We had a 4 day 3 nights stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hotel upgraded us to their suite room as requested. The room amenities were in pristine condition.

Trying to find out how I could get access to the executive lounge was a challenge. I tried on 3 separate occasions to inquire how I could use the executive lounge services. Each time, I did not get a straight answer. Eventually I found out myself that it is $100 per day per person. That's all I needed to know. The staff I asked either didn't know or didn't want to tell me. I needed to lounge to meet with our Singaporean executive level clients, all of whom are from SGX listed companies. I would have happily paid the fee. Instead, I tried to use Madison's but when I said we just wanted coffee the staff member pushed menus into our hands anyway. From there on, when we ordered the coffees, she was abrupt and there were no please or thank you. It was obvious she expected us to order more than coffee, even though it was after lunch at around 2.30pm. Not really good enough.

The suite is perfectly fitted and bathroom has very wide space. Cleaner also make it a point to have the room serviced upon request. Employees are very accomodating and service oriented.

While everyone was extremely helpful and willing but there were a number of things that didn't go right. First, the welcome fruit and pastry platters were infested with ants. Next the TV stopped working on the second day. The day curtain wouldn't close all the way. And the welcome drink for 2 rooms (with 4 guests) consisted of only 2 drinks.

I had an exceptional stay and the service was truly outstanding, thanks to a remarkable team. Kimi, Ryan, and the bartender who work in the Executive Lounge, were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make my experience feel personal and special. Their warm hospitality made a real difference in my stay. The lounge itself was a perfect place to relax, and their attention to detail was unmatched. Additionally, Shaina at Moga restaurant was fantastic—she provided excellent recommendations and made my dining experience memorable with her friendly and knowledgeable service. The entire team made me feel valued and truly elevated my stay. I can’t wait to return and will definitely be recommending this hotel to others!
