A well located hotel with all the facilities needed for a great stay. Love the fact it had two pools and a rooftop bar. Breakfast provided a good selection of food and the coffee was spot on (capsule)

Everything was excellent except for a minor issue with El Chido rooftop bar and restaurant.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our central location, the comfort of your room, and the service provided by our porters. Your kind words regarding our sustainability initiatives and welcome amenities are greatly appreciated. At the same time, I would like to sincerely apologise for the issues you encountered at El Chido rooftop bar. It is disappointing to learn that you were asked to leave for a private function and that the music volume during your subsequent visit caused discomfort. Please rest assured that your experience does not reflect the standard of service we aim to provide at Pullman. We are reviewing our rooftop bar procedures and staff training to ensure that all our staying guests can enjoy this unique feature without compromise, and that staff respond appropriately to guest concerns. Regarding the room upgrades, I am sorry that you were not offered an upgrade during your stay despite being a valued Accor Gold member. While upgrades are always subject to availability, we acknowledge your past experiences in New Zealand and Australia, and we are reviewing our allocation procedures to better recognise our loyal members in future. I'm a diamond member of the Accor program. Still, because my stay was booked through my company’s travel agent, my status wasn't recognised, so I didn't receive status points for a 5-night stay, not to mention a standard welcome acknowledgement. On top of that, my swimming trunks were removed from my room and never returned. Taking this under consideration, I will ask my company not to keep you on the selection list in the system, so my other colleagues travelling worldwide to avoid the Accor chain and fully switch to the Intercontinental, which provides better service
