Great hotel in an excellent location, directly across from Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest shopping malls. It’s only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the mall, making it very convenient.
There are several restaurants, a 24-hour supermarket, and a few pharmacies just around the block. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back if we visit Dubai again!

I'm becoming a real fan of this hotel! Different room category, but same level of care and cleanliness. The view on the Dubai mall is great at night! Handsome, polite, friendly and helpful staff. I loved the fresh honey served at breakfast, and the bakery is lovely as always. The only "person" I didn't get on well was the coffee-machine in the restaurant. This disagreeable machine is having its own ways of making coffee and ideas about the amount of milk and coffee in my cappuccino. But a friendly barista always saved my coffee situation)

I loved my stay! I was asking for a non-smoking and quiet room, and it was exactly what I asked for. I also liked the bed linen and the way the room was cleaned - everything was spotless, including the bathroom. The breakfast bakery section is really nice, especially the freshly-baked bread. Hotel is nice, rooms are nice.
Service was super slow - in room dining I had to remind 2 times and took almost 2h! Yet no apologies … no discount offered. No nothing.
Also - the restaurant is to much of a canteen. It’s lound - to much open space. Add some green and some separating walls and it will be much nicer !
