The air conditioning did not work well. The luggage lockers double charged us. One staff charged us for coffee and the other one didn't, so inconsistent service. Overall, a functional space and economical.

Good centrally located hotel, quiet room

The room was clean and the size was ok for three adult persons. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel location is very quiet. It is not located at a street with traffic. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent. I very enjoyed the bread, fresh fruit, cheese and ham. Everyting ok. The only point of criticism are the rats in front of the hotel building. They come out at night. It was very unpleasant to return to the hotel in the dark. I considered this as not favorable for the reputation of the IBIS Paris 17 and business and that's why informed the hotel receptionists in duty. The answer was unbelievable: "On sait. Il en y a partout en France!" I identify here an urgent need for training of the IBIS 17 staff and of course contracting a professional company taking care of the issue. My wife and daughter would not consider returning to the IBIS 17 as long as the issue is not resolved. C'est dommage!

I am araid to tell you that my receptionnist were right, this is a phenomenom out of reach for us, it's not about the hotel situation but Paris situation. Inside the hotel you will not meet ratatouille cooking ( fortunately ! ) but outside this is the shadow of Paris. You can see it on many articles on the internet. Where you have a lot of restaurants and food corner, you will have thoses. Just walk near Eiffel Tower or the Seine and you will have plenty... We hope to see you again on better conditions. We stayed in family room that was great but the toilets were so small you couldn't get into them without going into the shower. The elevators shook and everytime we thought they were going to crash, but they didn't and that was good

For Americans, the AC leaves a bit to be desired throughout the hotel. It was very much like having no AC. The rooms are crampe, but it was mostly clean, the sheets were crisp, the breakfast was tasty, and the price was fine for a quick overnight stop. The evening bartender was very friendly.
