The hotel is new and the staff is super nice. It is very close to the subway (Downtown -DT line). The check-in process is smooth. The room is compact but has everything we need. We really appreciate the water pressure in the shower :-). The breakfast buffet is great with good and different selection everyday. We really had a good stay at the hotel Waterloo .

I stayed here for 4 nights in April and overall the stay was very comfortable. The room was well appointed and the facility here (pool and gym) was sufficiently equipped. It is also centrally located and on a quiet street. On my check out date, I was able to get an extension of 3 hours from the front desk which was amazing! The only minor gripe I had was that I found food quality in the breakfast buffet was a bit hit and miss. The baked goods (bread and pastries) did not taste good and on some mornings there was too much processed meat. I think they should focus on showcasing the amazing local foods.

All was great, except it would be great to have some kind of wardrobe or storage for clothing, other than that the cleanliness and staff members were on top.
