I am deeply disappointed by the lack of a welcome drink, especially considering my gold status. Furthermore, the prolonged and unnecessary discussion regarding payment modalities, despite the prior company agreement, was highly frustrating.

Near metro and good supermarket open late, friendly and helpful staff. Sadly lots of maintenance issues, despite being a new hotel. In some rooms the air conditioning is so noisy and cold it's difficult to sleep, in others the ceiling in the bathroom is literally crumbling.

I have stayed at your hotel (Boulogne-Billancourt, Paris) one night from November 26th to 27th. I have booked a superior studio. However, I was given a classic studio apartment (room 101). In addition, a coffee machine and a hairdryer were missing. Fortunately, the person at the reception managed to provide me with these two devices from another room. As for the downgrading of my room, he suggested that I write an email, what I did after coming home. I was not informed why my booking was changed (downgraded) and no one explained this to me. I have stayed at the same hotel in the past and have always chosen a superior studio for the comfort of the bed. that one night I was sleeping on a sofa bed (classic studio equipment), which was a very bad experience. I would like to continue to come to your hotel, but I don't want to do such an experience again. Still waiting to hear back.

More cosy/familiar than in big hotels. Although hotel has 7 floors, you don't have the impression you are in a big factory. Breakfast not too large choice but ok.

Well located, nice to have a fully equipped kitchen. Prices are ok when booking a long time ahead but can get very expensive otherwise. The building is new, which is nice. However, it's a very cheap and shoddy build, not exactly a luxury experience.
