First day, water was cut No enough towels in rooms Not enpugh shampoo No VMC so toilets smells of urine even through they are clean Last night, no electricity in rooms

Upon our arrival the car machine was not working and we had no cash on us as we were travelling. We were harassed to give cash to them. The reception staff and the manager were not at all helpful. They literally harassed us to go out in the rain and find an atm machine which was 15mins away by walk and bring the cash. We were visiting Paris for the first time and we did not know the local language. It was very tough and we were put in a spot to bring the cash from somewhere. Plus the atm machine was not working and we had to use the post office to take out cash and no one could help us becoz of the language barrier. There was also continuous noises in the night from the rooms nearby and we could not sleep the whole night. Plus there was a terrible smell in the room and no one was there to help us. But I would never stay again at this property becoz of the trouble I faced during the checkin which made my day worse as we were continuously travelling for the last week. Plus when we asked them that if we can pay on the app and so we would not have to go out in the rain to bring cash. They declined that as well and were very adamant on taking cash only. We had Indian cards which usually don’t work in atm machines in abroad.
