I had a great stay at this hotel, no issue at all, except location was a little distance away from Eifel Tower about 25 mins train ride, otherwise all was great and clean, I would stay here again when next in Paris.

Bathroom is outdated and had quite some mold, rest of the room was alright. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was underwhelming also de location is not in the best part of town.

We stayed for a couple of days to visit downtown Paris for vacation. The area around was not busy and it was very comfortable. Very close to the interstate and metro. Very quiet area with no noise from traffic. The staff was very nice, very easy to talk to, and was one of my best experiences with a staff. Definitely recommend this location.

Staff : friendly. During breakfast uniform is not existing. Anybody could work there, everybody is walking around in what he/she wants... Room: old, but clean. The "rubberish" tiles are coming loose so there is always water coming out from under the floor. The plinth on the bed side is loose. Minibar frozen inside. Shower on a high step up, all the water flows on the floor (and onder the loosen tile) dangerous for slipping. no body lotion provided. Only French channels. Location: easy with the metro to get to town. quiet at night. Breakfast: not enough choice, almost all artificial food, premade/prebaked. Not much choice for a Mercure!! When asking for some emmenthal slices staff told that was yesterday today is today so its only the other cheese. Salmon on breakfast on Sunday until 9 after that not filled up. Bacon empty on both days. No small pastry only prepacked bread to toast or cheap baguette which anybody touches while slicing.. This is why we pay 15€ pp? Parking: good. All by all ok for a short stay.
