All was perfect, but we noticed the kitchen washbasin it smells so bad ,also the toilet set has paint .

Lovely hotel but not the right standard of staff that is required for a hotel of this calibre. Not child friendly

One of the best experience he e had staying at this lovely new and luxurious hotel with amazing welcome right from the valet up to the reception was welcomed very warmly . The rooms are amazing with stunning views and the food and beverage outlets filia , Carna , s bar all are fantastic super nice ambience great food and excellent service by the team . Very well looked after . And not to forget the nice spa and gym on the 69 floor and the pool on the 75th floor . Used these facilities during the stay very nice and the view stunning from the 75th floor pool must visit . Over all the entire team led by Spencer Wadama general manager took very good care during my stay a bit thank you to them .

Expectations for this property were higher than the actual experience. Little attention to detail was lacking from the TV being installed lopsided to the curtain missing the first hook. The vibe in the apartment was cold and not welcoming, there was a stain on the carpet. Finishing of a low standard. Breakfast seemed to be missing, we were told it was just a continental breakfast, not what you expect in Dubai. The vibe is ok, cool, young, people arriving back at 6am after clubbing all night... typical young dubai vibes, a bit disrespectful but avoidable. Staff were attentive and did their best, a couple felt like they hadn't had any training and had been put into a job with no prior customer service experience, quick to cut you off and move you along. overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless your looking to spend a bit of money to see who shows up, it's not a high end 5 star in my opinion. lacks care and consideration fie guest experience.

The view was amazing. Service was friendly and responsive (thank you to AK at reception!). Room was beautiful and super clean. Pool was really special with the view. Good value for money.

The location is very good, rooms are clean and spacious but there are some issues that need your attention. 1. Very loud and disturbing music in the lobby all through the night. 2. Couldn’t sleep at night because of the loud music. 3. Breakfast was a mess. 4. Having to change two elevators with very loud music in the lobby to get to the room.

Love the Hotel from inside... Very Nice Experience.. i stayed for 14 days Loved the Loft Room !! People there are very nice.. The Cleaner on the 47th Floor Saif and his lady colleague are very nice and they Organize Everything.. The Check IN & Check Out Process is a Nightmare... I spend soooo much time even if i want to get a key ! Plus if i call the front desk they never pick up Never ! Pool is so beautiful.. Spa is also very nice but too much lights there ! Breakfast is nice but Same Exact Menu for 14 days..
