The airco in room 519 gave off an extremely unpleasant stench of stagnant water. Bore with it on night one, but following a sunny day it became unbearable when I returned in the afternoon. Staff at reception was very understanding and directly booked me into another room - no discussions and quickly arranged. Well done and thanks. (PS: Problem seems known and not isolated, as my colleague in room 719 mentioned the bad smell to me the next day, but in the end didn't as for a room change)

No door on shower and drain backed up. Had to have a very short shower and even then it flooded the room and soaked my luggage
