The room is old, and the bathroom is damp everywhere. The room smelled really bad. The toilet was uncomfortable in a narrow space.

Our experience at this hotel was mixed. We would like to commend Koyokoy, one of the staff members, for being very friendly, approachable, helpful, and accommodating. When we were unhappy with the room initially provided to us, which was too small, old, and poorly maintained, we called the hotel intending to cancel our booking and request a refund. Koyokoy answered our call and kindly helped us by offering us a better room. Although the replacement room was still small, it was clean, appeared to have newer furnishings, and was much more comfortable. We appreciated Koyokoy’s effort in helping us resolve the issue, and we were satisfied with the alternative provided. Overall, the staff were lovely and welcoming, but the hotel rooms need significant improvement and renovation to provide guests with a more comfortable and pleasant stay. We hope the management will take this feedback into consideration, as the excellent service from the staff deserves to be matched by the quality of the rooms.

I stayed at ibis Paris 17 Clichy-Batignolles from 30 September to 2 October and it was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room had bed bugs. This is not a minor inconvenience. It is a basic hygiene failure that no hotel, budget or otherwise, has any excuse for. I spent my nights uncomfortable and unable to sleep properly, in a room I had paid for in full. On top of that, the electrical outlets in the room did not work. I had an international flight back to India to catch and was left struggling to charge our phones and other devices, which is the last thing anyone needs before a long-haul journey. Working power sockets are not a luxury, they are the bare minimum. The room itself was also very small, even by Paris standards, with barely enough space to move around with luggage. A pest infestation and non-functional basic amenities point to serious lapses in housekeeping and maintenance. I expected far better from a brand like Ibis and from Accor. I would like an explanation from the management and appropriate compensation for this stay. Until these issues are fixed, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cut corners on everything. Bed is 2 hostel type twin beds. Not enough outlets in room. Bathroom not well designed - you have to step into shower to close door and access toilet. Don't know how they got a 3 star hotel rating.

The room is small, was not fully clean, found a few hairs in places, had a bad smell, TV is very small and old, no fridge and the desk was broken and falling apart. Also couldn't use credit card on booking, had to use a physical card to pay

The room was dirty, had dust in a lot of places, the door wouldn’t properly open and had to be really pushed. The shower didn’t deliver hot water, just barely warm.
