When i arrived at my the hotel everyone was nice and helpful irfan bellman from the office was very friendly and polite he took me to my room and answered any questions for the hotel he helped me a lot and if anything I needed he was there and victor and ruhan from security was very helpful and friendly and made me feel safe at my hole stay they were always there I never felt that i needed assistance they helped me a lot and sure when ever I’m in dubai i will choose this hotel special thanks for all the security staff they were the best…
