Great location, clean. The room is kind of noisy and small. The breakfast could be better, at least with the same variety everyday (fruits, eggs).

I liked to be in this hotel because I could visit the Basilic of Sacre Coeur by feet. There was a wonderful view of Paris over there. It's near many restaurants. You can get the metro to every place of the city.

- the room was very small. There was no place to store our little trolleys. - the shower has black mold and is tiny. I’ve actually have a couple of small bruises because I kept bumping into things and the wall - although the staff was nice, I didn’t think it was worth the money.

Location is good (although the street does not look very nice, especially in the night), close to metro station, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Montmartre. Room was small, but economy and quite practical. Furniture in the room should be repaired, as it was falling apart. Room was smelling cigarettes upon arrival. Breakfast on Day1 (Friday) was far better than breakfast during the weekend - on Day1 there were eggs made to your choice, fresh yoghurt, fresh pineapple… During the weekend only limited choice, no eggs at all. Cleanliness +- Although I booked the hotel via Accor website, the reception could not locate the prepaid booking in the system. Still I got my room as required.

Very old and ruined furniture, cigarete smoke comming from ventilation into the room

I enjoyed my stay, altough the furniture in the romm coul use some upgrade. And there was a cigarete smoke entering the room through the ventilstion system. Breakfast was nice and personnel in the hotel is friendly and helpful.

Room are small if you travel with huge luggage. Not to much place to store our stuff. Depending how long you stay there. The hotel and room are clean. This is the most important for me Breakfast we ok for the price paid.

I appreciated the friendly personnel, clean and luminous room and hotel. However, the room is not (enough) insulated from street noise. As well, the funny bathroom with a tiny shower which door opens by hitting against the toilet.

The first day there was a proble during the Breakfast, not well organized and empty dishes. fter all my complain all came back in order. professionl staff, next breakfast days were perfect.

The hotel was fine and clean. It is close to 2 train stations which great for traveling around Paris. It is located in the most interesting arrondissement, Montmartre. The staff were nice and helpful in anything they were asked for. However, there was a huge issue (in my opinion). The breakfast, particularly during the weekend, was supposed to be available until 11 a.m.. However, at 9.30 a.m. the croissants and the little pastries were already over leaving just baguettes to eat or some yogurt, so I think this point could be improved.

Having stayed in a few IBIS Hotels before, I was disappointed. The Check-In was somewhat lackluster with the receptionnist arguing we couldn't check-in before 2pm despite the website and the informations in the hotel showing we could check-in as early as 12pm. She managed to find us a room, but it felt as if we were troubling them. When we got to the room, both cards she'd given us weren't working, so I went back down to change them. She told me that I shouldn't keep them together even though she was the one who gave them to me together (?!?). Once in the room, we noticed a bottle of water and some kids candies on the table (standard IBIS greeting ?). The room felt small and cramped compared to others I'd visited. Also, one evening the front door wouldn't open, and we stood there for 15min waiting for someone to come. After mashing the intercom a couple of items, the receptionnist came out, having clearly been woken up by us..... Altogether it wasn't a bad stay, but I felt it fell short of many of the IBIS standards I've come to enjoy. As this was an IBIS 'Styles', I feel they got the name but not the service that comes with it.

Small, tired room

Bathroom needs attention - shower tray was dirty and stained. Room looks very budget/cheap and overused. Room was not cleaned after first night. TV channels were very limited with only French ones working. When I spoke to the Reception desk about it he told me that it was a good opportunity to learn French - a joke but not helpful. Received email after the first night saying that I had not checked in and they were going to cancel the room. I could hear the man in the next room snoring all night so difficult to sleep with that and the door to the stairs banging.

Very nice welcome. Breakfast is very nice but the coffee machine is not as good as the coffee made by the staff which is much better, but not always available. The room was very small but provided everything necessary for a pleasant stay. It was very hot so it may be important to know that air conditioning is supposed to be installed in the next year or so. The room that I had on the second floor was next to an enormous street light however the darkening drapes worked very well, yet because it was hot, it was impossible to have any air from the window.
