My stay at Mama Shelter Dubai was amazing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere of the hotel felt vibrant and welcoming. The design of the hotel is very unique and stylish, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm attitude made me feel truly welcomed and comfortable during my stay. The service was excellent and everything was handled very professionally. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend Mama Shelter Dubai to anyone looking for a fun, stylish, and comfortable place to stay in Dubai. I’m looking forward to coming back again soon.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Everyone was very friendly, kind, helpful, and punctual. The hotel amenities and room were very well organized, always clean, and nothing was broken or old.

Our stay was decent but not exceptional. The rooms are smaller than places like Fairmont or Sofitel we usually stay with Accor. Room service menu is fairly limited with food option. Further, breakfast was below average from a 5 star hotel standpoint. Even Novotel has a better breakfast despite a 4 star rating in terms of variety and taste of the dishes.

Very disappointing to have booked business conference package to your hotel + accommodation for the conference participants only to find out that on the first night of our conference there are noisy events being held in the evening at the hotel 3rd and 4th floors. As a hotel, your #1 job is to provide your guests a place to rest, and you failed on it. Our conference guests were tired and irritated the next day, having had to listen to the music and bass blasting until the evening. Earplugs don't block out the bass and that's the problem with these events with music. More than one of our participants had complained more than one time(!) about the noise to the reception, with no impact. Event was promised to end at certain hour, which it didn't, as noise continued half hour later. Coming to stay here from overseas and attending a conference at your premises, this is simply not accetable.
