Fantastic massage with Benny - would warmly recommend. Saline at the wellness reception was also v helpful as I had to change things last minute. Rooms on lower floors v noisy and inconsiderate guests. Rooms could do with much better sound proofing.

This would be a late review as the period of stay was on January 2024. Apologies for delay in review. I’ve arrived to the hotel in early morning with the reservation made by the travel agent was not correct however, hotel reception was keen to solve the issue and I was able to check in. I had a long stay at this hotel during the business trip, so the hotel is comfortable and warm place to be. The people who worked at this hotel is experience, new and old faces. I was able to speak with some of them and find their love of the work and the hotel is remarkable, impressive too. The hotel breakfast has good selection, and the attendant is always smiling and serve the request. The gym is located one floor below the lobby meanwhile the pool is located in the middle of the hotel. It was a splendid stay and the people has been accommodating and made my stay enjoyable. Thank you and hope to visit again someday.

Very pleasant hotel, with an outstanding team for whom nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We arrived very early, way before our room was ready, but we were personally escorted to the spa area so we could shower and change before heading out to explore. Staff would recognise us after only having met us once adding personal touches to every interaction.

Great location, dated interior but would still recommend

The stay with Swissotel was great, and would definitely recommend it to anyone whom wants to stay in a central location - within walking distance to Dubai mall & Burj Khalifa yet have a bit of an oasis of quietness. Having the courtyard in the middle section of the hotel complex definitely makes this a bit of a unique experience to have, especially living right in the heart of the city. It is possible to get a room with a balcony overlooking Burj Khalifa - unfortunately, the LED lighting of the tower is only setup on the side facing the fountains, and is therefore not visible from the building - if you intend to stay here for that. Dubai Mall Metro station is also within distance of the hotel, which makes it accessible to public transport - however, do note that you will need to go through Dubai Mall and is still about a 15 min walk to the actual train patforms. In saying that, there are walkalators available in the bridge connecting the mall and the station, and is fully airconditioned, so it's quite a nice walk nevertheless. Would also like to give thanks to Montano and Sandeep, whom have been very helpful in giving guidance and helping organise transport to the airport.
