Excellent value hotel - just 5 min flat walk to Jules Jo metro with super convenient Monoprix supermarket en route. Area is very safe with Sacre Coeur 10-15 away. Hotel is clean with an impressive breakfast selection considering the price of the room. Hotel operates 24/7 with very friendly, professional staff. Rooms are adequately sized, with good sized shower rooms. Would recommend for anyone wanting a well-priced hotel room in this area - great for families too. Would stay again no question. Thank you for a super comfortable stay in Paris.

The location was great for us and the breakfast was excellent as were all the staff we interacted with. The floor in the room was a bit dirty, and the door to the bathroom was very difficult to close and noisy to use

Surprisingly quiet at nighttime. Very good breakfast. January stay but heating in the room is capped at 19°c. Too cold.

The hotel is well located and public transport is easily accessible. Breakfast was fine and the team made sure we had everything we needed (gluten free bread upon request) The family room was spacious and gave us enough space for a family of four. The downsides are the car park which is in another building, ridiculously small for any car over medium cannot access and was overbooked when we arrived, with no alternatives offered. The rooms have been repainted this year but there were still issues and staff didn't take our comments seriously. The rooms was cold with inadequate heating for this time of the year and the extractor fan didn't work at all, overall not very comfortable.

Stay here often, great location, Egyptian guys have delicious food just next door, Chinese too, and infamous rue poteaux with a flourishing market is steps away. A secret gem of a Parisian neighbourhood.
