Except the service of front desk, everything is very good. My sister and I booked rooms separately under different names, email addresses and confirmation numbers. Mine included executive lounge and breakfast. She arrived hotel 2 hours earlier than me. The front desk could not find my confirmation and tried to question me as if I have done something wrong … only after I called my sister to show her confirmation details, they then realized it was their mistake to gave my room to her. Then they asked me to sign the check-in form under my sister’s details except with name changed to mine. Of course I rejected. I could accept mistakes but feel disappointed that they did not apologize. And worst of all, used our personal details in such carefree manner.
