Another amazing stay. As I m Accor Explorer member thanks to IBIS stays in my now a platinum member. They really know how to treat their loyal members right. I was upgraded to executive floor and had the pleasure of being checked in by duty manager Kabilan. He is professional and immediately recognized me as a regular and made me feel at home. Location is great, service is awesome. I wont go anywhere but here

Stayed at ibis Bencoolen for 4 nights last week and really enjoyed it. The location is super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Very big food court near the hotel and bugis train closeby. All the staff were friendly and professional. I especially want to thank Oliver, who was very patient with all my questions and helped us plan our trip around the city. His help made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The room look new and clean since it was recently renovated. They’re also renovating the lifts now, so sometimes the wait was a bit longer, but nothing too bad at all. Definitely will recommend this hotel.
