Hotel was clean and nice. But the cleaner put my dirty socks next to me pillows on the bed.

Good experience in overall, except the mattress and pillows are not comfortable

Great location and modern rooms

The room is modern and relaxing. I paid for a city view, however originally got a wall as my view. Thankfully the receptionist said I could change rooms. To reduce risk of another wall, I asked for a pool view. The pools were great and had plenty of lounges/seats available. The concierge were also friendly and helpful. What was slightly underwhelming was the service at breakfast and one lady at reception in regards to helpfulness, welcome and organisation.

From checkin to checkout our stay was perfect. We were treated like royalty. The staff were extremely helpful, helping us with an early check in, that extra coffee in the morning and responding to all our questions with a smile and were extremely courteous.
