We are pleased that everything went well until Monday morning, although we sincerely regret the negative impression left by your final breakfast. I would like to clarify what appears to be a misunderstanding regarding the interaction with our team. Courtesy is a cornerstone of our establishment, and our staff is strictly trained never to raise their voice toward our guests. However, we take your comment very seriously, and an internal debrief will be conducted to understand what may have been perceived as such during a high-pressure moment. This Monday morning, we experienced an exceptional and simultaneous rush of guests. Despite our best efforts, preparing fresh items such as bacon and eggs requires a mandatory cooking time of 15 minutes to ensure quality and food safety. This delay, combined with the large number of guests arriving at the same time, unfortunately led to the unusual wait you experienced. We hope you will not hold this against us and that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back to provide a seamless experience from start to finish.
