For a budget hotel, the inside is clean, and we asked to be placed on an upper floor for a birthday — they happily accommodated us. Thank you. The location is convenient, but the nearby market can feel a bit intimidating. Although, for some people, this might actually be a plus.

I stayed for 3 nights, the rooms were clean on arrival and it was cleaned every day, the chambermaid was friendly.

The hotel is infested with cockroaches. There was no hot water in the showers. Breakfast barely had any food left at 9am and the plate I was given was dirty. This morning there was vomit on the floor in the lobby that wasn't cleaned up for at least an hour. Serious work needs to be done to clean up this hotel. I stayed here before and it was in much better condition.

I requested additional pillows upon check-in. They didn’t turn up. However, I explained what I wanted to a cleaner who obliged my request. A little bit of rush in the breakfast venue this morning with at one time no available food, crockery or cutlery. An extremely busy time. But c’est la vie!
