Super well-equipped apartment, comfy, and everything works. Special thanks to the super-friendly staff. They really made the stay even more enjoyable. Metro Line 9 is a short walk and drops you straight in the centre. The area has a great vibe, feels local, and is packed with good restaurants. Peaceful when you need to unwind, lively when you feel like exploring, definitely a place I’d return to.

I am extremely unhappy with my stay at the Adagio. Hotel, Paris Boulogne To ensure clarity, I will summarise the situation and my position. During my stay, I reported a maintenance issue with the sink plug in my room (Room 103) on the morning of 14 April 2026. Despite raising this multiple times in person, no timely resolution was provided. This was part of a broader pattern of delayed responses and lack of adequate support from the team. As a direct result of this unresolved issue, I was forced to check out early and secure alternative accommodation during an already critical period, as I was in Paris coordinating arrangements for my wedding. Importantly, during this process, I was explicitly assured in person by Mrs Scellier, General Manager, that the unused portion of my stay (Booking QDQPBCFS) would be refunded. However, I was subsequently informed by Guest Relations that no refund would be issued, with reference to the non-refundable rate conditions. This position is not acceptable for the following reasons: My departure was not a voluntary cancellation, but a direct consequence of unresolved service and maintenance failures A clear commitment to refund the unused portion of my stay was made by the General Manager No reasonable alternative solution (such as a room change) was offered at the time the issue was raised and was only offered at the point of my exit (after I had secured alternative accommodation elsewhere and paid for it) While I acknowledge the refund processed for my parents’ booking, this does not resolve the outstanding matter relating to my own stay. At this stage, I am formally requesting: Confirmation and processing of the refund for the unused portion of the booking QDQPBCFS Please treat this as a final opportunity to resolve the matter directly. Clean, large rooms, small beds, very limited service hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wish cleaning room was every other day or every third day instead of once per week. No instructions for coffee maker or microwave, both of which have unusual rules. Worst aspect for us: expected a king bed and got a small double bed (their largest!)

Hady in reception was wonderful. The running machine in fitness center was broken when I was there and I didn’t like having to go to reception to adjust the A/C every time
