Rooms are fine but would certainly benefit from real armchairs for an upgrade in comfort and style. Connection to WiFi was null. Having payed in cash I asked for a bill by e-mail that did not came.

As an Accor gold member they always go the extra mile to give me a privilège room. Sometimes there is a small welcome card with some snacks waiting for me in the room. All staff is very friendly and professional. Not always easy to have the parking in front of the hotel but I always manage.

A bit out off town , dated, Hotel. On the positive side, it’s, is very clean. We found our carpets had just been washed and was very wet, which was not pleasant to walk on. The interior style gives a vibe of east Europe in the 80s. I would have given the hotel, one more star, if it wasn’t for a very rude receptionist, who does not speak a word of English. I asked her if the eggs and the breakfast was hard or soft boiled, and as she failed to understand me, even when I used a translate app. She became very rude and had a attitude. Very unprofessional, and French II guess.

Très bon séjour Pas d'eau dans les chambres dommage... Ne pas confondre écologie et économie

Concernant votre observation sur l'absence d'eau, sachez que l'eau en bouteille a été remplacée depuis plusieurs mois par une carafe en verre. La réception vous informe de sa mise à disposition gracieuse à votre arrivée. Nous avons une fontaine à eau filtrée comme la plus grande partie des hôtels Accor. Nous sommes désolés si cette information n'a pas été assez précise et claire lors de votre check in. Elle le sera lors de votre prochain séjour que nous espérons bientôt.
