I specifically booked 1 night at the hotel + and paid extra money to stay until 5 pm to work in good conditions. However, the AC wasn't working properly, and there was a lot of extremely noisy work on the floor below (drilling, etc.) I asked the reception several times to have the situation improved, but I only received a few remarks: " We are sorry, there is nothing we can do". Offering to move to a different room could have been a solution, but it was never suggested. I am so disappointed by the poor customer service; my workday was very stressful. My expectations toward a hotel of this standard were high, obviously too high. I will make sure to warn people about this low quality and it was a real waste of my money.
