Very disappointing to have booked business conference package to your hotel + accommodation for the conference participants only to find out that on the first night of our conference there are noisy events being held in the evening at the hotel 3rd and 4th floors. As a hotel, your #1 job is to provide your guests a place to rest, and you failed on it. Our conference guests were tired and irritated the next day, having had to listen to the music and bass blasting until the evening. Earplugs don't block out the bass and that's the problem with these events with music. More than one of our participants had complained more than one time(!) about the noise to the reception, with no impact. Event was promised to end at certain hour, which it didn't, as noise continued half hour later. Coming to stay here from overseas and attending a conference at your premises, this is simply not accetable.

I HAD AN EXCELLENT TIME AT MAMA SHELTER. FROM THE MOMENT I ARRIVED THE STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. CONSTANT SMILE ON THEIR FACES. I LOVED THE POOL AREA AND THE BARS /RESTAURANTS. THE BIG SCREEN TV.

on 11th night there was a party below my room 511, i believe at 4th floor, cause when i passed level 4th by elevator from first floor where i had couple of beer, the noise was extremely high. i complained at 10.50pm and they mentioned event will be over at 11pm, but it didn't, i complained again twice , and reception kept lying that it will finish soon. i was very angry an couldn't sleep, i tried to raise the volume of my TV in order to cover the beat coming from party and it didn't work even, i had a terrible night sleeping and woke up very uncomfortable that the other day for work.. you should not do events at night very close to rooms, and if your hotel does not have convenient sound proof hall as well... on top of that your hotel is in a middle of business bay walking distance from UBora, i believe all you guests were there for business , so being greedy for extra parties will let you loose on long run more than the benefit you are enjoying from parties on short run

Exp was horrible . Rooms were small , lot of noise inside the room . Ac thermostat was not functioning, and many more . Had to purchase a comb as it was not available in the room. Reception was not friendly . Will never visit this hotel again .

Restaurant and pool area were nice. Rooms were small, bathroom was tight. Placement of twin beds facing the door is not preferable.
