A good hotel, any other city may have been a great hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfy.. the balconies are the highlight especially if you have a good view.. bathrooms need some work, lighting is a little iffy inside, showers definitely need more pressure. Housekeeping couldn’t replace the coffee pods.
Location is central adjacent so that’s good though not walkable.

Some bad points:
The ridiculous security guard who 'demanded' we removed our water bottles from the not so quiet 'quiet' pool area whilst waiting for our room to be ready. (where should we have put them?)
The too loud banging music at the quiet area of the pool.
No shade in the pool area.
Service at lunch in F'ilia was poor as I had to get people's attention and simple gestures like being served the wrong cutlery for dessert.
No green tea bags in the room, nor coffee pods (who drinks decaf!)

Very hands-on team with memorable and personalized engagements. Angeli and Ahmed went out of their way to assist me and made a real difference to the experience.
The team demonstrated excellent upselling skills, both at Filia and at the ground-floor coffee shop. Beautiful rooms, impressive venues, and great views of Downtown Dubai.
The product is excellent, but what truly stands out is the quality of the people. A very strong Front Office and F&B team who complement the property exceptionally well.

I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the unique experience. The staff were absolutely exceptional, and the view from the room was beautiful.
I only experienced a few minor issues during my stay in room 6207:
The breakfast was not rich at all, and there was very little variety. There were only small samples of each dish.
* The curtain/blind was slightly open at the top, which allowed some sunlight to come into the room. As someone who prefers to sleep in complete darkness, this was a little inconvenient.
* The shower water temperature was inconsistent. It would become very hot and then suddenly turn cold, rather than maintaining a stable temperature.
* There was also a slight delay when retrieving the car from the parking area.
Overall, these were minor issues, and they did not take away from what was otherwise a very pleasant stay. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and hospitality.

I had a nice stay at SLS Dubai. The valet service was excellent and very convenient, with valet parking available on-site and the staff being helpful and attentive.
However, the room cleaning service could definitely be improved. Every day, I had to contact the hotel and ask for someone to come clean my room. I expected better consistency with housekeeping, especially for a hotel of this standard.
Overall, the property has a lot to offer, but the housekeeping service was disappointing and is an area that needs improvement.
