our hot drinks (again June heat wave and no mini fridge) was another wait in line. I hope you get the point by now. To add the neighborhood is questionable- graffiti- homelessness- just sad. All of these negative reviews are very very accurate.
