At check in I had to wait 30mins to be helped! Without anybody acknowledging me and talking to me! While I was being helped I would be put aside by receptionist to help a fellow local person first and then continue with me! This is Unbelievable! Room service took 40min to arrive for a simple request of utensils.

we had 1 night stay but we enjoyed it. i gave 3 stars because i think the crown name of Movenpick should provide royal services. i wish they get better in the future. in general we enjoyed our stay. the staff was nice and the breakfast was delicious. this is recommended hotel
