Exceptional stay at fairmont Singapore and exceptional service at Fairmont gold lounge. Shout out to James, Alyani, Simon, haffidz, sam, zhiqi and junelyn for the warm hospitality and making our stay so much memorable. Would definitely be back.

One of the best stays we have had with Accor! The hospitality is really good at Fairmont ! We were here for a day and we took the gold upgrade. It gave us access to their amazing lounge on the 25th floor. We were also given a room on the 23rd floor with the best possible view of the MBS, flyer, esplanade and CBD. Highly recommend getting the upgrade ! The staff at the lounge are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome ! Shout out to friendly James. He was our server and he helped us with wonderful photos ! Haffidz narrated such a detailed story of how the main attractions have come up in Singapore! Yani was most gracious in welcoming us in. Simon made us some amazing cocktails ! Junelyn, Zhiqi, Sam, Jest also helped us out ! A thank you to the entire team on the 25th ! They made sure we had a lovely time.

The hotel was brilliant, with very comfortable rooms. Its location was ideal for getting around easily. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. I enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast. There are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby, which are very convenient. Additionally, it's only a 15-minute drive from the airport. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Jeremia2 was so wonderful. Every day we visited the club he was there and made our visit wonderful. He anticipated what we would like and remembered us daily! The whole team was wonderful and we can’t wait to visit again. Happy hour was so nice and food besides service was great.
