​The blanket provided in our room has a strong, unpleasant smell. I called reception to request a replacement, but unfortunately, no one came to change it or assist us. Until the next morning i called to check if we can cancel the 2nd night then immediately arrange the change of fresh blanket.

Stayed here for the F1 event. Comfy rooms and the housekeeping dept for my room is such a sweetie. Always ensure room is clean n new change of towels. Definitely be back next year cos of the housekeeping staffs. Only grouse is not able to get late check out on check out day.. LOL. I used to stay at another Accor Hotel nearby..n this late check out was straight given to me on my check in day. Always felt special n being treated well.. hopefully next year, Mercure Bugis doesn't disappoint.

Everything was good. The pool was superb and breakfast was excellent and varied. The downside was location. A choice of MTR stations within 15 minutes walk but walking was not easy, every 100m a 2 minute wait to cross a road.

Our 2-night stay was absolutely enjoyable. Our hotel check-in by the staff was fast and simple and we were given an hour of late check-out. Ample parking lots and two complimentary exits per day are very helpful indeed. We are also happy with our hotel room and the various room facilities and amenities provided within. In our room booking, we specifically stated not to give us the "last/end/corner room" and we are happy that your staff had taken seriously of our request and instead gave us a centre room near the lift lobby. Keep it up Mercure Spore Bugis' staff! My wife and I will be returning to have another 2-night stay in Mercure Spore Bugis. Cheers!

Overall it was a pleasant stay, i was advised i had a complementary drink when arrived but it was not on the app. Bar service was slow at sometimes, waited 10-15 mins, still nothing.. probably forgotten.

The room is clean and spacious. The only 2 feedbacks are as follows: I would recommend installing a shelf in the bathroom so that extra items such as facial wash can be put near the shampoo and body wash. Also it would be great if there is another small dustbin near the basin area.

Redeeming the welcome drink was faced with a sour faced staff. I booked 2 rooms but was only given welcome drinks for one and there was nothing the front desk could do, not even regrets. Asked the front desk to confirm my next hotel also in Accor but they can’t. Said that all they can do is send them an email same as me so I should do it. What’s going on?

We had an extended lay over and arrived early in the morning. Staff at desk was extremely friendly and helpful, letting us leave our bags and get changed so we could go out and explore while we were waiting for our room to be ready.

I returned to the hotel at 4pm one day to change clothes, answer some emails. The room was only just then being cleaned, there was no AC in the halls (which also meant no air filter for the hazy air), and the lobby was crowded and loud. I went to the 3rd floor reataurant which was closed and sat quietly at a table to manage my emails. I was told to leave immediately that I was not welcome there. I explained my situation, that I just needed to manage some emails and I would be quiet/clean. A manager was called to reinforce I must leave. In addition, my room A/C had to run constantly and yet never quite cooled the room. There were 3 hangers and no drawers for my clothes. The cabin for the toilet was so small that I had to leave the door open. The cabin for the shower leaked water into the rest of the room. The only good things I can say were that I enjoyed the lap pool, towels were always available, and the bed/pillows were comfortable.

I stayed in a loft style room with my family and we had adjoining rooms that connected. The hawker stalls nearby were handy and the shopping centre (Bugis +) is basically next to the hotel. MRT is a block away. Pool is quite nice and small gym available. I made use of the self wash laundry facilities. The hotel lobby is quite beautiful. Our level seemed to have some water damage and a bit of a musty smell. The loft rooms have a floor bed which could be a struggle for older guests. Also the sofa bed that folds out isn't overly comfortable and does take up a lot of the downstairs space when opened. Breakfast was decent. Overall a good location and convenient place to stay in the Bugis area.
