Smelly room in the annex. Had to ask repeatedly for a plate, knife/fork and a glass for breakfast. Around 8 in the morning. The breakfast was nice and tasty, but service could improve.

The hotel looks very nice and the location is very convenient for my business needs. The staff is super friendly and they make an incredible job to help you. It’s not my first time in this hotel and probably I would come again. The room is small, but comfortable. The bathroom design is one of my favorite part of it. Very beautiful and the shower is very pleasant. Tv is huge and the coffee machine is serving a nice coffee. The bed is best part: very comfortable. However there are some problems the management need to address: - the soundproof of the room is poor. I could hear my neighbors till very late at night. - there is a weird smell at the ground floor close the lift. I know that in old buildings can happen, but this can be fixed or the team can install air freshner at least. - my room had no place to hang my clothes. Leaving the only option to hang them in the bathroom.

We book a night for the Rotterdam Marathon. We were just looking for any room to spend the night. Luckily we found this hotel and was way better than what we had booked before. Good location, very nice rooms, good vibe and functionality. Rooms: Are smaller that standar rooms but they have it all and better. Room design was beautiful. Love the layout and the decoration. Shower, WC and sink, perfectly matched and combined. Rooms are dark (by design) and will give you a very good night sleep Front desk: Congratulations for the good vibe, kindness and great customer service. Since we arrived everyone was very friendly and helpful. Next day, the same. Keep up with this!!!!
