My stay at the hotel was disappointing overall. While the reception staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, the rest of the experience fell below expectations. The breakfast selection and quality were poor and did not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel in Dubai. The room service was extremely slow and unsatisfactory. What disappointed me most was that the staff refused a simple request to heat up food for me, which I found unreasonable and unhelpful. The reception team was the only positive aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast and room service significantly affected my overall experience.
