Good location, just behind Bugis+, walking distance to Bugis Junction, Raffles City Shopping, MRT station and bus station. Many eateries around including the hawker center across the hotel. No bottled water but has filter water which is much better. Rain shower was good as water is strong. I was upgraded to a "loft" room which was a bit small and inconvenient to get to the bathroom.

The best thing about this hotel is the location with a very reasonable price. The staff when check in and check out are great. One thing that made me not give a 10 is room service when requesting for example towels or cutlery takes too long. But will stay here again when visiting Singapore

Room 611, the shower, literally where you stand to wash, has full height perfectly clear glass windows facing the street. In order to shower you must lower the blind fully, which are not designed to be wet, to prevent Bugis from watching a full frontal nude show. There should be some frosted window film here so you can shower without the blinds. It's ridiculous. Also, the bathroom floor completely floods because water that lands on the tile edges under the shower blinds actually runs several meters along the tile edge and then runs onto the floor outside of the drain pan area. Flooding the entire floor. Unless the service tech actually has a shower they wont know this because if you run the shower without someone in it, 95% of the water lands in the floor pan. a human body drips a lot of water onto the blind and ledge. The tiling and drainage is so stupidly done, i want to vomit blood thinking about it. I had to make a toilet paper drip guide to make that stream of water fall off the ledge and into the shower pan area, which is also so shallow and small that a lot of water gets onto the floor even without the 'window sill river'. The couch is absolutely awful, and seats only 1 person, you can't sit back on it, it's dimensions are just totally wrong. The safe didn't work and literally needed to be replaced. The mattress and pillows were comfortable and the linen was crisp and perfect, so not everything was awful. The bed is a bit silly just a mattress on the floor, the mezzanine should be larger. but that wasn't really a problem, also the mattress size feels small, i think its just a double, not a queen. The bathroom and couch made me angry because they were just awful. I sat in the desk chair as it was more conformable.
