Having an own car park is an advantage, and at reasonable cost. The hotel is run with just enough staff, they all like very busy and can't spend much time on customer well being. I was surprised by the fine quality of food at the restaurant. Bravo to the Chef.

Everything was fine apart from being billed for the room which had been pre-paid by my company. It took multiple emails and phone calls to have the situation resolved.

Not enough light in the bedroom so if I needed to read something or do some work on the laptop I had to do it in the bathroom or the entrance area. The bed was comfortable though. You could have also provided at least a toothpaste. The experience definitely was not worth the price, sorry.

I was I expectedly upgraded to an executive room which was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary soft drinks in the fridge were a welcome addition. My only issue was with the shower. The shower head was not fully working, and could not be positioned correctly and was directing water down against the wall rather than outwards. This should be a simple fix, but I was unable to let the reception team know as I needed to check out quickly.

Very disappointing stay. Lobby is ok but the rooms are very simple. This is an ibis priced like the Riz Carlton. Poor value for money. Nothing wrong with the place but it is only worth 30-50% of the price.

Friendly staff and good restaurant. However some of them were new and struggling to explain public transportation and ways to places of interest. Rooms are small and clean. Interior could be more modern and colorful not just grey, brown and black. Parquet instead of carpet would be nice as well. General refurbishment need. Bathroom seemed to be renovated and clean and in good condition.

The shower was barely getting hot water, the heating does not work and the safe does not work either, and we can talk about the WIFI connection, and noisy ... It's obviously enough expensive to have all of this working fine . One good thing: The bed was great.

Good breakfast. But the quality of the services are not as they should be for 4 stars hotel... The reservation of the room was paid in advance nevertheless the hotel reserved an additional deposit on my credit card which I've got back only after couple of weeks???

I arrived at late evening and being told that the hotel has out of room even though I made my reservation. The reception explained to the situation and made an arrangement for me immediately. I was moved to an hotel few KM away and taxi are arranged for both way.

I stayed in Novotel with my family for a weekend and then I stopped there for business reasons. I really appreciated that the same room was reserved to me, thus having the possibility to leave all family things in the room until the leaving moment. The experience with the family was satisfying, a good rate and a great breakfast for all of us.
