The hotel staff was very friendly and made sure to satisfy all the needs and requests. Very profesional staff.

The hotel staff is very friendly, very nice, and very professional. They try their best to satisfy their clients during their entire stay. With very high professionalism and very politely the staff tried their best to even accommodate my request for an early check-in and for a late check-out on my departure. Many thanks to all of them.

Friendly staff, good location, easy to access with public transport, wide selection of food, beverages for breakfast, clean room, comfortable bed. Only the bathroom was so tiny, but just good enough for the couple days stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk was very helpful. The room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

An unpleasant check-in experience, clean and cool room with minimal amenities and scarce breakfast. Checking out the desk clerk was very helpful ensuring that I had a taxi to the hotel as Uber twice canceled their pickup and two taxi services failed to show up. He eventually tracked down a cab to get me to the airport.

So far, this hotel has offered us the best quality for the price, in comparison to other Accor Hotels that we stayed in, in the past! The rooms were reasonable, and more than adequate. The receptionists ( Christelle, Karim and Alexandre) , were friendly and accommodating. and made us feel 'at home'. The buffet breakfast, (which was included in the price of the room) was more than we expected, and the freshly squeezed orange juice was a welcome surprise. I highly recommend this hotel.

Consistant service

The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station, on line check-in was OK, people at the desk were friendly and efficient, the room was OK and the breakfast was fine. A little bit more shelves in the room would be convenient.

I was very pleased by the hotel, the room was fine, the breakfast good, the WiFi easy to use and the location very conveniently next to a metro station. A little bit more room for luggage and clothes might be useful in winter.

When we arrived, the desk personnel told me that we had booked 4 rooms (prepaid). The website listed a package for two rooms close together. Receipt stated that I booked 2 rooms for 4 people. Perfect but now he was saying that he could not my reservation. At least they had U. down for more rooms and not less. Sent U. to rooms that had not yet been cleaned although it was after 1500. Had to go back down and get new rooms. Lift was only for one person. One room was quite warm (Paris was 95 that day). AC barely got the room cold and the fan whined if up on highest setting. Then to top it off, our camera was taken from the room while we were at the football game. Room door does not self latch and needs to be pulled closed (we figured that out before leaving for the game). Manager acted shocked and stated that if the maids key had been used to open our door while we were gone, we would not have been able to get in (not sure how that works for people that stay multiple days). Apparently there are cameras but she would not have the time to look at them for a few days.

A one night stay. Room was small, but ready for when I arrived. Choice of drinks very small at the hotel and only non alcoholic. Breakfast had a reasonable choice of items. Tables need to be cleared quickly as there were very few available at 7.30. Very expensive for the quality.
