Bed was firm and great pillow, water pressure on shower head is perfect. Clean room and linen. Love the fact Ibis uses jug for drinking water. Great coverage of breafast food and variety. Location is great too, right at the edge of Bugis and walkable to Marina Bay. Plenty of food options surrounding, a 7-11 next to hotel is a plus point. Easy walk to MRT staion too. One thing to point out, for a business hotel, i would expect the power point to be universal, front desk does provided adapter for free though.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk staff did a great job with the check-in formalities and directed me to the restaurant. The staff there were great too and served me a delicious lunch. The room I stayed in for only 4 and a half hours was exactly what I needed for a short rest before continuing my return home. For my overall experience with the hotel and its staff, one word is enough: excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs simple, fast and efficient service.

There are areas where incremental improves needs to be looked at. 1) Elevator - for the entire stay 3N4D, 1 of the 4 elevator was not working at all. Why? This is a major inconvenience. No apologies or note during check-in. Staff seems oblivious to this. 2) The remaining 3 Elevator function is also questionable - very inefficient in logical allocation of picking up passengers on each floor. Sometimes the elevator will be sitting idle on the ground floor while we wait for the allocated lift to arrived after multiple floors drop off. The good thing is that the Hotel was not that full otherwise it would have been worse. 3) The check-in and check-out area queue was not properly setup. Making who's who first in line a lot of questions. 4) Breakfast at the Hotel was a little bit too expensive. 5) The 3 bed Room was clean but the size was bit too small. The double bed was literally 2feet from the bathroom door. This type of room is good for 2 + 1 child though. Overall , good trip and stay.

The room I stay, is clean and tidy. Badly that the shower spray is bad condition. Water is weak, hot water stronger than cold water. Hotel should have change using water shower from top and maintenance team should have water pressure test on every room.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room was near the elevator and the neighbors liked to bang the doors so some noises and disruptions were created. Not sure if these can be minimized next time.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Tv channels were nice. Good soundproof so I slept well. Breakfast was good variety. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Good location near to restaurants and shops.
