The hotel is well placed for public transport as it is next to Delft railway and bus stations - - a welcoming hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

WE found the hotel to have all the amenities, in a very convenient location, but with interesting features and decor that set it above a lot of city centre hotels.

Compared to the usual standards of Ibis Styles in other cities, this property falls short in every aspect except for its decor. Upon check-in, I noticed several cleanliness issues: the bathroom mirror was smudged, the toilet paper was missing the standard fold that indicates a fresh cleaning, and there was stray hair left behind the pillows. Furthermore, there was absolutely no recognition of loyalty status. Not only was there’s no welcome gift in the room, but the front desk staff also completely failed to mention or acknowledge any of membership benefits during check-in. The overall hospitality and attention to detail definitely need improvement.
