Decent hotel, had a 3 night stay in the city. Area around wasn't the nicest, but not as bad as reviews would suggest. On the Saturday there was a large market round the corner with a bunch of random tat, antiques & fruits for sale for a decent price. Only complaint would be cleaners entering the room, despite the do not disturb sign being up. I don't particularly like having cleaners in my room, especially when its not necessary on a shorter trip like this, so didn't really appreciate that. Otherwise, a good hotel for a quick stay, especially for younger people. There's even a nightclub next door.

Alastair H TripAdvisor review

You get what you pay for. It really is a budget hotel. It's clean and safe, good location but don't expect any thrills. An earlier review said it was in a "seedy" area. I think that's very unfair. Paris is a real city, it's not Disney Land, every corner can't be pretty. It's certainly not in a picturesque area but as I say, you get what you pay for. The Metro is under 10 mins away so you can be anywhere rather quickly.
