Everything was perfect for our 3 families. However i have one concern, when i booked the 3 rooms in August 2025 the total cost mentioned was 465 dollars. When we reached the hotel in January the cost had escalated to 640 dollars which was recovered from my credit card prior to arrival. On arrival i had to make an additional deposit of 300 dollars (100 dollars per room). I was informed that the balance will be refunded back to my credit card but its over 48 hrs and i have yet to receive this refund. Everything else was excellent. Thank you.
