Good location about 10 minutes walk to Little India MRT. Friendly staff and has a rooftop pool which is handy in humid weather. Could not believe how small the room was. I used to work at a prison and the prisoners had bigger cells and even had windows. Breakfast was included so with the price reform value for money for Singapore which is not a cheap location.

The stay was not so comfortable as the water heater was not working. The room is very compact but thats understood. The lobby was packed with cleaning trolley and we could not move with baby stroller. The cleaner was not co-operative.

The location is super convenient, near at mrt stations and infront of the hotel is bus stop. I had a great stay. The location of the hotel is very good, there’s even a 7 Eleven right next to it. The room service was amazing, it was very clean and the receptionists were kind and helpful. They recommended me local dishes and helped me a lot when I needed assistance.

We chose this hotel for its convenient location near MRT stations, which made getting around Singapore very easy. While the room was decent, it felt quite cramped for two people and would be more suitable for solo travelers. Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout our stay as there were days when our coffee cups weren't cleaned, complimentary tea and coffee weren't replenished, hair was still left on the floor and in the bathroom, and even the tissue roll wasn't replaced. Overall, the location was the hotel's strongest point, but the cleanliness and housekeeping experience could be improved.

The room is a closet, smaller than many in Japan. But what can I say, it's in downtown Singapore. It was clean and had mostly everything we needed show a short stay. One big inconvenience was the noise from other guests. There was a group of students there for summer school and our room was in the middle of these students. One even rang our doorbell at 10:30pm when we were sleeping, I had to confront them and tell them to be quiet as we were sleeping. The hotel should not put other guests in the middle of school students; we should be on another floor, especially since there appeared to be no adults or caretakers present on our floor to keep students quiet.
