Room size was a bit small (incomparison to say most Premier Inn rooms at the same price) but everything worked well with a small area to put the suitcase and clothes. Wifi worked very well. Parking building access via lift so very easy. Some Metro lines closed (Garibaldi) so had to use trams / buses more than planned. Breakfast was lovely as were the people at this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the metro station, as well as various grocery stores and bakeries. While the neighborhood presents a mix of positive and negative aspects, this is not a reflection of the hotel itself. The establishment could benefit from some maintenance and aesthetic updates, such as replacing the dry plants at the entrance and updating the outdated carpet. The check-in process was excellent, with minimal waiting time. However, the breakfast service could be improved with more attentive staff and better replenishment of items. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it.

I am writing to constructively share some feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel, specifically concerning the breakfast service and housekeeping, in hopes that it will help improve your services. Last year, I stayed at a Mercure hotel in Vienna and had an excellent experience. It was because of that high standard of service that I specifically chose to book with the same chain for my trip to Paris. Unfortunately, my experience this time was very different. We found the cleanliness standards at breakfast to be lower than expected. The plates, cups, and tables were often not properly cleaned. We noticed that tables were simply wiped down with a cloth, which unfortunately pushed crumbs directly onto the chairs instead of clearing them away. Additionally, the food quality did not meet expectations. The fruit salads did not appear fresh, and the croissants were frequently soft and melted. Lastly, we felt that the staff at the breakfast area was indifferent and not particularly welcoming, giving the impression that serving guests was a burden rather than a professional duty. Furthermore, the room cleanliness was also insufficient. For instance, three used coffee cups were left in our room for three consecutive days without being cleared or replaced by the housekeeping staff. I hope these comments will be helpful in improving your services. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I was really shocked that we had only paper cups in our rooms (I booked two interconnected rooms). I had to request proper glasses and cups, and argue with staff before I received them. There was no soap or gel in my bathroom, at either the sink or the shower - both containers were empty. Parts of the room were filthy - clearly cleaners do not ever clean under the beds or under other furniture. We were not warned that the restaurant would be closed. Cleaners tried to evict us from 10am on departure day, despite a written agreement that checkout time was 12 noon. There were good points about this hotel (especially the friendly concierge, and the excellent breakfast), but they were unfortunately overshadowed by the negative points.

This hotel is excellent for your Paris holiday: very large rooms (mine was 30 m2 and had a balcony as well, with ample room for 2 to sit and relax). Everyone working there is very helpfull, speaks passable to excellent English and does everything to make your stay even better. I could use the underground parking garage for my rented bike, just ask and your roomcard will be upgraded to get in and out of the garage. St. Ouen is like a quiet village just outside the busy city, with multiple shopping options (Monoprix, Lidl, biological) for all your food and non-food needs. Restaurants in the neighboorhood are plentiful and varied. The Metro is at 10 minutes on food and connects you to the inner city. Last but not least: you pay up to 50% more for Mercure-hotels in the city (for a room almost half the size and no balcony)!

stayed at Mercure Paris Saint-Ouen and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We booked two rooms during our stay. One room (Room 214) had a non-functioning air-conditioning system, which made the room extremely uncomfortable, especially given the warm weather. To the hotel's credit, they acknowledged the issue and refunded the cost of that room. However, the second room (Room 212) had a serious fly infestation problem. The presence of multiple flies in the room significantly affected our comfort and enjoyment of the stay. This was not an isolated inconvenience but a persistent issue throughout our stay. While the hotel acknowledged the problem, they dismissed it as something that can occur during warmer periods and offered no meaningful compensation for the impact it had on our experience. What was particularly disappointing was the hotel's response afterwards. Despite several communications, they refused to take full responsibility for the issue and maintained that a partial refund was their final position. For a hotel operating under the Mercure and Accor brands, I expected higher standards of cleanliness, guest comfort, and customer service. While I appreciate the refund provided for the air-conditioning failure, the overall experience and the handling of the complaint left me dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I would not choose this hotel again and would encourage prospective guests to consider recent reviews carefully before booking.

The staff was okay, for the 3 days with Air conditioning issues on the Heat wave this is crazy I went downstairs asking for a Fan still no difference, please if you expect Customers do better especially for accommodations.

I wish there was hair conditioner, proper shampoo and body moisturizer in the room. The fridge could also be better and get colder. Bed, shower and location are great. Breakfast is ok.

It was comfortable.. there was a problem with the shower head - this couldn’t be adjusted or fixed in a position, it slipped back on itself and showered the wall. There was no soap in the soap dispenser by the hand wash basin.

Location is not the best, but it was what I needed, great I could find a Mercure in that area of Paris! What left me very disappointed was the plastic cover for the mattress, as if I was in a hospital. This is not acceptable it is squishy and noisy, I had to remake my owm bed at 11 pm at night which was not ideal. In addition the sheet for the bed wasn't long enough or it had been put in the wrong way. Anyway, not the best. Also covers for the pillows are a no. Thanks for reconsidering both.
