Decent rooms, let down by poor food/drink.

The staff were great, the rooms were good. But the bar shut at 9pm on a Saturday night?! That left us having to buy some wine from the shop nearby and drink our room. The breakfast did not feel like good value for money, with few 'hot' items.

We booked the family deal. (Pay one room, get discount on second ) room for our family of 4. As we were arriving on evening later than expected due to delayed flight I called to make sure our rooms would be held. When we arrived they said they had 2 rooms but they were not connected. I explained that we are a family with small kids and booked the special rate for family rooms- the agent insisted that there are two separate rooms booked, even though I showed him the booking and was very rude. I can accept if there has been an error and there is no remedy for tonight but would appreciate some accountability and customer service- he replied “it is not MY fault, so I am not going to apologize to you, this is your problem”. He went on to shrug and pass us off to his colleague. I restated that I thought he was being very rude and that being polite does not cost anything. This attitude was shocking! I am an ALl Accor member and stay in hotels all over but this was a first. I asked for the name of the GM and the colleague just scribbled Jeremy on a card. ???? We will never stay here again. Not because of the room assignment mistake but because of how it was handled by staff.

The only positive thing it is located close to exit from Paris

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite its convenient location close to an exit from Paris with minimal traffic, several aspects of the stay were disappointing. Staff and Service: The staff seemed unaware of different membership statuses. When I requested a late check-out, the receptionist had to check numerous times with other staff members before finally approving it. Even then, they blocked our cards, preventing us from entering our rooms the next day. After repeated inquiries, the staff gave me unwelcoming looks and acted as if late check-outs were an unreasonable request. Though the issue was eventually resolved, it took a significant amount of time and effort. Amenities: Typically, I receive a small welcome amenity as part of my membership benefits. This time, however, there was nothing. While not a major issue, it contradicts what is promised on their website. Room Quality: The rooms fell short of 4-star standards. They were cozy but had several issues, such as poor bathroom ventilation, slight corrosion in the bathroom, and dirty floors, especially under the bed. This was particularly concerning since we were traveling with cats, who came out from under the bed covered in dust. Parking: The exit from the parking garage was poorly designed. No one explained how to use the card to open the gates, and I ended up having to leave the car on a slope with the handbrake on to search for the gate opener in poorly lit conditions. This was quite difficult and added unnecessary stress to our stay. Positives: The only good thing about this hotel was its location, which is conveniently close to an exit from Paris with very little traffic. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
