Hotel well placed in business bay however now next door there is a huge tower job site with everyday huge noise, the use of the swimming pool is annoying because of that. The hotel itself needs a general interior refresh, I had to change my room as I was on a floor that reeked of curry and the room A/C was delivering this "amazing" flavour... luckly the hotel director has been so nice to find me an alternative accomodation. All staff is super professional and gentle, this I really appreciate, however would not return to this hotel on my next trip to Dubai.

Although my reservation was for four people (as a family with 2 kids) and paid for four, I am given a room with only 2 single beds (or only 1 king size bed what you want). The hotel asks you to pay extra for any additional bed or all of you have to sleep in 1 bed. Regardless still you pay the hotel for four persons. Not a joke! I had to ask 3 times for housekeeping as they do not clean daily, not sure why. In the morning the shampoo bottle in the bathroom was empty and nobody bothered to refill, so had to take a shower only with water.

Our systems reflect your reservation was confirmed for a Deluxe Room for two adults and two children with no extra beds requirements; upon arrival, you requested extra beds, which as per standard hotel practice worldwide come at an additional cost. Your comments regarding the housekeeping services are noted; we sincerely apologize for the shampoo bottle incident and assure you the necessary corrective action has been taken to ensure it remains an isolated incident. Our records reflect your room was cleaned daily, regrettably we cannot guarantee it is cleaned at the same time daily, but we gladly accommodate our guests preferences wherever possible. Rest assured that all your concerns have been treated with the utmost seriousness. Your valuable feedback is greatly appreciated, as it helps us to improve the quality of our service.
