Consistent Excellence Its been A. few weeks since I have returned home from my Dubai vacation and had A. moment to reflect on my stay at the SLS Dubai. What stayed with me most from my experience was the people. Housekeeping: Rashidah, Vinod, and Puraman. They made my room feel like A. sanctuary, because the room was beyond clean. Everything was with intention - details noticed - and always consistent. It takes A. very strong team to operate daily at that level and you can tell they are aligned. On top of that they were warm and never intrusive. It felt effortless on my end but I know that's not by accident. Fi'lia (Breakfast) Amina and Team I looked forward to breakfast and that says A. lot. Amina, the hostest, is special. From her warm smile to guests and professional interactions with her team. You cannot fake having good character and work ethic. I had the blessing of staying 10 nights which gace me lots of time to observe. The servers. Wonderful. They listened. Like actually listened. My request was simple, No Hollindaise sauce - and it was honored without any hurtful side comments. Thay may soundsl small, but it mattered to me. I've had experience ms in other places where something like that turned into an uncomfortable moment, so beinf met with quiet respect means A. lot to me. And I have to mention the gentleman at the doors to the outdoor seating. That level of awareness? Not missing A. beat, they opened the door for me while I juggled plates. Those little moments add up. Overall, my stay at the SLS was... smooth. Comfortable. Respectful. And that was because of the many people behind the scenes and right infront of you. Thats what I will remember. I will be back as soon as my schedule allows. Please be safe and take care.

Multiple restaurants were were closed during my stay and the pool was closed the whole time I was there. They should have given me a heads up that this was the situation. I booked this hotel because of the rooftop pool view and the carna restaurant. They hotel staff did nothing to try to make it up to me. If I would have known then I would have booked a different hotel. Such a disappointing experience

Kindly note that, due to unpredictable weather conditions in the UAE for the past few days, opening of the pool is directly affected and changed at short notice to ensure the safety and security of our guests. Regarding Carna restaurant, we regret to inform you that it was closed during your stay due to unforeseen circumstances related to the ongoing regional crisis. We understand how important this experience was to you and sincerely apologize for the disappointment caused. Your comments about the lack of compensation or alternative arrangements are taken very seriously. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we will be addressing this internally to ensure we handle such situations more proactively in the future.
