I like the room and service. My power bank was stolen when I stored my luggage. I am very sure I put the power bank in a bag inside my backpack. It is a small think. But this costed me inconvenience for my continued travel. I had a good time, but this experience really upsetting. I guess the person steals it think power bank is a small matter that the hotel won't spend the effort to investigate it. I just couldn't believe the loss. It took me efforts to check every corners of my luggages to search for the power bank. It was a special gift from the Korean government, that also has a special meaning for me. The design is cute and very useful. It is a while small one. It was the last item I put into my stored backpack. I am very sure it was gone while in the storage room.

I was originally thinking about staying in a quaint hotel in the old town, but was traveling with my daughter who had a great deal of luggage to start a Masters’s program with TUDelft. What an excellent choice the IBIS ended up being! It is not only right next to the train station, but the main bus station as well! It enabled easy access to the many places we needed to go in Delft, but also a short walk to the Old Town to enjoy some nice restaurants along the canals in the evenings. The hotel was comfortable and provided free coffee and tea whenever desired. The staff was also quite nice and helpful. Only thing I would change is the shower, which tended to get water all over. Will stay there again when I return to visit my daughter!

We have looked into this matter, and while a construction limitation prevents us from installing doors for the showers, we have provided an additional wall and a floor wiper in each room for greater comfort. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you found our staff accommodating and that you and your daughter enjoyed the unlimited access to our complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. Finally, we are delighted that our hotel's location contributed positively to your experience, allowing for enjoyable evening strolls and dining along the beautiful canals of Old Town. The hotel is very well located, near the train station and the city center. In proximity you will find mini markets. The coffee is good and the breakfast was also good (but not too many options - is the same every day). The room was nice with a great view of the city but the temperature can be set at max 21 degrees Celsius which can be a problem in winter.

During our recent visit in Delft, we really enjoyed our stay at the Ibis Hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were modern but very comfortable. We did day trips to The Hague and Rotterdam, so with the location being next to the train station was a big benefit. The walk to the historic sights in Delft was only about 5-7 min.
