I am truly sorry that your arrival did not meet the level of service you are entitled to, particularly as a Platinum member. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconveniences you encountered, including the lack of clarity regarding billing, the payment process, and the absence of proper recognition of your status and associated benefits (upgrade and welcome drink). The associate who assisted you was indeed an interim team member. That being said, this does not excuse the shortcomings you experienced. I take full responsibility for this situation and I will personally ensure that he is made fully aware of our procedures, loyalty recognition standards, and the importance of providing a seamless and attentive guest experience. Staff where distant / cold, made mistakes. Felt more like self service hotel, but i paid over 200 euro. Will not return

I use this hotel very often. It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. It is in a quiet area but within walking distance of gare de Saint-Cloud, wich gives you direct access to Paris. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good. The reception staff Mr. David and Mrs. Cécile always make you feel welcome and go out of their way to help.

The breakfast was disappointing the eggs were cold. You could not boil an egg or fry it. The bread was undercooked although there is a bakery next door.

I use this hotel very often. Very close to public transport (gare de Saint-Cloud) wich gives you direct access to Paris. The hotel is in a quiet and safe area.
