Unfortunately, my experience at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences was not comfortable at all. First, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, which had a significant impact on the quality of sleep during our stay. Second, the room doors appear to have poor sound insulation. Due to the constant noise from the corridors and the high occupancy of the hotel, it was very difficult to rest or sleep properly in the room. In addition, the valet parking service was noticeably slow on several occasions. My biggest disappointment, however, was the handling of my late check-out request. The night before departure, I spoke with one of your staff members and requested a late check-out until 3:00 PM. He refused and informed us that we would either need to pay for a half-day extension or, at best, he could extend our check-out until 2:00 PM. Eventually, he agreed to 2:00 PM and presented it as the maximum possible extension. The following day, during check-out, I was surprised to learn from another staff member that a 3:00 PM late check-out was actually available, that the hotel was not busy, and that there was availability to accommodate the request. This left me with the impression that the employee was unnecessarily inflexible and unwilling to assist us despite the availability. As a guest, consistency, transparency, and a willingness to help are qualities I expect from a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below those expectations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve both guest comfort and staff service standards.

I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent stay. I had booked the Signature King Burj Khalifa View room. Upon arrival, I asked about upgrading my room and was told it would be difficult because my room was already considered one of the best. I then offered to pay the difference to move to the Grand Burj Khalifa View room, but the process became unnecessarily complicated. I kept receiving different answers regarding availability and was asked to wait at reception. Eventually, I decided to keep my original room after being assured that it had a direct Burj Khalifa view. However, when I entered the room, I was disappointed to find that I had to step onto the balcony and stand in a specific spot just to see the Burj Khalifa, which was not what I expected. I then contacted guest services and was asked to come downstairs to collect the key for the other room, only to be told that nobody had communicated this to them. I came to this hotel to relax, not to spend my time going back and forth between reception and my room dealing with confusion and unnecessary stress. Even during check-out, despite informing the team three times that we were leaving, it took around 40 minutes for our luggage to be brought to the car. That being said, I would like to sincerely thank the duty manager, Ms. Asma. She was the one person who truly listened to our concerns, remained calm and professional throughout, and genuinely tried her best to make things right. She eventually arranged a beautiful room for us and did everything she could to improve our experience. I really appreciate her kindness, patience, and efforts, and it would not be fair for my feedback to reflect negatively on her. In fact, the only reason I gave a rating of 4 instead of 1 is because of Ms. Asma and how committed she was to helping us. However, I wanted to provide honest feedback. Unfortunately, I felt there was a lack of communication, professionalism, and leadership among some of the staff. I have stayed in many luxury hotels across Dubai, and this experience did not reflect the standards I expected. I would strongly recommend addressing these concerns internally and ensuring the team receives proper training and guidance to improve the guest experience

It was a great one, but the cleaners need to focus more in all areas as i found few garbage pieces under the cabinet while picking a stuff that fall down.
