The receptionist are not friendly. The room is too small and there is nothing to place tower.

Had a very comfortable stay in Mercure Bugis. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Location is very convenient. It is very much accessible to MRT stations, malls and restaurants.

As a fans of Accor hotel, i am disappointed about the stay experience in this stay. I stayed in room 1303. I suspect there was a problem in the air-con which i felt it was not cool enough. I called the engineer via the Service desk. I was told the enginner would fix it. I went out and leave the engineer to fix it. I found my stuff was relocated when i was back to the room. Later i found my stuff was all wet and i was disappointed why the staff did not tell me about it. The next day, there were water dropping down from the air-con which made all my stuff wet again. Honestly i was very angry and upset why the staff did not offer me another room. If the room was not ready, it should not allocate to any guest.
