I was very disappointed to discover that my room had no window, and this was not clearly mentioned on the booking page. The room felt extremely claustrophobic and uncomfortable. I asked to change to a room with a window, and fortunately one was available, but I had to pay an additional charge for the change. Luckily we had to stay only for one night. When I raised the issue, I was told that the hotel was not responsible for the information shown on the All Accor website. However, we booked the hotel on our trust to All Accor. I believe it should be clearly stated at the time of booking if a room has no window. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel, and I also think All Accor should review whether this property should continue to be listed on its website.

The hotel is small, and simple, yet it offers a high sense of comfort - from the staff to the clean room. I loved the bed (because I have walked thousands of steps by the end of each day of discovery of Singapore). Its being two steps away from 7-11 is a plus point.
