A little noisy at corridor

Show is cold and it took time to warm up. Door is noizy when they closed.

during check in, I have showed the front counter staff / check in staff on my All.com account number and requested her to ensure my stays are included in the account. After waiting there for more than 10 minutes (she is trying and checking with her other colleagues), she finally get me to sign on the check in letter, guarantee the deposit with credit card etc. Before leave the counter, I even check with her if the points granted and she said yes. However, during check out, when i counter checked with the front counter staff, surprisingly, my All.com account number is not even included. After another 10 minutes waiting, finally is done by the check out staff. When questioned why not update during check in (I have shared what happened during check in), there is no answer from the check out staff but just said "not sure", "no idea". this is bad experience for me as I have wasted time during check in and check out just to ensure the thing was done by the front counter staff. The staff might require more proper training and provide correct update to customer.
