The reception is excellent, but the room. The carpet is wet with water. I think it was dirt. It was washed and did not dry out from the water. The door needs to be serviced. The reason was that.The door is not going out because of a stuck nail I put all my money to stay for one night (rating 40%)

It started when I first arrived to the hotel to check-in where I have stayed more than 15 min waiting to check in while am an gold membership holder which totally un accepted to wait for all of this when u have the priority to check in. The room was so hot and ac not cooling while calling the technician he said that the room temp don’t go more than 20 totally what happened was not what we expected.

My experience with SLS hotel Dubai was exceptionally incredible. The staff was great and the amenities are amazing. I booked three units of two-bedrooms and was quite disappointed with having only a bath with no shower in one of the rooms, a hanger for the shower at least could have been very helpful. Also, the service room in the ground floor where I had to shower caused a flood in the entire living room! That was very disappointing. Anything else was great!

The room was AC was very hot, we couldn’t sleep through the whole night we were sweating. and the room service and reception took forever to answer and change room tell the morning

The check in and requesting the car from the valley are the worst.. the employee at the reception is not trained well, he kept us about 20 min at his desk checking something and confirming our booking! Also the bar noise is toooooo loud to be at the reception.. we couldn’t hear each other. There is no way to prepare the car, no body answer the phone and the only way is to go down to give them the ticket and wait! Final negative thing was the breakfast as we waited at least 15 for an omelet! Everything else was just perfect and enjoyable.

Overall everything is perfect the room dining, reception and Resturant but the issue is with the AC inside the rooms its very hot from my experience and i heard same thing from the other residence.
