I appreciate the courtesy of the person checking me in. He knew I speak english but i am learning french, so he spoke in french. The person next day when i checked out was not so friendly. I was not so good in understanding numbers. I asked him a price for breakfast and he was annoyed when i asked again.

Good but not great, windows not double glazing so the room by the street side was very noisy. Overall clean by the carpet wasn't clear mostly corners, same for the stools.

The hotel was ok, but the rooms and facilities are a bit dated. Breakfast was basic but ok for the price. Neighborhood was very nice, safe, with shops and restaurants, metro station was very close, it takes around 20-30 minutes to get to the city on line 9. All in all ok hotel for good price.

The location can't be best if you want to live like a local. Reasonably priced restaurants and take out (master poulet) pharmacy, bakeries, clothes etc in the neighborhood. Metro less than 5 mins by foot. Rooms albeit tiny, were clean with good climate control. Great price for Paris.
