The personnel is the most friendly. The hotel is nicely located. The pool has a spectacular view and there is a hot jacuzzi. The Lolita lounge is wonderful. Beds are perfect.

I frequently travel in Europe and stay at Pullman hotels, the Pullman Dubai is not at the standard of the others. the structure is old, furniture in the rooms are not well kept. Rooms and other areas are dirty we were assigned a room the first night were there was a sour smell coming from the moquette. we had to sleep with our heads under the blankets. the day after we have asked to change the room and they offered us another room, that did not have smell, but still dirty and very old. and when we arrived in the evening they set the room for two people, while we were three. the third bed was missing and we had to ask for it the team was not receptive of the requests, every time we had to ask for basic staff missing in the room, like towels and when we asked, never got the right number of stuff last evening we asked to book a taxi and the person at reception told us we could call 15 mins before the next morning, so we did but the answer of the other team member was - no you cannot book a taxi now it seems there is no clear direction an coordination of the entire team I would not recommend this hotel

The hotel is hardly a four star. Unqualified staff, missing basic hospitality trainings. Old furniture in the room. Unpleasant experience overall and poor value for money.

Room very small for 3 adults, breakfast very basic , dinner very basic Room service very slow , not coffe and milk in the room Not fill up everyday essential items. Not happy , not worth for money

It was quite disappointing experience. I have booked a room with an additional room but it was not available. i was proposed by the hotel reception to let my son sleep on a mattress placed on the floor. I had to insist to have a bed sent to my room. Booked the new year eve party at "early bird" but go the last table at the end of the party lounge one of the worst table. Room service is very poor, 1h30 minutes wait, then offered cold meal that was ordered. Only positive is the valet parking efficiency and the good location

We stayed here for a family vacation visit. The staff had great customer service and the hotel was very nice as well as the rooms. Great location which is not exactly in the middle of the loud center but only 15-20 mins walk from Burj and Dubai Mall.

Great experience, I only have one issue that I would like to be resolved and it wasn't. I went to pay the bill for the restaurant and for that I had to exchange dollars into the local currency. When doing this I requested proof of this transaction in order to be accountable in my company. The receptionist told me that there was no way to make this receipt at that time and asked me to leave the e-mail that she would send the receipt. It's been a week and so far I haven't received this email.

Extremely disappointed by most of the aspects of this supposed to be a 5-star Hotel in Downtown Dubai. I have booked and stayed for 11 nights, and would have changed hotel if I did not prepay the total stay. Hotel location in Business Bay is fine but access to the main entrance is tricky if you don't know how to get there. Waited longtime to be served when checking-in late at night on arrival. Did not get the requested upgrade when I booked the room, for lack of availability according to the front desk lady, when I received a request to upgrade for a fee... The room is good, but had several flies that I have mentioned to the cleaning services several times without success to eradicate them. I had to kill them myself one by one. Housekeeping service is very uneven from person to person, shampoo, bath gel; soaps and towels are not always availed as required... When you use the laundry bag and sheet, it is not automatically replaced. Safety box and AC had problems that required to be fixed... Food at the hotel is terrible. Breakfast is a real issue. Restaurant is most of the time overcrowded and after 9:00am you need to line up and wait to get a table. It is not designed to cope with the number of hotel guests... hygiene is questionable: Tables are barely cleaned up between different guests; and often several flies are gathering on your food. Service to get your coffee or order eggs is very slow and unreliable, you may wait for 30mn to get your eggs, when other get served before you, ordering after you... Food in both restaurants, for breakfast and dinner is not tasty, with very cheap ingredients and little effective choice. When you have a busy schedule and need to eat in the hotel you are condemned to eat there and suffer the situation... One of the lifts will systematically not take my key to access my floor and have to wait until another one gets free. I have asked for a quiet room, but had to call the front desk to complain about high noise coming from other guests’ rooms... I have traveled several times to Dubai and hotels I stayed in so far have been top! This is the worst hotel even in Dubai, first time and last one. It is does not honor the Pullman Brand and the ALL Group one. The Price is very high for the rendered services and quality. COVID cannot excuse everything... Just to end on a positive note, I greatly appreciated the late checkout until 8:00pm; the availability of breakfast until 11:00am, and the attitude of some of the personnel, nice and helpful, Philip at the front desk was sincerely sorry to learn I was not happy...

Not all hotel service staff was wearing the mask. Pool was basically out of order. Missed better place for business arrangements.

The hotel does not look like the pictures on Google site. The carpets are dirty in the rooms abs out in the hall. Very poorly kept. The room Service doesn’t do a great job in cleaning and keeping the bathrooms or the room clean.

GOOD HOTE; GOOD LOCATION. At breakfast it takes a long time to get coffee and some of the time we didn't even get it even though we asked for it a few times. Some days they did not demand payment for cold coffee and some days they demanded additional payment ... The seating area around the pool is very small and uncomfortable. The bath is very inaccessible and dangerous to slip in and it is also difficult to get in and out of it because it is very high and there is no handle and step.

We decided to choose Pullman to celebrate my daughter 18th birthday and only I can say is.. it is really worth it and good decision to choose the Berlin Ballroom for our celebration.. All staff are very supportive especially Ms. Nerissa and Mr. Sumit who assisted us on everything we need.. They even suggest options for our satisfaction... The food made by their chef are superb and they even accommodate our food choices.. Very reasonable price and perfect venue to celebrate your special events.. Will definitely come back and refer this place to our friends. Salute to the good staff and employee of Pullman Downtown Dubai. :)

The hotel Pullman Dubai Downtown is comfortable, but in its current conditions I would not classify it as 5 stars. It deserves 3.5 stars. The facilities are well maintained, but the furniture in the room is worn out by time and normal use. Some towels were fraying. The sink needed finishing repair (and I fixed it by myself - room 1010). The employees are extremely attentive and helpful, highlighting the concierges, especially Mr. Ahmed. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is well located considering nearby attractions such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall or the metro station, but the guest will probably need a taxi to get to these points.
