One of the worst 4 stars I ever been, room dirty, the towels with extreme poor quality, [2 euros action towels have better quality] no amenities, no frigobar, windows dirty, room super small, basic just have the space for the bad, starf rude and umprepared, bathroom the box glass is loose doesnt close and can fall, no water for 175 euros a day for this hole

Service not up to Accor standards. Unprofessional staff, small rooms, lacking breakfast, bad smell around the elevator area. The only advantage is the location and the allround decoration of the hotel is nice.
