Great experience overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious, clean and with all the necessary amenities. Plenty of underground parking available, which was also very clean. Location is pretty good - around 40 minutes away by bus/metro from Eiffel Tower, otherwise easily reachable by motorway if driving.

The apartment hotel, is located in a beautiful suburb of Paris. The room was beautiful (my balcony oversaw Marc Chagall st.). All the accommodations were great: Reception-, a lot of help: Conlan, Hady, Jonathan. Food at breakfast- plenty & good tasting . Everything went well . Great support team. I hope to come again. Very good area, lots of great places to eat ..though a bit away from central Paris .. it was very easy to travel as most of the touristy places are on the same metro line

the longest check in ever. They couldn't find the email sent by the agency. Not the first one, not the second one, not the third one and not even the one that I sent standing in front of the counter. they wanted me to pay for the room while it was already paid. after one hour the staff found the email and not even a glass of water was offered. the next morning while I was paying 19€ for breakfast I was asked again to pay for the room. room was ok but I had multiple mosquitos smashed on the wall and the shower was not draining.
