Stayed 4 nights to attend expo held at MBS. Location above the City Hall MRT made it even more convenient. Also being above Raffles place shopping complex made it easy to shop and purchase supplies.
One downside. The room air conditioning the lowest temperature allowed was 21 degrees celcius. This was not comfortable on some nights and I wished it could be allowed to go to 19 degrees.

Stayed one night for a break. Specially choose this room with high floor coz I wanna get a peaceful view of the bay and MBS towers. Baybeats 2026 is happening at Esplanade, can hear a bit of the music and can see the lights, doesnt bother us, it just adds on to the flavour. The bathroom is comfortable, the view at night is precious. I regretted not asking how much is the hotel brand water bottle that is placed inside the room 😂

I had booked (or so I thought) a high level bay view room. It was a splurge for myself as an extension of a work conference on Sentosa. Checking in, the staff were quite rude & not at all understanding of what I thought I had booked.
They didn't care that everyone I was with also knew I said I had booked a high floor room over looking Marina Bay. Friends we were staying with got a room upgrade, a breakfast upgrade and also a Pooh Bear welcome into their room the day before. Not even empathy was shown or an effort to correct my booking. I was on a lower floor than all I was staying with. Not a good start. The first night I returned to my hotel room at around 11pm and noticed the room flooded. The air conditioner was leaking from the ceiling through the smoke alarm. I had to move rooms that night. No apology, no upgrade (just 2 rooms further along on the same floor) not even a room credit, a breakfast on us for the inconvenience. Nothing. The bar staff were not attentive. Difficult to order a drink or food. Checkout was the quickest and easiest process.
