Decent room. No restaurant and no fridge

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We hope to welcome you back to our hotel very soon! In Ibis there no restaurant but you could find plenty of restaurants 5 minutes by walk around the hotel. We made the choice to don,t have any fridge in our rooms (which is not obligatory in a 3 stars hotels) but as our reception team explain You have free hot and cold drinks in the breakfast room. I stayed only for one night. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean , comfortable and with enough space for one person.

As a solo female traveller I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. I arrived at the hotel just after check in and went to sleep, about an hour into my sleep a male (considerably older than me maybe late 40s and above) walked into my room (it wasn’t a cleaner nor someone that worked at the hotel) very concerning, was left feeling vulnerable and at risk. Rooms are very small and tight, can hear the noise of others on the floor. Overall, the worst and most uncomfortable stay I’ve had at a hotel and I never complain. If you are a solo traveller I’d stay clear of this hotel as I felt unsafe and couldn’t wait to leave. I even tried to express to the receptionist my concerns and it was shrugged off. Very unpleasant!
