Karene gave me a terrific deep tissue massage today. She was very professional, caring, gave me delicious tea alongside a top-rate massage, which sorted out my sore back and really made a wonderful difference to my muscle tone. Very relaxing too! I can thoroughly recommend Karene.

Our 3 night stay in Gold King Room was fabulous. Rooms were very clean and beds really comfy. Loved the views, ambience, food and drinks in Gold Lounge. The service team were excellent, very helpful, courteous and friendly. Special thanks to James, Lenny, Jess, Rachel and Ham. Hotel is in a great location and we look forward to staying there again.

I would want to commend on Ms Sarenah from Front Office Fairmont Hotel on her excellent service that impressed me and my husband. We were staying at Fairmont for 2 nights and requested for carpark coupon. As we didn't indicate this in the booking, she managed to find one coupon which means it is only for 24 hours usage. She suggested we approach the Front Office next day to check for availabile carpark coupon. We totally forgotten this the next day as we were enjoying our stay with delicious food and shopping. To our surprise when we returned to hotel room to find a card, chocolates and carpark coupon on the table! I didn't expect Ms Sarenah to remember our request the next day. This demonstrated she remembered her guests and their needs. Her personal gesture warms our hearts and make our stayaction specially memorable.

As Christmas comes around I am reminded of the wonderful stay my wife and I, and her sister and husband, had at the Fairmont last year. The rooms were large, perfectly appointed, and had views to die for I want to make particular mention of the Gold Lounge. Sam and the rest of the staff were wonderful hosts. Nothing was to much for them. They were friendly but courteous. Never overstepping the mark and always on hand to refill glasses with champagne or cocktails. I have specific dietary requirements and the staff—I wish I could remember their names—went out of their way to ensure that I had suitable food. The Gold Lounge was such a wonderful experience that we threw out our plans for dining around Singapore and spent each evening relaxing in the Gold Lounge. We keep asking each other when we should return. Unfortunately not this Christmas but next Christmas may well be a goer! Thank you to everybody at the Fairmont who made our stay so enjoyable. But an especial Thank You to the staff of the Gold Lounge. We are much travelled people and we know exceptional service when we receive it. Thank you again to the staff of the Gold Lounge for going the extra mile and making our stay so special. We still have the photos!

My stay at the Fairmont hotel was excellent. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and could not do enough. The lounge was particularly welcoming and accommodating especially Rachel,Hamza, Lenny and Ansel.
