I want to leave special thanks to Mr.Ronald and every other workers in Swissotel, for that you made a best honeymoon for us. You assigned us a bedroom with the perfect view of Marina Bay, arranged perfect decorations for our honeymoon, and gave us unforgettable service. It was so lovely and we are so thankful with the best memory we received from you guys! Thank you!

The Room 3653 didn't had a Health faucet near to Water Closet. I requested the team to allot a different room, but they were unable to provide me another room with matching requirement. This 1 issue spoilt my stay experience. Secondly, Laundry team never replaced the consumed laundry bags on their own. Every single day i had to give a call to provide laundry bags and due to this 1 day my laundry left unwashed in the room.

There is query if its a special occasion but in the end of day did not have any amenities. Went to clove for dinner, asked if there is write rice was not able to get, ask if there were bananas but also said it all at the counter. The service staff didn't bother to go ask in the kitchen.
