the place feels very tacky due to the crowds that stay there, seems not classy. They were not so good at cleaning the rooms, we needed to call several times to clean something they forgot to remove or bring towels because they forgot to add new ones when replacing Beakfast doesnt have much quality and is very slow although the team is extremely nice (excep for hostess girl) Probably a good hotel if you are in your early 20s, with friends and want to party. A pity because the views from the room are amazing

during our first day stay we went to checked the pool area(6th floor) and also to take a photo or video with my son, but not allowed as per the staff, there are some other guest, like hello, im not including them in the photos, i dont like also taking pictures of my son or short video with unknown faces to be seen🙄(im aware of that)🙄, first day im irritated already, so i decided to go back to our room before my good vibes gone. we are happy with the room, with the nice view. and thanks for the birthday cake, appreciate it. thanks... adam. during the second day, just 4 hours before our check out time, my son wanted to have a quick swim before we go, so we go back to the 6th floor pool area, but then again it turned out bad experience again, because the only pool for him was the kids pool, we were enjoying swimming and staff approach us that this certain pool is not for kids😧 its a bit awkward that we already enjoying the moment with my son and then this guy came (not even welcoming at all) pointed us to the kids pool, but during our 1st day there, ive seen a girl i think with same age of my son or even younger swimming in the middle pool but not in the kids pool😪 so frustrated that time, maybe staff there in the entrance area next time should inform us ahead, before we swim in the pool, so we will not waste time and effort, so then we go to the kids pool, and we are not happy, coz the water there is just on his knees, he cannot swim properly, i think that pool is intended for less than 4 years old or baby, and my son step on a transparent plastic thing in that pool😬🙄 so i decided to go back to our room, my son said the pool at home is better than the hotel🙄, i can see in his face the sadness and disappointment also, and tell you only 1 guest that time was there😑 and staff there wanted us to be in the kids pool, what i mean is that why not just let us spare a few minutes swim in the middle or 3rd pool, the pool is big😐 very bad experience, and when we headed to the wash room, it so happen that when i turn my back this guy (the one who approach us) is looking at us intently with his head bending, so i decided to confront him and ask his name, (tashen ahmed), i told him your rude the way you look at us, like hello its rude to 'stare on someone', he's not even sorry compared to the staff in the entrance area when i told them what happened, omg, the nerve of this guy🤨😠 we requested late check out during our first day but my son also wanted to go home, we are unhappy because of that bad pool experience. we left the hotel unhappy...🙁
