Truly excellent hotel in every aspect, pleasant atmosphere, the décor and housekeeping on the upper floors were outstanding, restaursnte.... However, the ground-floor rooms leave a bad impression (noise, a lack of a sense of security if you open the window at night, and morning disturbances). I would like to commend the female staff member at the reception—she is a true professional—whereas the young man with the beard working at the reception simply does not like the job.

Maybe I didn’t read the information properly. We were unable to control the temperature of our room as it was locked! Why?? It was set to 21 hot in the heatwave !! Reception said they unlocked it. It didn’t work. Moved us to a different room which was cooler but was still controlled by reception !!!! The bar was reception. When we came back from Roland Garros after an evening game. We fancied a nice cool glass of wine and beer. The receptionist wouldn’t serve Us even though there were people sitting in reception having a drink. No room service either. Breakfast was awful. No fresh hot breakfasts. What was there was stodgy and clearly had been out a long time. The fresh fruit pots were covered in flies and no cucumber of tomatoes etc to go with the dyed up ham and cheese. For over €700 for two nights we expected much better.

Wet room but a large plastic chair took up most of the space. No drawers for storage in bedroom and wardrobe too narrow for coat hangers.

I appreciated the facilities and the gym, and the quiet location. The room was clean and a good size. However: centrally-set temperature of 21°c all night long is far too hot for sleeping. Guests should be able to set their own temperature. The shower was EXTREMELY slippery, it was quite dangerous. Also, both the tap in the sink and the shower head were leaking when in use.

I had a great time at this hotel, good location to the metro. I asked for some valentines decorations in the room and they gifted us some Macarons, balloons and a really nice card. I was very happy with all of this. The room was great especially with our little balcony that you had a great view of La Defence with. I would stay again if in the area
