I have mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel is comfortable, the facilities are very good, and the staff are undoubtedly one of its greatest strengths—extremely attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. However, one aspect significantly affected my experience. After checking in, I had to carry my luggage on foot to another building along an uncomfortable sidewalk. Fortunately, it wasn’t raining, but the temperature was well over 30°C, which made the walk quite unpleasant and exhausting. Despite this inconvenience, the quality of the facilities and, above all, the kindness and professionalism of the staff deserve recognition. If the logistics between the buildings were more convenient, my overall experience would have been much better.
