The hotel is in a residential area but very accessible by public transportation. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are rather small but comfortable.

I appreciate the courtesy of the person checking me in. He knew I speak english but i am learning french, so he spoke in french. The person next day when i checked out was not so friendly. I was not so good in understanding numbers. I asked him a price for breakfast and he was annoyed when i asked again.

Good but not great, windows not double glazing so the room by the street side was very noisy. Overall clean by the carpet wasn't clear mostly corners, same for the stools.
