Dear Mr. G., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the unpleasant smell coming from the shower and the inconvenience this caused during your stay. Please note that our reception desk is open 24 hours a day, and had this issue been reported, our team would have been happy to assist immediately or offer an alternative solution. The matter has been shared with our maintenance team for follow-up. Regarding the ironing board, this model usually meets our guests’ needs; however, we sincerely regret that it did not meet your expectations and comfort on this occasion.
