One of our best stay experiences in Singapore. Great hospitality, excellent food, comfortable rooms with a billion dollar view ! Special mention and thanks to Marcus Hanna, the Managing Director at Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford, a personal handwritten welcome note from him and ensuring we had a comfortable stay made our stay even special. Another mention to Asa Tan, Assistant Manager Fairmont Singapore for patiently answering all our queries and recommending places to visit to make exploring Singapore interesting and worthwhile . Fairmont will be out first choice to recommend and to , in Singapore. Thanks again team Fairmont Singapore for making guest experiences special and memorable! Cheers 🥂

Pravin was really helpful. Excellent stay. Recommended. Location was superb. On top of mrt and very easy to go anywhere. View was nice harbour city view.... and formula 1. Excellent. Full of praise. Will come back!!

This hotel is about 25minutes taxi ride from the airport and is just above City Hall MRT station so you can easily hop on a train to get around Singapore. The hotel is actually linked to the shopping department which gives you easy access to the basement food court and the food court located on level 3 should you wish to never leave this building however it is Singapore so I do recommend venturing out to try some of the local favourites if you have the time. Hotel is very clean and very well maintained. House keeping is super friendly, attentive and very helpful so do not be afraid to call her should you need anything. Check-out was a breeze as you can just fill in the small card and place your keys into the drop box located in the foyer so you don't actually need to line up to check-out like most other hotels. I believe that is why they require a deposit from your credit card at check-in so that they can automatically work out the mini bar balance after you leave which I am fine with however front desk staff at check-in should let guests know why it was required rather than just saying 'I will be charging XXX to your card now' without any explanation. Other than that it was a great stay and we will definitely be staying again and again in the future not only due to the quality of the hotel but also due to it's fantastic location.

Dirty tissues between the bedsheets

Dear Sir / Madam, This was my second stay at the Fairmont, my first stay was before Covid in 2019, which was excellent. My second stay took place in September, when I arrived I checked the bed and found dirty yellow stained tissues between the bed sheets. I reported this to two members of staff (one was in concierge). Both members of staff apologised and took notes of my concerns. But no one ever got back to me to say that this would not happen again. I was surprised that management did not contact me to apologise. For this reason I cannot say that my stay was pleasant. However, the staff in the restaurant and spar were very professional and friendly which I liked. Regards, David C.
