My experience fell far below expectations—especially as an Accor Platinum member. To begin on a positive note, Odette at reception was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. She was the only part of the check-in experience that reflected the standard I would expect from a hotel of this category. However, the male staff member beside her appeared to actively avoid assisting me, which made the arrival experience feel unwelcoming and dismissive. The issues continued with the club lounge access. As a Platinum member, I am entitled to these benefits, yet when I visited Breadbox for evening cocktails, the staff member, Thaw, informed me that cocktails were not included—only beer and wine. I therefore settled for wine, despite it not being my preference. After some time, two other guests were seated nearby, and I overheard her offering them cocktails. Once she realised I had heard this, she came back to inform me that cocktails were, in fact, included. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconsistency. This was not a minor oversight—it reflects either a lack of training or a disregard for fair and consistent service, both of which are unacceptable. The following morning, I returned to Breadbox for breakfast, only to be told initially that breakfast was not included for me—again, despite my membership benefits clearly stating otherwise. This should not require repeated clarification from the guest. Beyond that, the breakfast itself was disappointing. The eggs were undercooked to the point of being raw, and there was no attempt to ask how I would like them prepared, which is a basic expectation in any hotel offering freshly cooked options. Overall, the service lacked consistency, attentiveness, and professionalism. As a loyal Accor Platinum member, I expect a certain standard, particularly regarding recognition of benefits and basic hospitality practices. Sadly, this stay did not meet those expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

As a diamond member I really appreciate help of Andinni, Odette, Naraish the best employees in front office I Had a great experience with the front office team at Pullman Dubai Downtown. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and very efficient with the check-in process. They were always ready to assist with any request, handled everything smoothly, and made us feel truly valued as guests. Special appreciation for their attention to detail and friendly attitude it really made a difference in our stay. Overall, excellent service and a strong example of true hospitality. Highly recommended! The breakfast was very tasty and food amazing quality staff on breakfast wonderful 🎉🎉 THAW AND REGY NISSAR CHIEF AMAZING SERVICE BEST EMPLOYEE OF PULLMAN THEY TREAT US LIKE A VIP GUEST! As a diamond member of Accor I tried a lot of hotels but here employees they are very sweet!!!

Upon arrival, staff was friendly and accommodating. I went to my room and found alive roach on the counter. i video taped it and shared it with the front desk. They were very apologetic and immediately moved me to a different room/ suite. they had provided me with an upgrade, which was very kind of them
