I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick for about 1.5 months, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent—just a short distance from Dubai Mall and very convenient for my office, making my daily commute easy. The service throughout my stay was consistently warm and professional. A special thank you to the restaurant team, especially Khin, Kalash, and Sandra, who were always welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure every meal was enjoyable. Their friendliness and exceptional hospitality made a real difference to my experience. Room was ok but noisy due to construction work outside. I got many calls from the reception which can be avoided as I had DnD in my room. I got many calls even for the pickup even though I had confirmed the time for the pick up earlier. Upon mentioning this to the reception, the gentlemen at the reception was defensive and did not accept the feedback that I should not be getting calls at 10.30 PM in the night when I was asleep.

This is our favorite hotel for family stays in Dubai. The apartment-style rooms are spacious and comfortable, making them perfect for families. The location is excellent, close to most of the main attractions and lively areas in Downtown Dubai. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Room service is also good and responsive. We always enjoy our stay here and would definitely recommend it to families.
