The best part of the hotel is the staff allowing us to leave our luggages in their care after our check out and our flight is at midnight. We had more time to tour Singapore. The staff are also hospitable and greets us whenever we pass the lobby.

The hotel is accessible to transport, food and airport. Staffs are friendly and nice. Room is always clean.

Do not live up to Accor standards, this hotel should not be included in the All Accor app. Staffs are a bit rude, rooms are small and smelly. The carpet in the hallway are infested and smelly (maybe moldy). It triggered my wife's allergy during the stay. Wifi is horrible which is unlikely in Singapore and no mobile data signal inside rooms. It creates a bad impression to Accor guests and they are not participating in the Accor program. You just pay for the location since it is in Bugis. I hope they remove this hotel in the Accor app.

I may have simply overlooked it, but staying in a room with no windows at all was a difficult experience for me. It would be better if you could write that "this room has no windows" in the first page of the hotel. By the way, beds were clean and hotel staff were friendly.
