Dear Sir My family and I have good experience at your hotel . The hotel where is located near Burg AL Khaife and we access to supermarket and drugstore easily. Staff are more piloted and kindly. Everything was excellent. we had good trip on your hotel.

Generally OK, except there is no flexibility on a check-in and a check-out policy. Even 1 hour is a problem....
