Breakfast in the bread house was much reduced choice then when it is served in the restaurant as during my previous stays

I would like to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel. We specifically booked connecting rooms, however upon arrival we were given an accessible room for guests with special needs instead, which was not what we had requested or expected. In addition, I had arranged a birthday surprise for my husband in advance. I was promised that a cake and balloons would be prepared in the room. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, there was only a single balloon placed on the bed and no cake at all. This was very disappointing, especially since it was meant to be a special occasion. Furthermore, the breakfast was very ordinary and lacked variety. I expected a much better experience and hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service in the future.

For 5 star the service it's not in that 5 star hotel, this hotel is too busy, calling receptionist have to be more than 2 times then they will pick up,, the phone room not showing the room number so every time we need or oder something they asking about room number, and the last 10 days stay there sometimes the house keeping forget to refill the soap or the ammetis
