We had three days at the Fairmont and found the amenities top notch. The hotel sits above a mall, so we could find everything we needed for our continuing trip. What an absolutely amazing experience at Fairmont Singapore! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was simply exceptional.
A very special thank you to the team for the wonderful room upgrade. It was such a lovely surprise, especially as this trip was a special occasion for us. The breathtaking view from our room was honestly one of the highlights of our entire Singapore visit. Waking up to that incredible view made our stay even more memorable.
The hospitality and service were outstanding throughout. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and welcoming. The food was fantastic, the breakfast selection was excellent, and the swimming pool area was beautiful. The hotel’s central location was another huge advantage, making it incredibly convenient to explore Singapore.
We enjoyed our stay so much that I even captured some lovely videos and shared moments from our experience. I’ll definitely be recommending Fairmont Singapore to my friends, family, and everyone in my circle back in Australia who is planning a trip to Singapore.

We had an amazing stay at The Fairmont. We chose a Gold room which gave us access to the Lounge on 25th floor, which is a calm and peaceful place to relax and unwind. Service from all staff in the Lounge was first class and we’d particularly like to thank Shakira, Jess, Zak and Sienna for going above and beyond and being so attentive. I needed gluten free food and was looked after every step of the way. They even arranged for me to have a gluten free meal specially prepared for Happy Hour so I didn’t miss out. Breakfast in the Lounge was delicious with gluten free options for me. Our room was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, including a tap for hot and cold drinking water. The location of the hotel was perfect. You can access the shopping mall, underground walkways and City Hall MRT without venturing outside into the heat if you wanted to. Overall, this was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in and definitely hope to return one day. A big thank you to everyone at The Fairmont!

We had three days at the Fairmont and found the amenities top notch. The hotel sits above a mall, so we could find everything we needed for our continuing trip. What an absolutely amazing experience at Fairmont Singapore! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was simply exceptional.
A very special thank you to the team for the wonderful room upgrade. It was such a lovely surprise, especially as this trip was a special occasion for us. The breathtaking view from our room was honestly one of the highlights of our entire Singapore visit. Waking up to that incredible view made our stay even more memorable.
The hospitality and service were outstanding throughout. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and welcoming. The food was fantastic, the breakfast selection was excellent, and the swimming pool area was beautiful. The hotel’s central location was another huge advantage, making it incredibly convenient to explore Singapore.

We had an amazing stay at The Fairmont. We chose a Gold room which gave us access to the Lounge on 25th floor, which is a calm and peaceful place to relax and unwind. Service from all staff in the Lounge was first class and we’d particularly like to thank Shakira, Jess, Zak and Sienna for going above and beyond and being so attentive. I needed gluten free food and was looked after every step of the way. They even arranged for me to have a gluten free meal specially prepared for Happy Hour so I didn’t miss out. Breakfast in the Lounge was delicious with gluten free options for me. Our room was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, including a tap for hot and cold drinking water. Rooms were a good size, kids were put in room over looking the swimming which was not ideal due to the automatic window blinds opening every time they re entered the room, which meant random could look in on them from the pool.
The breakfast option at both restaurants was disappointing.

We attended for the Grand Prix and this was the perfect location. It was also centrally located and right above an MRT which made getting anywhere in the city extremely easy.

We would recommend to stay at the Fairmont. The facilities are fabulous. We were pampered from the moment we walked in. We were close to all attractions, transport and shopping centres. Our room was large and bedding super comfortable. Our room was looked after with care. Staff were so attentive and friendly. Mistake booking and ended up having to book an extra night. Accor desk guy said oh you've been upgraded to a fairmont gold room....and then said but you dont get the benefits. .ya fine we had small children with us. We were told it was a lovely room with a very special welcome amenity...um no?. Anyway went to breakfast the next am at prego to be told breakfast is not included in our room rate. .yes I know but Im platinum I say. No you dont get. ...in hindsight I should of left it like that and gone to one of the excellent cafes but no..Again to the desk..same arrogant male telling me no you do not get breakfast. Showed him accor policy for platinum members and he cobtinued arguing not...thankfully another man came and said please enjoy breakfast you are platinum and get bfast. Turns out it wasnt worth the argument.
As for the wonderful "welcome amenity"...that was delivered at 9.59pm onthe night before we were leaving. Not sure who tjought that was a goid udea!

I stayed the whole week on business during the Singapore F1 race weekend and paid thousands of dollars. The location is very good, and that is about the only thing that worked for me. The rooms and corridors are a bit dark, and the room temperature sometimes would not go below 22 degrees which feels warm at night.
The service from the duty manager and the front desk was very poor. The day after the race I asked for a late checkout. The duty manager called me, and even after I explained, he would not budge. He said the hotel was full, yet I could see plenty of rooms available online at much cheaper rates. When I mentioned I am an ALL Diamond member, one of the front desk male staff at checkout (wearing suit not F1 gear) told me it was “NOT A BIG DEAL AS LOTS OF PEOPLE HAVE DIAMOND STATUS”. I did not expect to be spoken to like that.
The only bright spot was Javed at checkout, who was helpful and tried to find me somewhere to change. The so called hospitality lounge for guests after checkout is small, dark, stuffy and packed with people.
Breakfast was average. I am not sure I will stay again.

This is one of the longest stays that I have at Fairmont hotel. It's 30 days. The overall experience is good. The room cleaning service is the best. Food quality needs some improvement, especially from the Antidote afternoon tea.
