Very good experience. The hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing. The rooms are clean The staff was polite and caring. A special thank uou to Wadi, the girl working at the spa whose caring approach to customers showed vwhile i was having a sauna. If the hotel had been slightly less expensive, I would have given it a 10 .

The hotel is very clean and the room is really nice. The room service is also very clean (compared to another 5 stars hotel for another chain, it was really better).

I chose this hotel because I wanted an appartement, to be able to cook or eat in my room due to the length of work period in dubai ! And I don’t regret any moment spent there ! Loved it .. the space , the service , the food , the house keeping performance.. everything ! On top of its service and added to this it’s 2 blocks from dubai mall !
