We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fairmont Singapore in a Gold Room and recommend this experience to everyone. The service from staff is incredible and we felt very well looked after. A special thank you to James, Jess, Sam, Ansel and Alan for their exceptional service in the Gold Lounge - their personable nature made for such a welcoming and helpful environment. The food and drinks selection was impressive and all enjoyed with a wonderful view.

This hotel is impeccable. We stayed before boarding a cruise for a few nights. It is ideally located, walk to all around the marina. Raffles is across the road, and it is attached to Raffles shopping centre with lots of shops and cheap eat places. There are loads of eateries around, including in the hotel. Service is impeccable. The safe broke and someone was there to fix it within 2 mins. We wanted another blanket- 2 mins. We were in Club. The Club here is really good, the food, Asian twist in the main is really nice. Very nice for appetisers before getting a main course in a restaurant. The drinks and service very good. Rooms are fantastic and our room view was fabulous. Rooms very large and impeccable. Breakfast a huge buffet in the Italian restaurant- albeit we could have gone to another with more Asian breakfast or the Club room. They even paid my taxi fare when my Grab went wrong (first time using it) and put it on the bill later. Only 1 criticism- the room only had 2 plug sockets and no USB's etc. I would 100% book this fabulous hotel again and would give it 6 stars.

Karene gave me a terrific deep tissue massage today. She was very professional, caring, gave me delicious tea alongside a top-rate massage, which sorted out my sore back and really made a wonderful difference to my muscle tone. Very relaxing too! I can thoroughly recommend Karene.

Our 3 night stay in Gold King Room was fabulous. Rooms were very clean and beds really comfy. Loved the views, ambience, food and drinks in Gold Lounge. The service team were excellent, very helpful, courteous and friendly. Special thanks to James, Lenny, Jess, Rachel and Ham. Hotel is in a great location and we look forward to staying there again.

I would want to commend on Ms Sarenah from Front Office Fairmont Hotel on her excellent service that impressed me and my husband. We were staying at Fairmont for 2 nights and requested for carpark coupon. As we didn't indicate this in the booking, she managed to find one coupon which means it is only for 24 hours usage. She suggested we approach the Front Office next day to check for availabile carpark coupon. We totally forgotten this the next day as we were enjoying our stay with delicious food and shopping. To our surprise when we returned to hotel room to find a card, chocolates and carpark coupon on the table! I didn't expect Ms Sarenah to remember our request the next day. This demonstrated she remembered her guests and their needs. Her personal gesture warms our hearts and make our stayaction specially memorable.
