When I arrived, the doorman surprised me & greeted me by name. Mr. Max at check in desk was efficient, answering all my questions. Next day I decided to get access to the Gold Lounge and met Ms. Shakira. She was so kind, helpful, and showed me other corner suite rooms that I could occupy instead; arranged the keys and porter when I transferred rooms. Jeremiah, James, Jess, Chichi were so pleasant, friendly, offering drinks & suggestions, making each visit at the Lounge enjoyable. Ms Shakira recommended the aquaponic farm tour and short massage at the spa, which my daughter & I enjoyed tremendously. We applaud your efforts in keeping the farm alive and flourishing! A very commendable initiative in sustainability!

Stayed 6 days before travelling to Thailand. Good location, clean and friendly staff. Not good however if travelling with children - suite not accommodating for two young children (only one small bed provided), and little to no storage in the room. No where to go for a drink in the evening if you have children with you. Very expensive but this is Singapore in general.

This hotel has an excellent location and the service is very good. The only unexpected downside was that they do not allow any late check‑out, not even for one hour. It’s quite rare to encounter this, which was a bit disappointing.

Hotel is well located, very central and access to shops, transport etc. Rooms were spacious but a little tired. Food was good, breakfast was excellent. The minibar in our room was not cold. The big disappointment with our stay was the adult pool was closed. One of the key factors in choosing this hotel was the lovely pool and poolside restaurant. We were travelling with older parents so were looking forward to spending time at the pool. We were not advised of the pool closure until we arrived, which again, was idisappointing.
