The hotel and gym facility was alright, but it took at least 20-30 min for the simplest work such as checking in or extending one more night, , etc at the counter. Also, when asked for cutleries, it took almost 40 minutes for the cutleries to be sent up to the room

A fruit tray delivery was sent at my door and no one knows how it got there.it wasn't meant for me and upon asking reception they have no explanation. I would highly recommend Michael pintor for going out of his way to help us with our safari booking although it wasn't his job. Greatly appreciated his suggestions on activities we should experince.
