Bad communication, delay with early check in had to pay a full rate for only few hours as I checked in at 03:00 am, pool not working, no shuttle to beach although clearly advertised on monitors. Overall not a recommendable stay and very doubtful I will come back. After many years as ALL member I feel very disappointed.

Regarding the early check-in, we would like to kindly clarify our policy for transparency: early check-in from 10:00 AM can be accommodated free of charge subject to availability, while arrivals between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM are subject to an additional charge. As your arrival was at 03:00 AM, this falls outside the early check-in window, and therefore an additional night was applicable. That said, as a gesture of goodwill and in appreciation of your loyalty, we offered you an upgraded room for the remaining nights of your stay, along with a discounted rate on the following nights, to help make your stay more comfortable. With regard to housekeeping, our team did reach out the day after your arrival. At that time, the daily cleaning service was declined and a “on-call” arrangement was requested, which was fully respected and implemented accordingly. Concerning the swimming pool, we would like to clarify that the closure due to renovation was communicated in advance across our official website, the ALL Accor app, and other online booking platforms to ensure transparency for all guests prior to arrival. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. At Grand Mercure Business Bay, we continuously strive to deliver a seamless experience, especially for our loyal guests, and we are genuinely sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet expectations on this occasion. I booked this hotel through the ALL Accor app as I am a member. We checked in quite late, and the receptionist did not provide us with any information about the hotel at all. In the hotel description, it was stated that there is a spa included in the price. However, it turned out that the spa requires an additional fee, which was very disappointing. The receptionist also failed to mention that the pool area is under renovation. Overall, almost nothing in the hotel is actually operational. There is a terrible smell everywhere. I booked this hotel only because it was described as new in the ALL Accor app. On every floor there is a strong odor of dampness and mold. We even asked to be moved to a higher-category room with an extra charge just to escape the awful smell. The breakfast was terrible — the juices and hot water were basically empty. We will never return to this hotel again. Even in the upgraded room, there was only one toothbrush provided, which was also very frustrating.
