I recently stayed for one night at Ibis Styles Albert, and I must say it was a pleasant and memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and efficient staff made me feel welcome. Special thanks to Mushairene and Louis, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and Mushairene was incredibly attentive, making sure I had all the information I needed about the hotel’s amenities. She also recommended some great local spots to explore, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, modern, and well-designed, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. I particularly liked the vibrant decor, which added a cheerful touch. The bed was cozy, and I had a great night’s sleep. Louis was equally outstanding during my stay. He assisted with my inquiries about transportation and even helped arrange a taxi for me. His professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out. The breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of options to suit different preferences. The common areas were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive vibe of the hotel. Overall, my stay at Ibis Styles Albert was fantastic, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mushairene and Louis. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again.

I stayed at the Ibis Styles Albert hotel over a Saturday and Sunday in November. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport by public transport by taking the MRT to Rochor and then a short walk (a huge plus in Singapore; not all hotels have this advantage). I arrived after a red-eye flight from Osaka, I arrived at the hotel around 8am and was greeted by an enthusiastic Irene, who was very helpful with my pre-check-in procedure and happily stored my luggage ahead of my check-in later that afternoon. Irene explained that it had been raining in Singapore all week and even offered me an umbrella should I need it until my check-in, but I assured her that now that I had arrived in Singapore for the weekend, the weather would be fine (and it was). My room was very satisfactory (and huge by Japanese standards), including very good air conditioning, a small fridge, a rainfall shower, a comfortable bed and a large and easy to use TV. I didn't take breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on this. There were no issues during my stay over the weekend and I would happily return in the future. It was a surprise to find that Irene was also rostered on during the morning of my checkout, and when I told her my shopping plans for the day, she was very helpful in making some positive suggestions on what I should do.
