The lady at the reception called me after I checked out 40 min ago asking me if I checked out already or not , they didn’t offer any thing special to me or room upgrade

Although it was one day, if felt like more! The hotel is genuinely great, the pool, breakfast, spa, and the room itself was more than enough to make us enjoy! Staff were responsive too and that made me happy.

First of all apologies for the delayed response. Kindly note that I had previously stayed at SLS more than 2 times and each time I had issues and was not at all satisfied. So much so the attitude of your staff, at check-in, was actually was pretty rude. In any case after staying more than once and always selecting SLS even during the down turn; I still had the terrible experience I decided not to stay again. And share my experience with al my friends & family. I then received a call from Kiara (Viorella) and she spoke to me...I was planning a visit soon but was looking elsewhere; Kiara said i should again stay at SLS..I must say the way she spoke to me it was so professional and hospitable and I decided to stay again at SLS, only & only because of Kiara. It was a very nice stay and Kiara helped with the booking and and the stay. I would like to say a big thanks to Kiara and SLS should be proud and lucky to have a team member like Kiara....it was her that has now convinced m not to book elsewhere and I hope to stay again soon at SLS. Once again THANK YOU KIARA!
