Long weekend in this hotel started with the sounds of the renovation in the morning, just behind our room’s wall. Problem was solved after second complain and we got another room. Breakfast was ok, not variable, every morning the same. Other services; restaurant wasn’t open at all, neither room service. Maybe wouldn’t come again to this hotel.

Staff poorly trained. When asked to go the the town centre I was told to download the city mapper app. Asked any information and they were not forthcoming. Always just one member of staff at front desk. Housekeeping was good.

Rude Staff

Bsk Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

I was staying in your hotel, and we also had a conference in your hotel, it was with senior members of the organisation. One of your lady staff, during the break, was rude and shouted at me for picking a bottle of juice, that she was placing. She spoke loudly and aggressively in french, which i didnt understand, but it was done in front of senior executives of the company in the conference hall. Totally not acceptable. This kind of behaviour is deplorable.
