Great hotel. Location of the hotel is very central and close to everywhere you need. Stunning views of the city from each room. Hotel staff are extremely helpful and always around. Housekeeping do an amazing job each day. My house keeper Baiq’Ayu couldn’t do enough for me

The hotel is Really amazing. Really want to come back. Location is perfect and take your time for the huge choices in breakfast. Special thanks to the team who took care of my room. They did a great job. Thanks to Su, San, Yan, Xin and Eric. See you hopefully soon again.

The hotel is in a very good location and has good facilities, in line with the price. I was not happy with the service. I wasn't provided any upgrade even if I am a Accor Gold member. The room was not made on the first day and we had to ask for it to be serviced explicitly. It was our honeymoon and we mentioned that in the booking and there was no acknowledgement of that in any way or form. I understand these are all minor points but you would expect a high quality hotel like this to try to make their guest feel like at home. That wasn't the case. It's probably a better hotel for business travellers.

We stay for 4 night in the swissotel the stamford. And it's a disaester. My experience commenced with a Shantia's misinformation that she said if we upgraded to harbour view room there will be no additional fee for 3rd person. And We double or triple checked for the 119.9 SGD for upgrade fee was icluded 3rd person additional fee. That is why we choosed to upgrade our room but actually when we checked out, we should pay for 3rd person fee. So we complained Venosha and Sue. But they Escpecially Sue acted like a teacher and ignoring us. She just talked herself and didn't listen ours. We were very upset for her attitude and also ruined the trip of Singapore. Even she suggested the complimentary services including the breakfast, late-check out and taxi fee to Sentosa. But we strongly declined her offer because we complained not for the complimentary service but the bad experience of this hotel. Check-in and out took a hour. And in-room service never delivered at once. I don't know what kinds of service they want to served for the customer. Good location and nice view doesn't compensate our feelings, too. This hotel needs place the well-discplined and polite staff like Gordon and manager in the lobby. We are not stay this hotel anymore now and further. If other hotel brand in the Accor like this, We definitely do not accomodate any more

Check in and check out at this hotel will stay with me longer than the stunning views, for the wrong reason. Check in/out is at a big table with PCs where you are to check yourself in and out, if it works. The self serve couldn't find our booking, so at check in we got a pretty hopeless member of staff who used a laptop to try and find our booking. Meant that she was looking at the screen rather than engaging with us about the hotels facilities, recommendations etc. Quite frustrating - we were then passed to a "manager" in a brown suit, who was equally devoid of rapport. No conversation, simply "can you put your PIN number in?" Check out was the same - couldn't recognise us despite being in house. Not a five star experience. Room - spacious, well appointed. Views were great. Housekeeping was a bit strange, took one of our wine glasses, didn't replace, didn't wash coffee cups, didn't take an empty wine bottle. Cleaned room and fresh towels everyday though. Breakfast service was not great, but the food and views on the 70th floor were great. Staff very junior and not at all personable, quite transactional.
