Our stay at ibis budget in Paris was absolutely terrible. When we arrived, there was already a leakage in the hotel, which later turned into a full flood. Despite the seriousness of the situation, the staff gave us no instructions at all—no guidance on what to do, where to go, or how to stay safe. We were told we would receive a refund later, but because of that, we were forced to go back to our room during the flood, as there was no alternative accommodation offered and no relocation provided. Walking up and down the stairs covered in water was extremely dangerous—we tripped and almost fell. After a long journey, this was the last thing we expected. When the refund process started, we were then told we were not eligible because we had booked with a discount—less than a $20 discount. That is completely unacceptable, especially given the circumstances. A flooded hotel room, no assistance, no relocation, and unsafe conditions should never be dismissed over a small discount. I’m sorry your hotel was flooding, but that is not the guests’ responsibility. We were exhausted, stressed, and put in an unsafe situation. This was handled very poorly, and we will never stay here again. Do not come here.

Hello, Usually I stay in Paris for a long weekend to relax and enjoy a small trip. The reception agent choose to prioritise someone else during check in despite i was there first. The hotel personal overall discuss between them without any greetings to the guests during all stay. The breakfast was catastrophic! Having a breakfast at hotel is supposed to be one of small joys of a trip. One personal was available to check people who enter and replace food if finished. The content of breakfast was less than basic without any hot element.. cold eggs, not functional nutella pump, the second day there was no eggs and cheese as there was many people and only one person who didn’t find time to check. There was apparantly a part of restaurant with roof broken for two days. I asked the agent to open a part of restaurant where access was closed because there was too many people but he said no in cold way… but since there was no place for people to sit, they pushed the barrier and sit there without asking. The room was fine but between breakfast and “cold” personal, I give you 4/10. I’m a bit disappointed… Best regards, Almahdi C.

I was with my mom. We stayed for 5 nights 6 days. The breakfast was very nice, very organized and the staff working was super helpful. I don't have any complaints with our stay. Clean rooms every day, new towels not a lot of noise even from the rooms beside us. Close to the metro and bus station between a 5 minute walk to 10 minite walk, very practical. The staff out front was super helpful every time I had any doubt about anything. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was fine. We inspected bed mattresses before sleeping, given the frequency of complaints about bed bugs but found none. The area just next to the hotel under the road is intimidating for single females with drugs and obviously stolen goods on open sale and police presence and no women, only males. We decided not to arrive from there again and used Garibaldi metro.
