My aunt was stuck in the bathroom and none of the front desk reception is taking it seriously.

As the incident occurred after midnight, our night team contacted Maintenance immediately and arranged for assistance to attend. We would also like to clarify that the bathroom door was subsequently damaged as a result of being forcefully broken open by your accompanying guests. Considering that it's a budget hotel it was value for money. The air cond worked very well and you get 24 hour reception so you've got peace of mind re security or arriving at odd hours of the day or night. The place is serviced daily and it was very clean. There's a kettle, tea, coffee, hair dryer, 4 pillows. International power socket and two USB ports to recharge your devices and a large TV (which I didn't use). The internet was a bit erratic at times. There are no windows but a very large floor to ceiling mirror makes the room look bigger and brighter. Good thing about no windows is that if you don't want to be bothered by light coming in through curtains this isn't an issue. They seem to start cleaning the corridors before 9am and as the doors are not sound proof that isn't quite desirable if you want to sleep in. Shower head does need to be positioned carefully so that the water goes where you want it. Yes the toilet does get a little wet. A squidgee is provided to dry the floor. Location is perfect for exploring the attractions in Bugis on foot and it's quite close to other main attractions in Singapore - apart from the zoo obviously as that's at the other end of the island. But it's still accessible. It did not cost too much for a rideshare from the airport so distance from the airport was good also. All things considered, would I book this place again for the price I paid? I think so esp if I'm travelling on my own. This room will be too small for 2 people if both have a regular or large suitcase each. I did get a room with a queen bed. I slept quite comfortably. Mattress was on the firm side.

I do not have many expectations staying in a budget hotel in Singapore, but I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a kind staff who is helpful. The room is of course small but cozy and clean. I like that the location is near Bugis MRT.

Bad, The room has poor sound insulation, and noise from outside is very disruptive. In addition, the water pipes inside the room are very noisy, making it difficult to rest. Could you please look into these issues?
