Dear Accor Customer Care Team, I am writing to request clarification regarding the children’s breakfast policy for our reservation at Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Downtown Dubai. The hotel reception advised us that our reservation must include breakfast in order for the children to receive complimentary breakfast. However, the Children Policy shown in our reservation terms states: “Accommodation and breakfast are free for 6 children under 12 years sharing parents room.” Based on this wording, it appears that breakfast is complimentary for children under 12 years who are sharing the parents’ room, without stating that the parents’ reservation must specifically include breakfast as a paid/included meal plan.

Everything was great except the Air conditioning in the main bedroom is not cold , also , when ordered a bed for my kids it took more than 1 hr to bring . He came for payment before even bringing the bed . Other than that , everything was good and the apartment was clean and spacious.

The hotel is good, but seems like cost cutting measures are in progress. On check in there was only 1 person on duty resulting in a line up of close to 30 mins to check in. The Grazer often had very little in the baked section actually available. Even at different times of day.

Overall excellent the only drawback was the breakfast where either they served raw eggs or egg Benedict with solid yolks. The choices were also very limited and repetitive. Buy all in all great place to stay with great staff.

Well situated location, friendly and attentive staff. Good for a family. I understand the reason behind how the entrance of the hotel is the way it is given the limited space, but they should find a way to improve it and make the hotel more visible and accessible

I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick for about 1.5 months, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent—just a short distance from Dubai Mall and very convenient for my office, making my daily commute easy. The service throughout my stay was consistently warm and professional. A special thank you to the restaurant team, especially Khin, Kalash, and Sandra, who were always welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure every meal was enjoyable. Enjoyed our 1 week greatly, the staff - from the door/valet, to greeters it the lobby, front desk and room service and cleaning all were impeccable. The hotel room itself was very well kept, new, with great amenities. Would totally stay here again and walk right into Dubai Mall.

Room was ok but noisy due to construction work outside. I got many calls from the reception which can be avoided as I had DnD in my room. I got many calls even for the pickup even though I had confirmed the time for the pick up earlier. Upon mentioning this to the reception, the gentlemen at the reception was defensive and did not accept the feedback that I should not be getting calls at 10.30 PM in the night when I was asleep.
