It's more of a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star one as stated.

I regularly stay in the hotel, which is well situated and gives a homey feeling.

It is gratifying to hear that you appreciate our location and the cozy atmosphere we strive to provide. I am truly sorry that your arrival did not meet the level of service you are entitled to, particularly as a Platinum member. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconveniences you encountered, including the lack of clarity regarding billing, the payment process, and the absence of proper recognition of your status and associated benefits (upgrade and welcome drink). The associate who assisted you was indeed an interim team member. That being said, this does not excuse the shortcomings you experienced. I take full responsibility for this situation and I will personally ensure that he is made fully aware of our procedures, loyalty recognition standards, and the importance of providing a seamless and attentive guest experience. Staff where distant / cold, made mistakes. Felt more like self service hotel, but i paid over 200 euro. Will not return
