Bad experience during my check-in, the person who made my check-in didn't listen to me when I was saying that I was a platinum members, that I'm coming exclusively to your hotel when I'm staying in Dubai, that most of the time I accepted to pay more staying to your Pullman hotel because I was always considered as a premium customer, to who I was receiving regular upgrade. I have then asked to be contacted if a possible upgrade will be available without any success, my worst check-in experience in your hotel
