We had a lovely time at the Pullman, staff were lovely, I'll mention Andrew who helped us with a number of things. Snow was lovely and helpful also. The gym was good, the rooftop pool was so busy we never got a sunbed, but it had a nice bar and great views. The breakfast was varied and the service was very good

While our stay was only for three nights owing to the tensions in the Middle east and issues with flights we were here for 7 nights. The service and support we received was excellent. Every department proved themselves in efficiency, friendliness and action. Cannot praise this hotel highly enough.
