Beautiful hotel and perfect location!

We had a wonderful visit in Dubai staying at the Pullman Dubai Downtown. The hotel was beautiful and perfectly located with a view of the Burj Khalifa right out the front door. Everything is far in a city that big, but we could walk to the Burj and Dubai Mall and took a lovely walk by the canal one evening. The restaurants in this hotel are amazing as well (especially Couqley which we visited twice for dinner, and the breakfast buffet was incredible!). We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We stayed for 5 nights. My experience with breakfast was horrible. There were little options for vegetarians or Indian food. Indian food like parantha were frozen and no where close to actual indian taste. Staying in 5* hotel, I don't expect to pay for frozen food. Taste wise also it was not very good. If you can't provide good indian food, don't serve it. Currently, it will be giving bad reputation to Indian cuisine(yes, it was bad).

Everything was perfect. The exceptions are: smoking smell in rooms on non-smoking floors, and breakfast coffee from machines, I’ve ordered coffee from bakery every morning instead of self serving machines. Some things in the room could be renewed. Thank you
