I believe that the biggest advantage of Mercury Bugis is the location: next to Bugis and Bugis Plus Shopping Centre, very close to Orchard Road and next to a metro station. The hotel is lovely and very clean. The staff is very polite and helpful and I highly recommended

The hotel is well located in Bugis area close to everywhere in Singapore. Apart from the room being small, the hotel is cozy, friendly staff and serves good food

3 night stay and needed to be closer to then main centre for ease. Disappointed that as a solo parent no assistance was given with luggage to the room. Quick but also felt slightly rushed at check in. Room was clean but not spacious and had to lift heavy luggage over the bed set up. Not much choice of channels on the TV and no access to streaming services with own login which would have been good for the kids. On asking for some cutlery I was asked to make sure I brought it back down the next morning and had to collect food from the bar or which as I couldn’t carry all 3 and the guy said he would bring the others up the food was cold. No snack amenities after 9.30 so was advised to go across to the shop. Restaurant was however we discovered had a great buffet, service slow but good value for Singapore. Overall a few elements would have made this a great stay and might not bother couples but with young teenagers a little extra would go a long way.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mercure Bugis, Singapore. I stayed with my family and the loft room was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and very convenient. The concierge and reception staff were super helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families visiting Singapore.
