The service level was very poor across, the reception was very poor in co ordination, wake me up early in the morning, room service was very slow had to call three times to get anything, breakfast area is super small compared to the size of hotel

We recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Downtown Dubai and were very impressed. The location is fantastic — just minutes from Dubai Mall and Dubai Lake, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We booked a one-bedroom apartment, which came with all the amenities we needed and was very clean on arrival. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. Would be good if the shower was separate from the bath. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Dubai.
