Im really disappointed with the kind of experience I had at this hotel. I have been other Ibis budget hotels before atleast twice and I booked this hotel in such an expectation. But when I reached the Hotel from the very first I understood there is something wrong. 1) The staffs in the hotel aren't trained to be customer friendly I felt. There were no one at the reception when I reached and had to wait for someone to turn up. There was no customer friendly greeting or welcoming as I have seen in previous Ibis budget hotels. 2) And then the room I was allocated had electrical issues. I couldn't control the light from my bed side and the led light strip around the wall wasn't working. The toilet had some of the coating gone making it look dirty. There was no aircon opposed to what I have seen in other Ibis budget hotels. The water heat control didn't work at all in this room. I got another room the next day which was better than first one. However the led light strip wasn't working there. The water control was better, but the temperature changes to boiling hot suddenly causing extremely unpleasant showers. 3) The third thing I noticed is about the housekeeping staff. I think they aren't trained either on the etiquettes. I had put the do not disturb sign on my door, however the staff still knocks the door and opens it if no response is received. And then change the towels. In all the previous hotels I have stayed the staff skips the room and do not disturb. But looks like the staffs here aren't educated on this basic etiquette. 4) The breakfast was so low key. The place isn't very clean the food wasn't good. Esp the meat. The options were less compared to the previous Ibis stays I have had. I booked the hotel because I had a hope and belief in Ibis budget hotels from my past stay. But all those is gone after my stay in ibis budget Paris Porte de Montmartre. The location is extremely dirty and I would recommend people to book some other hotel as stay here is not worth the price.

The overall experiences was bad, almost terrible, the hygine of the room is very badd, your beds has bed bugs, your staff don't even care to take complains about it, I was speaki g with the recepcionist about that issue and they just change my blankets. The rooms are absolutely not as the description I knew for the price couldn't not expect a 5 start Hotel of course,but I was expecting a clena and comfy room, and What I get was bites from bed bugs, horrible bad sleep and super rude staff . I absolutely will never in lofe recommend your hotel, and obviously never again I will stay there again.
