That said, we are sincerely sorry to learn that your rest was affected by external noise from overnight roadworks and by the room’s soundproofing. We fully understand how important quality sleep is, especially when travelling, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. Your feedback regarding road-facing rooms is well noted, and we will certainly reinforce with our team the importance of proactively offering quieter room options whenever possible, subject to availability. We also appreciate you highlighting the air-conditioning experience.
