From the moment we arrived at the Fairmont the service and staff were amazing. The concierge were so pleasant and helpful, check in was easy and the staff at the Golden Lounge were nothing short of incredible, special mention to Jess, Ella and Ivan who all helped make our stay an enjoyable experience.. The room facing the Marina Bay Sands was so plentiful, thank you for the upgrade. The water dispenser was a pleasant addition. The Anti-Dote Bar was a classy lovely environment to chill out with incredible Cocktails which my partner loved and as with the rest of the hotel the staff were so wonderful. The location of the Hotel you couldn't ask for better, so centrally located and so easy to get around. Thank you to the Fairmont for making our stay so enjoyable and we look forward in returning.

I spent just over a week in the Fairmont Singapore. At all times the front desk and housekeeping ensured my room was clean and comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated housekeeping refilling my coffee in the room if I drank it before they came in the evening.
