Great stay. Hotel room is nice and clean. The hotel is walking distance to Bugis+ , Bugis village and Bugis junction.

I hope you could give me a great discount should I come there again with my kids. No other place, hostel, or hotel would I choose, only Mercure Bugis. Best differentiating factor is your Asst. Manager, Royston Christopher Wu. He is the best! He is an expert in his field, knows the pulse of every nationality he speaks with. He deserves a promotion.

The facility was very well kept and clean. The room exceeded expectations for both cleanliness and amenities and was very well maintained, in addition to just feeling modern and sleek. Staff were very friendly during all interactions, and I am thankful they were able to hold luggage beyond checkout time. The location is also very good, with easy access to Bugis+ and other food options and a short walk away from the MRT. I will likely be staying here again for my next visit.

It was a good stay but lots of space for improvement. The hotel reception was not welcoming. No smiles, greetings and the procedure felt like we're disturbing them more than providing good service. It was that way when checking in, and when checking out, there were four staff but none looked up to offer help. Not a welcoming experience. The room was clean and appreciate the preparation of the baby cot. The buffet and lounge were great, buffet staff were very helpful and friendly too. When booking the room, I had left a note that it's booking for a couple celebrating their wedding anniversary. It would have been a nice touch to at least leave a welcoming note in the room, not necessarily need anything complimentary/special.
