Rooms are small, there is no place to store bags and the bed is super small. At the Swimming pool there are only 3 chez longs, 5 chairs and that’s it.

Walkable and central. Clean, modern, neat. Rooms very small. No sink in the bathroom. Limited space to hang towels. NO closet space. Extremely claustrophobic if expecting to stay for more than 1-2 nights. ZERO sound insulation. Can hear people speaking in a normal voice from neighboring rooms and the water draining whenever the neighboring rooms use the shower or toilet

Our hotel is indeed conveniently located, with easy access to the three MRT stations - a 2-minute walk to Bencoolen MRT (downtown line), 5-minute walk to Bras Basah MRT (Circle Line) and a 7-minute walk to Bugis MRT which are served by the Downtown and East West Lines. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. As a newly opened hotel, our concept is designed around compact, modern rooms, and we understand that this layout may not suit every guest. The open sink design in the room, as well as the absence of a traditional closet, are intentional features aimed at maximizing space efficiency, but we appreciate that this may feel inconvenient. We also regret any discomfort caused by noise levels during your stay. As we are new, we are actively reviewing guest feedback to improve sound insulation and overall comfort. My family enjoyed connecting rooms at the Waterloo Hotel, my kids loved it and this really enhanced our entire stay with extra space, double TVs and two AI assistants. Made lots of fun memories at the pool too which is only accessible via our room key card, with unlimited towels by the door. Myriad of MRT stations all around, with Bencoolen MRT just behind the hotel - we were literally already in the city and it was extremely convenient to get around. Lots to shop and sightsee in the area as well. A true Singapore Hotel experience - great location for exploration, great service overall with enhanced AI capabilities, and great value!
