I booked a premium room, but the A/C stopped working and the ceiling was leaking, so we had to change rooms late in the night to a downgraded standard room. I have not been reimbursed for my room downgrade or inconvenience despite contacting hotel customer service.

Due to an air-conditioning issue in your original Superior Double room, an immediate room change to another Superior Double room was offered by our team. We understand that you declined the offer as the room was on a different floor. While the layout of the new room may have differed, this was not a downgrade in room category. We understand the disruption caused, especially as the move took place late at night. In recognition of this, a refund has been extended as a gesture of goodwill. As your booking was made through a third-party platform under a non-refundable rate, the refund will need to be processed via the same channel. We have initiated the refund on our end, and we seek your understanding that it may take approximately 3-4 weeks to be completed, depending on the financial processing timeline. We regret that your experience did not fully meet expectations and appreciate your patience and understanding. Location is too good and very convenient and nearby to go other places like budgies street, Little india, MRT station etc. Also all staff is humble, helpful and smiley they always help us and guide us for find and explore new place, food Rooms are very clean.overall experience very nice keep it up guys
