This is a nice modern aparthotel in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed. Unfortunately the dishwasher did not work properly, which was a minor inconvenience.

Very nice stay. Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Clean, safe, good location. The only opportunities for improvement would be breakfast included option and air conditioning temperature controllable in room.

The room was comfortable. We faced the street but there was no traffic noise. Bathroom clean, shower great and bed very nice. With two people staying in the room, one hand towel and one bath towel was very strange. There was a constant bad smell in the room. I would still recommend the hotel and value for money is very good.

Great stay in your well located and comfortable hotel. Within walking distance of Rock en Seine, and we discovered an excellent bakery just down the street! The room was exactly as we had booked, although it was set up for 1 person even though we had booked for 2 (set of towels for one person only, and only one coffee pod). The reason I have given a score of 9 instead of 10 is that we were very disappointed to learn at check-in that the hotel could not accept Cheque Vacances Connect (digital). We were only able to pay with paper ones. This should be rectified! Or the Accor website and App need to clearly state this limitation to the methods of payment.

We arrived 2pm to be told our room was not ready . That’s fair as it’s from 3pm so we went for a coffee locally and I asked if we could have garden view. We returned just after 3pm to be told the room would be ten minutes still as we asked for a higher floor. We waited until 340pm and went to our room. It was spacious but didn’t have garden view but as we were tired , reception was busy and already lost time to explore the city we decided to stay .however we only had one towel and the tv remote was not working due to leaking batteries so messaged on the in-house service . Also noticed the room was quite dusty on the floor and a strange smell . I looked around but couldn’t see anything and must have been the drains. We went out and the friendly receptionist acknowledged our requests . We got back late and no towel or batteries replaced. Boone on reception now so resolved this in the morning . This did not ruin our stay but the room upgrade charge we feel was not worth it. No comfortable seating and just two small tables . Bed in one corner with tv on another wall . Bathroom and bedroom floors dusty . Balcony was nice and overall facilities good.

Hi Everything was very good nice to have this hotel for staying the only thing you need to take care about to manage house keeping because your house keeping guys come in room they just knock only once and within seconds they enter in room.i would say they need to stay or knock atleast 3time or until so.eone open the door It's my opinion Otherwise everything was excellent Tjanks again

Thank you all the staff at Adagio Paris Boulogne. For the wonderful stay we had and for the excellent servicer you provided. We lost a mobile phone of my aunt on the day of check-out. Although we were already away, the hotel staff made all the effort possible to help us find the phone, and contacted us in time. It was particular important for us because it has many photos and recordings of my lost cousin. The hotel is new, rooms are well equipped with kitchen utilities - perfect for out stay.

The stay itself was comfortable but there was a technical problem with access to the room, the badge didn't function, so I needed always to be accompanied by someone to be able to go to my room and the invoice was not set up with the company name as I asked and with a detailed itemization. So a little less service as what I'm used to in this hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights, just a shame that room could not have been serviced in that time, TV should be a streaming TV to allow us to log in and watch on different platforms. On arrival key machine had broken down so we had no key for 2 days and had to rely on reception to let us in to our room with a 30 min wait one day!

A comforable, clean hotel, well located, nearby a metro station (5 minutes walk). We had some issues arriving at the hotel - apparently a room was not empty, but that was quicky fixed by the hotel personel.
