It was a nice and short stay, however the room they gave me doesn't have a nice view. They gave me a room in front of the construction. But overall it's nice. Will definitely comeback, hopefully next time they will give me a room with a nice view

We recently stayed at this hotel, and despite only having opened this year, the experience was far from the 5-star standard it claims. Many issues revolved around poor finish quality, comfort, and service. The finish quality is very poor for a new hotel. We observed numerous construction defects throughout the property. The windows were dirty. Alarmingly, there were exposed electrical wires in the swimming pool area, which is a significant safety hazard. The breakfast selection does not meet 5-star standards. The choice was quite limited, and there were no à la carte options available, which is typical for a luxury hotel. Climate Control: It was impossible to raise the temperature using the air conditioning system, forcing us to turn it off completely for comfort. Faulty Lighting: The room's motion sensor for the light was defective, causing the lights to turn off every 5 minutes. We reported this multiple times. A technician visited on several occasions, but the issue remained unresolved. After the third promise to send someone, the technician never showed up. We were forced to endure three days of constantly turning on lights manually, and no room change was offered. Missing Amenities: After room service, one of our bathrobes was removed by the staff. We requested a replacement at the reception, but it was never delivered. The body care products provided in the bathroom were far below the quality standard expected for a 5-star hotel. The toiletries were comparable to those found in the cheapest motels. As an Accor Silver member, I was entitled to a Welcome Drink, which typically allows a choice of alcoholic beverages or cocktails for all guests covered by the reservation in other Accor properties worldwide. Here, we were told the drink would be left in the room, but it was not there upon arrival. We had to ask several times before it was finally delivered. To our surprise, the "drink" was only one single small bottle of cheap juice. This is completely inadequate and does not compare to the value or quality of the Welcome Drinks offered at other hotels in the chain. While the hotel is new, it suffers from poor construction quality and a severe lack of attention to detail and service standards. The level of comfort, amenities, and maintenance falls dramatically short of what is expected from a 5-star establishment.
