There was no heat when I arrived at this 4* hotel. But I was bo told this at check-in. After I'd unpacked my case, I noticed the room was cold, and that there was born heating. I contacted reception but they were no help: "It'll be sorted out tomorrow", I was told. "Come back to reception & we will give you another room." I was only told it was a "hotel-wide problem" when I appeared at reception, having re-packed my case. So I returned to my room, with the promise of a mobile heater. This took some time, as one could not be found. Eventually one appeared. By now, I had asked to speak to the manager, but I was told no-one was available. There were just 2 young men at reception. I was offered NOTHING to compensate for the inconvenience. Not even an apology.

Very Nice Hotel but TERRIBLE Shower Connection.

Hotel is very far west of Paris & end the end of the Metro line. There is no way to figure out the shower system in the bathroom! Worst thing ever !!! If you have to phone the front desk to get instructions theres's something wrong. I managed to increase the heat and override it, but the shower? It was on for a second & I'd turned it off, never to get it going again. If you have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out I'd never go there again.

OK hotel, room size was great, bed was comfortable, but bathroom was old, light in the bathroom made the air very warm Location was great
