We had a great time! The upgrade to a high floor room with balcony gave us a bird-eye view of the city, loved watching the night lights. The breakfast was very good, and overall the hotel facilities are top-notch. The staff (from the front desk to the restaurant and the bellmen) were very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend a stay at SLS.

I booked a room with your reservation department and i was told i would have city view. When i enered the room There was no whatsoever view. It was facing construction. I was told i could upgrade to another room with full burj view. I went to check it out and while it was facing the burj, windows were so dirty that it was barely possible to see through them. I then accepted a downgrade to get a room with city view. No refund nor a simple gesture was offered to mitigate the situation, I was told it was up to me to downgrade or not. Note that all this back and forth between rooms and reception happened in 20 minutes and it started because of the misleading information provided by your reservation team over the phone. The vallet experience was also terrible. I asked the vallet to allow me to park my car by myself. It’s a very low sport car with splitters and diffusers that can be easily scratched causing significant damage. I was told it wasn’t possible. Only alternative provided was a VIP parking at 350aed/day that I took for the sake of closing an endless and useless discussion with the staff of yhe vallet. The day after i went downstairs and with my great surprise and disappointment my car was moved to the standard parking despite my clear instructions not to allow anyone to move the car in my absence. totally unacceptable. Overall this hotel doesn’t meet any of the service standards typical of dubai and i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Lobby on 71st floor looks great. Too many elevators to avoid residents maybe but not too complex. Stay was upgraded for no reason. Not complaining but it was a 2 story 2.5 bed apartment. I did use their washer dryer though. Only issue I ran into was st the Top level bar where eventhough I am a guest lady asked to pay to enter the bar. When I about to leave she granted. Good try!
