I don’t remember how many time i’ve stayed there, I always choose ibis on bencoolen because the location is good and the room very nice and clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back to stay again!

Great location with very good customer service. The room is very clean with comfortable beddings. The breakfast has abundant choices and good quality. It is value for money . Wish that the hotel can provide discounted rate to encourage longer term stay, say more than 3 days.

I've stayed in ibis of another country, so expecting more or less the same thing here. Cleanliness up to par; bathroom OK. But could do with a dim night light that would be great. One thing struck out odd was the lack of complimentary bottled water--the kettle is there, but so is other ibis with bottled water.

Breakfast is too simple and boring if you stay for 5 days. There is a room for improvement. Overall the hotel service is quite good and the location is very convenient.

Nice place to stay, room are a bit small. Very basic equipped. The breakfast area is not properly clean and employee overwhelmed by too many customer at too small space

Stay was ok. There were few things to point out. 1) No potter service 2) Upon arrival, i went to members priority check in but there was no body there and there was NO sign that say counter is CLOSED. No body helped until i went to the normal check in counter when i was told priority counter was closed and i told there i was standing there for a while cause there was no counter closed sign. 3) in the morning, for breakfast, i wanted to charge to room but was told i CANT charge when thought i was ACCOR member and staying at the hotel BECAUSE my credit card security deposit was not done. I told the staff that during check in NO Body asked for my credit card or security deposit. Its not my fault. I believe ACCOR needs to train their check in staff better. I didnt like this. I had to pay cash every day for breakfast. 4) room cleaning was below standard. few times, the floor towel wasnt given, the hand towel wasnt given. 5) on the first night, my room 1406, a metal piece from the bathroom fall almost hitting me. I complained to hotel and it was fixed next day. 6) at breakfast, the lady at the eggs counter was not interested in properly serving the customers. There was a sign which said mashed potates but there was none. Only scrambled eggs. I told her and she said NO we only have eggs. SHE didnt even remove the sign. I had to do it myself to avoid others from getting confused also. (u can check the cameras)

We arrived tired and grumpy and were met with friendly and helpful staff that made our arrival smooth and really uneventful. Spent time in the restaurant / bar and were impressed with the helpful and friendly staff. Really made our stay comfortable. Excellent location for transport though we used the great taxi service, value for money, quick, reliable. Nothing at all negative to say.

Last time I stayed in this hotel, I mention about international wall plug and I am surprised the room is now equipped with international wall plug. So fast response. Water pressure for shower is strong, room is clean, check in and check out process is very quick, behind the hotel is traditional market with a lot of good food. Very close to Orchard Road as well. Air conditioner is quiet, temperature control is working well. I can not expect more for this price.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel corridors were a little bit “tired” and could do with a refurbishment. When I booked I upgraded my stay so that I would have use of the mini bar and mobile phone. I had to phone reception every day to get my mini bar replenished and on checking in I was told that the mobile phone is no longer available, as this was one of my main reasons for upgrading, I was very disappointed. I did mention this and was given some discount but if I had been informed of this before my check in then I could have been prepared.

Having to phone and remind our reception certainly does not reflect our service standards and I am so sorry about this. I understand your frustrations of not being able to receive the benefits you were promised and assure you that this will not happen again.
