Had a staycation for two nights. Room was well equipped, comfortable. I was assigned a room on the 48th floor which was amazing. Night view was great. Bed was comfortable and the surroundings were really quiet. I had a good rest. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. They brought up an ice bucket and wine opener promptly when requested for. I particularly liked the day couch facing the balcony which was great for lounging with a great view. I also enjoyed the spa entry at willow stream where I spent an hour or so in the sauna and hot pools. I had some drinks at The Eight by the pool which was perfect. Some slight hiccups to work on would be the self check in. It took awhile as the system did not capture my online check - in documentation and a staff member had to assist. I had to request for the welcome drink even though as an Accor Plus member I had previously gotten this amenity automatically at previous Accor properties. This slowed down the check in process slightly. The water pressure for the rainshower in the room appears to be a little weak and that could be improved.

Beautiful hotel. Assistance at check in was most welcome. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Room always clean. I used the pool on Saturday and it was fabulous.

Staffs are on e ground and ready to assist when needed help. Room was spacious with awesome view overlooking mbs. Breakfast was good too. However i had issues with our TV on our first day the TV reset to the main page initially I didn't think much about it thinking it could be some internet connection which shld be fine by the time return. It was about 11pm we started to switch on the tv but encounter the same issues. We had to skip tv for the first night as it was pretty late for us to report. The next day I reported the issue b4 I left the room. It was around 2pm when I returned e room. The issue persisted I called again. This time round they brought a brand new TV for installation. This resulted in a downtime. It was disappointing as I would actually expect the issue to resolve when I return to the room. On the first night, my husband wanted to shower at the spa after his gym and just remembered that the spa closes at 9pm he quickly rushed for shower at 8.50pm however he was stopped by the staff saying they close at 9pm. So heres my question. Was there a clauses mentioning about the cut off time?? I felt this could be handled in a better way. Overall it was a good stay.
