Very bad! Most of the staff not speaking English! And rude! The room is not like the picture! And if you are a girls group, very bad and uncomfortable location!

It was not nice as the hotel location was so bad. The bed sheets were not very clean and they didn't have been changed even I asked the receptionist to change them for me.

Good stay.

Hotel is close proximity to bus/train station and easy to access. However the location next to it is not so clean and felt not safe. The management should take action by working along with council to make it better. Also, all the staffs were really good EXCEPT ONE OF THE TEAM MEMBER WAS RUDE IN RESPONDING TO ANY QUERIES(DONT KNOW HIS NAME, HE WAS DOING NIGHT SHIFT ON 26TH, 27TH AUG DOING 10PM SHIFT START, He should be trained on customer service and how to handle guests)

Dodgy part of town

The hotel itself was fine, what you pay for in a budget hotel. Breakfast was good, bedrooms were basic with modular showers / toilets in the room and a small separate sink by the window. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned each day and fresh towels were left. However, Its the area is not nice at all. There are a lot of homeless people / families sleeping in transit vans and tents at the ends of the road, which if you want to catch the metro, tram, bus or any other form of transport, you need to walk past them all. Which I didn't like, as I was with my 2 young children.
