Dear hotel management,
I am very disappointed with my stay. We booked this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and I informed the hotel in advance and was assured the room would be prepared for the occasion. Unfortunately, nothing was arranged, which was very disappointing. In addition, the air conditioning in our room was not cooling properly. I reported the issue to staff and followed up more than once, but it was never resolved during our stay. We chose your hotel expecting a memorable experience, but sadly the lack of attention to both the room conditions and the promised anniversary arrangements made our stay far below expectations. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the service for future guests.

The reception experience was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and took the time to explain the hotel and its facilities in detail, which I really appreciated.
The room itself felt a little dated, and the curtains did not close properly, which is personally very important to me. There were also a few items in the bathroom that were not working properly.
That said, the room was spacious and well laid out. I also really liked the hotel’s design, the entrance, and especially the warm welcome from the staff. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at SLS Hotel. The suite was extremely hot, which made it very uncomfortable, and I was unable to sleep properly at night.
I was also surprised that I was charged for ice, as most hotels normally provide ice to guests free of charge. In addition, I found the need to change elevators to reach the room very inconvenient and frustrating.
Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

I had high expectations based on reviews but to find that you have to pay to get into club and no upgrades on offer during low occupancy was disappointing.

Top class as always when u enter the hotel you are very well welcomed by staff right from check in onwards . The lobby and whole hotel is so luxurious with stunning views of the city from 71 floor . The front office team always helpful Mr Mohammed miss kiara , Mr Mina and a long list of all of them. The room as always super comfortable. The food and beverage outlets all top starting from S bar nice drinks good food bites staff all helpful Mr Alvin . Nikhil,Joseph .yassin, Azra, Bella . The restaurant Filia one of my favorite italian places . Smoke and mirror mr Mr Jordi , miss ikram and Mr Geoffrey and Elamia too under Karen Chen all super service . The pool has the best view from
75 floor and excellent staff . And lastly the spa is amazing and so is the gym . Over all stayed in super luxury life style at Sls . Thanks to the whole
