The Swissotel Stamford is the perfect place to stay in Singapore. Located above the City Hall MRT it allows easy access to all parts of the island. Our Room was extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and with a stunning view of the harbour...simply mesmerising! We thoroughly enjoyed the Executive Lounge during our 8 night stay. Staff were all friendly and attentive.

Great location, close to public transport & walking distance from most places of interest. Room was terrific, with great amenities & comfortable living space. Breakfast was also excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are well maintained and equipped with necessary items. The staffs are very helpful. The receptionists and also the porter. The porter waited until our grab arrived. Its better if the water host for toilet is included for those who use water for toileting. Thank you

A Disappointing Experience at Swissotel

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Swissotel, and I must admit that my overall experience left me extremely dissatisfied. While the hotel's reputation and amenities initially sparked my interest, a particular incident involving the housekeeping staff marred my stay and significantly impacted my perception of the establishment. During my stay, I encountered a situation that not only invaded my privacy but also demonstrated a lack of professionalism on the part of the housekeeping staff. One afternoon, as I was in the process of changing clothes in my room, I heard a knock on the door followed by an immediate attempt to enter. Shockingly, the housekeeping staff did not wait for my response or acknowledgement of their presence before barging in. This blatant disregard for privacy was highly distressing and entirely unacceptable. It is crucial for a hotel of Swissotel's caliber to prioritize guest privacy and ensure that their staff is trained to respect boundaries. Unfortunately, this incident made me question the competence and attentiveness of the housekeeping team, as well as the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and secure environment for its guests. In addition to this particular incident, I found several other aspects of my stay at Swissotel to be subpar. Given the dissatisfaction I experienced during my time at Swissotel, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to others. The lack of professionalism demonstrated by the housekeeping staff and the overall level of service provided fell far short of what one would expect from a reputed establishment. I sincerely hope that Swissotel takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate measures to address the issues I encountered. Enhancing staff training, emphasizing guest privacy, and improving customer service are areas that require immediate attention. Until significant improvements are made, I regret to say that I cannot consider returning to Swissotel or recommending it to others seeking a satisfying hotel experience.

It is supposed to be a luxury hotel but rooms are average and the staff is rude. I stayed here as part of a business trip and was surprised to find the gym was closed for renovation, this was never mentioned when I booked as I wouldn't have booked here. I stayed in an executive club room and check in 3pm. When checking in, I found out afternoon tea finished at 3pm. I was not notified regarding this ether, surely you can let people know in advance, especially people staying just 1 night. So maybe take this into consideration if you're in one of these rooms. I gave my feedback about my stay but I heard nothing back from the hotel. **crickets** The rooms are just OK. The 1 good thing about this hotel is the location.
