Overall this hotel is well located, clean and is five stars. I was let down with no communication that the pool was closed for renovations until I checked in. I was told they made the decision two weeks prior to works starting on the pool, which I find hard to believe. I also had a massage at the spa, but could hear the works going on through the massage. This unfortunately made the experience less enjoyable. I found the bed firmer than what I like.

The location is very good. The staff are quite helpful and nice. Somehow, the instruction for cleaning could be better. We had no idea that turning on the available light before we left and as there was no cleaning service at all. After we checked with the front desk, we need to switch on the light before we left the room. It would be a good idea to add more ways to handle that like adding more panels to switch or could be reminded when we checked in.
