Dear Mr. L., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the pre-authorization process caused concern during your stay. Kindly allow us to clarify that the higher amount reflected at check-in was a temporary pre-authorization hold to cover incidental charges, which is a standard hotel practice. The unused balance is automatically released after check-out in accordance with banking procedures. We understand how this may feel uncomfortable, and we appreciate your feedback.
