I was in room 1533 I believe. I only had hot water for my shower 1 of the 5 mornings. Very disappointed!

A really well-designed hotel room - quiet aircon, no buzzing fridge, bathroom privacy, comfortable beds, good furniture. Enough space for our family of four. Great location, super easy access to public transport. Very helpful staff. Pool area was closed but we understand that works need to be done sometimes. Good food at the food court in the adjacent shopping centre.

It was all round memorable experience from Checking in to Check Out. Was upgraded to Suite basis the Accor Gold Status. Immediate Check out helped saving the Time. Room and Service was impeccable.. Location of the hotel is Best. Overall can say would love to come back again and stay in the same Hotel.

I stayed in Swissotel many times before and their aircon was their lack before. This time the aircon is cold and just nice in the room. So, there is no reason for not giving 10/10.

Reception staff used to be friendly but not so much any more. It felt that contract company employees are now treated differently than regular customers . They also seem a bit reluctant to deal with "green clean" program where you get cash back from skipping house keeping, and didn't feel friendly response when asked any questions about it. Also had hard time try to change the date of scheduled housekeeping during green clean program. Same for the complementary drink coupon for Accor membership. Will prefer staying at another hotel on next visit.
