Rooms are newly renovated and is generally comfortable. The lift situation, on the other hand, is extremely frustrating. Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for the lift (longer if you are staying on the lower floors).

Possibly the best Ibis I've stayed in - and I've been to quite a few. The staff gave excellent recognition of ALL Gold Status. I also really loved the gym. Breakfast was generally very good - huge variety and a good amount of sitting space. A few items were not fresh (dry and overcooked) even at buffet opening time at 6am. There's a design flaw in the rooms in that the bed corners are quite sharp, combined with the tight geometry of the rooms this led me to have a small injury to my leg whilst walking past the bed into the bathroom. I imagine this same issue must happy to many guests on a weekly basis. Location of the hotel is excellent. There are Anywheels bikes just outside for hire plus a well stocked seven-11 convenience store. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We were quite surprised that IBIS didn't accept the use of Apple Pay. And really embarrassed to hear your staff lying about: oh in Singapore Apple Pay is not used because of scams. Very bad beginning for our stay. How could we ever recommend your place ?
