It was good, breakfast was awesome but location was very irritating.

I checked out the very next day and also I wrote an email to the I’d provided my the hotel manager The room was way too small for 3 people. The hotel manager promised me that the money will be refunded within a week however I haven’t heard from you guys even once Please share the email I’d of the concerned person as I have all the documents from the hotel manager promising the refund in written

It was a pleasant stay. It would be great if hot water is provided 24/7 when we require to make hot drinks especially during winter. Since the cafe is only open until 10:00 am.

The hotel is quite far from the main Paris attractions however for the price they offered it was fair enough. The hotel area isn't best ever but there is 10min walking distance to the public transport. The prices of coffee and croissants were very low in local shops. The hotel was very clean and quiet but unfortunately one of the bed was unmade when we've arrived ....

Pleasant and helpful staff, room was good, breakfast was fine.

Room had basic amenities, double bed was two singles pushed together so wasn't very comfortable. But room was tidy and staff were helpful and professional

I had to switch off the lights cos was very disturbing the shower weren't really easy to set on the wall o had to hold during taking shower the tv screen is too small and wasn't any English channel's

What I liked: All room facilities were clean and well-maintained. Comfortable beds, good sheets. Even though my room overlooked a busy highway, the good-quality window kept it quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Public areas were also kept clean, with nice seasonal decorations in the lobby. I appreciated that a microwave was available. What could be improved: some of the vending machines in the lobby were out of service. Note on location: while normally, it would be easy to get to the city center from this hotel, the lack of metro during strikes complicated the situation. As this circumstance was outside of the hotel's control, it did not impact the review score.

Our twin room was clean and spacious enough, as well as the private shower. But there was only one chair. Location is convenient, close to famous Saint-Ouen fleamarket, although areas around the Paris ring-road are not very pleasant.

Polite staff, clean rooms, close to the subway, good prices. Rooms spacious enough. In the triple room the upper bed is not arranged in advance, you have to do it yourself. Warm in the rooms. I recommend this hotel.

The maid who was extremely rude during my whole stay, proceeded to take my pillowcase on my last day in the hotel. I contacted management who gave me several excuses but finally agreed to refund my money once they started an investigation. I have arrived home and send them a couple of emails, which they have ignored. The refund was 50 euros and I stayed there over 8 nights. can't believe how little you care about your guests.

Location: not convenient, neighborhood is unpleasant. Room: simple, a bit dark, separation between sink and toilet is very far and looks stupid Staff: not nice, even rough Luggage storage before/after stay is charged (6-10 euros for 1 locker) Staying in Paris is expansive. But, if you can afford more, keep away from this.
