Very small room, almost not possible to walk around the bed. Coffee maker not working. Shower gel not refilled. Elevator not working. Very disappointing.

This hotel delivered one of the worst reception experiences I have ever encountered. Upon arrival for check-in, there were three staff members at the reception desk, no other guests waiting, and yet none of them acknowledged or assisted me. I was deliberately ignored while they continued their personal conversation, as if I simply did not exist. It took more than five minutes before any of them finally reacted — without apology, without professionalism, and without any sense of customer service. The front desk staff is shockingly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for guests. Basic standards of hospitality are entirely absent: no greeting, no eye contact, and no effort to provide proper service. Instead, staff members laugh, chat among themselves, and treat guests as an inconvenience. What I witnessed afterward was absolutely unacceptable. Two receptionists openly mocked a female guest after she had left the desk. This behavior is disgraceful and has no place in any hotel environment. It is simply outrageous to have such personnel representing a hotel reception. This establishment clearly fails to meet even the most basic standards expected from the Accor group. This was, without question, my last stay here, and I will never return.

2nd stay at the Marin and still no improvements. The staff is unfriendly and not very helpful. When reaching out to the hotel, got my card and when entering the room, it has not been cleaned yet…. Bed was a mess with towels on the floors… There is also this terrible smell in the elevator and corridors (at the first stay, I assumed it was temporary but it was still there for my 2nd stay). The rooms are very dark as well with few lightings. The location is convenient but overall, there are better options closer to the main station…
