The gentleman on reception was very helpful. As I was travelling alone, I had planned to eat in the hotel restaurant so I was disappointed it was closed that evening.

The rooms are old, the air-conditioning / heating system dies not work well, and the carpets smell.

Clean, well located for business at the BIPM. Some good restaurants and a market close by. Room is comfortable and what is needed, suggest maintaining easy availability of iron/ironing boards, umbrellas (hard to travel with those).
