Great location, lovely room and helpful welcoming staff. I only staying for one night after a PSG home game of which the stadium is only a 10 minute walk away, I would recommend this hotel purely on the location, it’s a plus that the rooms they have to offer are also very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a really nice plus as well.

The first person we met at reception was Nawa who was extremely helpful and very friendly for our whole stay. Breakfast was excellent and bar prices reasonable. We will be back.

Good location, comfortable but small room. Staff very friendly & helpful. Hotel quite noisy I had requested a quiet room away from the lift but room 301 was right by the lift which was disappointing

The hotel appears to be clean and tidy and pleasant to begin with, but extremely unhelpful when I had money stolen from my hotel room. Reception team at night had no idea what to do - no theft reporting system in place - said they’d leave a note for the morning team. When spoke to the morning team, they didn’t have a clue. Asked again and was told I’d get a phone call about it, didn’t get anything. Awful experience with absolutely 0 trust in the staff. Will not be recommending.

Perfect location for Parc des Princes and was really surprised at how lovely the hotel was. Great staff during checking in and out, professional but warm and friendly too - a real asset to the hotel. They were far superior to the staff in the Molitor nearby where I stayed earlier this year to whom I was just a number and a wallet, not a welcome guest. This Ibis is now my hôtel of choice for Roland Garros and PSG matches. The room was brilliant, a decent size, although there was only me. But you could still fit in two people comfortably. Really cool funky design of the rooms and I slept brilliantly as the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was good, plentiful and regularly replenished and the lounge/breakfast area has been designed with functionality and good taste in mind - lovely furnishings. All in all, a brilliant stay and a big thank you to the two ladies on reception who I chatted about Strasbourg too, you got the impression that they and the team here really care about their guests. It’s always important to feel at home and welcome, and I certainly did here. Regarding location, just a disclaimer that it is a little further out if you were visiting the city centre, but the saving in cost would compensate for this if you were on a tight budget. My room was €95 for a weekend night including breakfast. It’s also just a five-minute walk over the pedestrian bridge to Porte Saint Cloud metro and from there you take the line 9 to the centre, it’s only about 20 minutes to Grands Boulevards for example. And to repeat earlier, for a third of the price and genuine warm staff, don’t waste your money on the Molitor, stay here instead.

Was good, however, had a family room for 4, only given two towels. Requested an extra blanket, but couldn't provide one as apparently full and no spare! The shower over bath was good but was very slow to empty from the shower water.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was a little small but we expected that. Could do with more hanging space/hangers for clothing. The room was clean and tidy with towels replenished daily. The staff were amazing, really friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was sufficient with lots of choice, and being able to make unlimited tea with the kettle in the foyer was a bonus. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely return in the future..
