I had some issues with the room and the front desk Irene, Sabrina and the supervisor Jason provided an excellent customer service. Even after hearing my complain they were cordial, friendly and professional and worked out an alternative solution to improve my experience on the hotel. Before them working the solution I considered checking out and going to a different hotel. They were able to change my mind and increase the probability of me recommending the hotel due to the quality customer service.

Overall is gd. but the air con is freezing.... and the toilet exhaust will be turned off after 9pm... the staff is nice and helpful. especially Irene, seripah and Jason helped me a lot...

Your compliments had already been shared with the Hotel Team The Duty Manager had conducted a check on the temperature of the air-conditioning unit using an infrared detector and determined that there is no issue with the thermostat. For the comfort of the guests and to ensure a quiet room environment, the toilet exhaust fan is automatically shut down during the night and activated the next morning. I booked 2 superior rooms with windows, but the room size in 1 of the room look smaller and the this smaller room does not have any fixture for hanging clothes, let alone having hangers in the room. So the provision in the room is not consistent even though I paid the same price for both rooms. I have stayed in Ibis Budget Singapore (Clarke Quay) too which I feel is better than Ibis Budget (Bugis) when comes to room comfort and room ambience.

You and your guest had made two separate reservations and you had requested for both rooms located on the same level upon your arrival at the property. As such, our Front Desk Staff had arranged two rooms beside each other on the second level for you and your guest's stay. Taking into consideration of the building's structure, it is a challenge to have the same architectural layout and size for all the rooms. Nevertheless, we had taken note of your comments and we will aim to provide similar room amenities for the same room category in the property.
