Great stay. We've stayed for 1 night to celebrate birthday. We've got nice room on hight floor. The Italian restaurant on the ground floor serves great food. Simply loved it. And guys athe reception are so welcoming. Thanks to Denis to take care of us and birthday arrangements

My stay at Mama Shelter Dubai was amazing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere of the hotel felt vibrant and welcoming. The design of the hotel is very unique and stylish, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm attitude made me feel truly welcomed and comfortable during my stay. The service was excellent and everything was handled very professionally. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend Mama Shelter Dubai to anyone looking for a fun, stylish, and comfortable place to stay in Dubai. Our stay was decent but not exceptional. The rooms are smaller than places like Fairmont or Sofitel we usually stay with Accor. Room service menu is fairly limited with food option. Further, breakfast was below average from a 5 star hotel standpoint. Even Novotel has a better breakfast despite a 4 star rating in terms of variety and taste of the dishes.
