I had a wonderful massage experience with Karene. She carefully adjusted the treatment to suit my body condition, and as I prefer strong pressure, she delivered it perfectly. Karene was very attentive and even showed me a few self-massage techniques to use afterward, which I truly appreciated. It was exactly what I needed to relieve the fatigue from traveling. Highly recommended

Robert, the doorman at Fairmont Singapore, truly made our stay unforgettable. From the very first day, he welcomed us with the warmest smile and such genuine friendliness. What really stood out was how he remembered our schedule and always checked in on us—asking about our outings around Singapore and making thoughtful recommendations from his own experience. That personal touch meant so much and made us feel truly cared for, not just like guests but like familiar faces.
