Ok, lets get the good parts out of the way first. Hotel staff is super awesome, very helpful. The check-in process was a bit tiresome, as i had to wait almost half an hour to get my room ready for check-in. However, the staff really did take care of me during this wait time. Kudos to y'all!! The room itself was super comfortable and spacious, all amenities that I require were available. The room cleaning staff did an excellent job making up my room. The breakfast menu was wide, and the thing i loved most was that there were outdoor seating so you could enjoy some fresh air while having breakfast. The bars were amazing too and had stunning Dubai skyline views! Now for the not so good bits about the hotel. First, its location. This building is far from any public transport station. You would most definitely have to hail a cab to get to a metro station, plus if you book a ride through apps like careem, uber, etc., it would take the cab a significant time to reach the hotel. Second, and probably the most annoying thing about this hotel was the "elevator crisis". I felt so annoyed, having to change elevators everytime i wanted to go to or from my room to outside the hotel. I absolutely hated that experience.

Well located, once you get the hang of the lifts it is very well organised, staff is excellent, careful in every detail and anticipating your needs before you even think about them! Will be back for sure! Breakfast is so pleasant on the terrace (visited in January), avocado toast is just what you want to start your day, gym is well equipped and the FNB outlets are all unique. Room is spacious and has all you need, i was lucky to have a balcony looking out on the Burj, spectacular views.

It was ok. Before I got there they emailed and asked me to pay. I reached out and said it was already paid. Then they replied back saying okay sorted our mistake get their check-in and she says breakfast is not included pulled out my phone and showed her my reservation that it was included after a few phone calls she said okay you’re right not a good start. Housekeeping at times would not come into 5 pm which I found very odd since I left the room every day at 8 am. As for a late checkout was refused even as a premium member. So nothing special at all about this day.

To be honest, this check-in experience is very bad. The construction of the surrounding roads is inconvenient, and it is very inconvenient to park at the gate. The hardware facilities are very poor. The bathrobe is broken, the floor towel is also rotten, and the card reader on the gate is dropped. It is troublesome to change the elevator.
