Service was super slow - in room dining I had to remind 2 times and took almost 2h! Yet no apologies … no discount offered. No nothing.
Also - the restaurant is to much of a canteen. It’s lound - to much open space. Add some green and some separating walls and it will be much nicer !

I arrived early morning, bleary-eyed from a long, overnight flight. I expected to just check in, leave my luggage & wander until the afternoon, when my room would be available. I was delighted when the manager (Asma, I think), offered me an early check-in at no charge, upgraded my room, and made sure my preferred pillow was sent up!
I almost wept. The room was lovely (I wanted to steal the pillow… I did not), the staff was kind and the gym was solid. Highly recommend. Will stay there again in a heartbeat.

All was perfect. Gym was nice size and well stocked with equipment. Only caveat would be the hot water in room could have been warmed for the shower. The doorman with the black hat was extremely friendly as were the security officers. They always went out of their way to wave hello to me.

I used Massage service from your wellness centre on the last day of my leaving. However, after 24 hours of the massage, I got back spasm. Your masseuse hurt my back. Otherwise, it was fantastic stary. The breakfast, buffet was amazing too.

My opinion: great location, very nice and friendly staff, office where you can print documents, delicious breakfasts! I came to the hotel for the second time and am extending my stay for the third time because I really like it here.

Had a enjoyable stay. We found showers difficult to operate no signage same with electrical probably a bit to modern for us
No milk in fridge got some from dining room ok. We enjoyed a beer at the English pub lovely theme spoilt by awful music we both enjoy music and we thought wrong choice for patrons and the theme. Otherwise we enjoyed stay. Fruze at booking trip counter was great

Honestly it's not reaching our expectations because I was booked apartment but it's not in good condition, amenities was not complete and all the equipment it's to old actually to be honest it's reaching the standards of accor

We reached hotel in the morning due to early arrival flight and we checked in although it declared 3pm check in time. this hotel is very close to Dubai mall.
