It was overall a good stay but would appreciate if you can provide toothbrushes, toothpaste and comb in the bathroom. Complimentary mineral water in the fridge would be good too.

not satisfied. I have never seen a hotel which is so eager to get advance money. For example, laundry I told at hotel staff that, I will settle all the amount at the checkout time, however hotel staff was adamant to get the advance. Though I have already paid my hotel stay amount and breakfast amount in advance. I have never seen such a type of service in any other hotel, not even in your IBIS, Pune, India as well.

How can I give a review of my stay at Ibis on Bencoolen . When I arrived in Singapore from Bangkok on Saturday 21st March I was not allowed into Singapore due to coronavirus. Do you not even bother to check these things before sending out this email? I am still trying to get a refund after being told by some person at Accor by the name of Edmund, that there were no such bookings for me on those dates. I spoke this morning with a very nice lady at Accor Australia she instantly found the bookings and has contacted Ibis Bencoolen on my behalf.

Dear John O., I am not sure why this sent you an e-mail for survey as it shouldnt do that unless you checked in. I am investigating this matter. Regarding Edmund, we have not colleagues by that name here or similar. Could you share what number you called please? We really enjoyed our stay in your hotel. We ate mostly in the Taste restaurant and had many conversations with your very friendly staff. We found the room, 1204, a little small and would have appreciated provision for our cases instead of them being on the floor. We are in our late seventies and was a little difficult with cases on the floor, plus my wife has a walker so we were a little cramped. If we return to your beautiful city we would be more than happy to stay at Ibis on Bencoolen and to recommend the hotel to friends. Thankou for making us feel welcomed.

OK unfortunately the Covid19 had lowered the Guest capacity very low numbers - but all of the existing staff were really on top of everything - the hotel is normally very clean but this time immaculate clean - excellent Covid19 Management in place. personable skills of the human temperature checkers was 10/10

We enjoyed our stay. Your location is great. It was a bit annoying that the main door off the street was closed due to the Coronavirus screenings so we had to walk around to the taxi entrance every time, but that's my only complaint. Clean room with everything we needed.

We find the hotel tired in need of a total refurbishment.We returned two irons back to reception which had frayed cords, one having exposed wires.The decor is dated. The breakfast was ok but the coffee cheap and undrinkable. Reception were polite and atteded to our needs

The highlight of your hotel is the customer service staff, they are better than your Mercure Bugis hotel, because of that I prefer to stay in a more budget hotel with better staff. Congratulations to them.
