Novotel Paris Pont de Sevres 4 stars

Good choice for business trips as it is close to Boulogne (walking distance) or well connected to public transport. Clean, offering dining option at place or nearby and parking. Services are a bit too expensive but if you can leave without a coffee or breakfast in the morning or don't need parking then it's fine.

Pros : helpful staff and location close to my work place. Bathroom is reasonably big with hot water. There is a Electronic safe and a close to 40inch TV. Cons : long list..where to start?? Too expensive for the size of the room and the lack of basic amenities. Insufficient light in the room. There is one table light and 2 bedisde lights fixed into the bed. Bathroom has more lights and sufficient lighting than the room. It claims a 4 star hotel but provides paper cups. No toiletries other than shower gel and shampoo. Towels feel worn out/rough. The position of the toilet rolls is laughable. They rolls are vertically oriented and one at your head height while sitting and the other one below the toilet seat level. Room cooling hardly worked. There is no space or closet to keep your suitcase (big or small). There is a tiny closet to hang your coat and clothes. Breakfast is ridiculously expensive at 19euro. Google shows 2.8 stars for the Novotel cafe. A bit far from the buzzing parts of Sevres with good restaurants. Clearly, if not for the Novotel name, this will be a 2 or at the most 3 star hotel.

This hotel is less than ten minutes walk from Metro and RER. The room was very comfortable in every way. The balcony needs tidying up. We went to a concert at the stunning 'La Seine Musicale' and spent most of a day at the enchanting Musée des Années Trentes. On our last day we took the RER to Suresnes and had a lovely day walking in the Bois de Boulogne. The Novotel Pont de Sèvres was a great place to stay.

Spacious room, nice furniture and good service

I appreciated espacially the service oriented and friendly staff. A performance which I consider as strongly important allowing Novotel to create customer retention.
