A decent stay

The location is ok, less than 10 minutes walk to the tram station, and about 15 minute walk to the metro station, which takes you everywhere in Paris. However, the hotel is in the west border and is far away from any attraction, requiring a minimum 45 minute travel to any attraction by public transport. Also, couldn't see many shops or restaurants nearby. The family room we got was so small that there was no place to keep our luggages. For the price we paid, I feel the room is too small, and cannot be called a family room for 4 people. No locks for the toilet or the bathroom. This was a serious privacy concern when you stay with others in a room. No glass cups, only paper cups provided. One positive aspect was the water fountain in the corridor where you can fill your water bottles.

Everything ypu need was available but Average state of the hotel (cheap curtains in room, old carpet, etc) for the price. Dirty surroundings on sidewalk around the hotel (dog excrements, trash) give a poor impression.
