The coffee machine and kettle did not work as the electricity plug sockets were not working. We were told that they would be sorted. They were not. We reported this two days running. We were told to plug them in to different areas of the room - the coffee machine is extremely heavy and cumbersome and too big to put anywhere else and a boiling kettle next to the bed is too dangerous. 4 nights - no tea / coffee in room. Also reported that there was no shower gel - again, was told it would be filled - never filled. Reported that the room was dirty - showed photos of a used slipper and some red shiney things under the bed - apology and told it would be cleaned but it never was. Dirty room with previous guest / s belongings still under bed. Will never stay there again. The area outside the lift / lobby smells of drains- really bad smell.

The room was a decent size, and the staff were helpful. But the enter hotel has a bit of a musky smell. We also thought this would be quite close to the central train station, but it turned out to be a 10 minute walk.

Very small room, almost not possible to walk around the bed. Coffee maker not working. Shower gel not refilled. Elevator not working. Very disappointing.
