We have stayed at the Fairmont for the last 20 years and have never had a problem. The staff is wonderful, and the hotel itself is great. Breakfast at Prego is fantastic, as are the staff who have always looked after us. You cannot fault this hotel.

6/5 stars ! Was amazing , we were so well looked after ! Only hiccups was the concierge missing us at Changi (eventually we found him) and getting to our room at 3am and the bed not set up for the kids but everything after that was sensational
