The hotel was beautiful, very clean, had valet parking, was very quiet and the room design was amazing with everything you need. The connecting rooms were arranged perfectly, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, with Dubai Mall only about a 3-minute walk away. Make sure to ask the staff for the shortcut—don’t follow Google Maps because it gives you a much longer route! They also offer free sweets, chocolates, and marshmallows for kids every afternoon, which was a lovely touch. The pool is open until 11 PM and has an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa. A special thank you to Ms. Ghufran, she was incredibly kind and welcoming.

I already explained what happened over the phone while I was making my reservation with your call center, it was disrespectful from the lady who’s i spoke to and the follow up from your staff.

Dear Accor Customer Care Team, I am writing to request clarification regarding the children’s breakfast policy for our reservation at Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Downtown Dubai. The hotel reception advised us that our reservation must include breakfast in order for the children to receive complimentary breakfast. However, the Children Policy shown in our reservation terms states: “Accommodation and breakfast are free for 6 children under 12 years sharing parents room.” Based on this wording, it appears that breakfast is complimentary for children under 12 years who are sharing the parents’ room, without stating that the parents’ reservation must specifically include breakfast as a paid/included meal plan.

Everything was great except the Air conditioning in the main bedroom is not cold , also , when ordered a bed for my kids it took more than 1 hr to bring . He came for payment before even bringing the bed . Other than that , everything was good and the apartment was clean and spacious.

The hotel is good, but seems like cost cutting measures are in progress. On check in there was only 1 person on duty resulting in a line up of close to 30 mins to check in. The Grazer often had very little in the baked section actually available. Even at different times of day.
