Overall it was a nice stay! spacious,modern and clean room.Hotel in a central place next to train and buses stop and also within 10 minutes walk from the city center.

We stayed for 2 weeks in Biz Stay in Delft, during November and December 2024. The double room is fully equipped with high quality furniture, is very clean and nicely decorated. The hotel's stuff is extremely friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable compared to the offered quality. As negative point, we would say about the lack of breakfast.

Good location, but service is a bit poor. Always a lot of staff, but you have to chase someone down if you need something. Shower setup is poor and everything in the bathroom gets wet. Myself and a colleague each had a 2-week stay booked, but checking out the weekend in between as we were each traveling somewhere else over the weekend. As this was a longer trip we both had multiple pieces of luggage. We asked if we could each store one back at the hotel over the weekend and pick it up when we return and check-in. We were told no, the hotel was too busy. We requested to reconsider as it would of been a great convenience for us. We were again told no. We called the social hub across the street who had no issues storing our bags, so we cancelled our second week at the Ibis and moved across the street where we will book for our future 5-6 trips a year to Delft.

The design of our showers has been noted for improvement, and while we understand this has caused inconvenience, we are actively working on enhancing our bathroom facilities and many rooms have been equipped with a brand new shower cabin already. Regarding the service at the front desk, we apologize for any delay you encountered, and we are reviewing our staffing during peak times to ensure prompt attention to our guests. Additionally, we are sorry that we were not able to accommodate your request for luggage storage post departure. While we strive to assist with guest requests, there are occasions when hotel capacity can impact our ability to do so. Nonetheless, we are delighted that you found our hotel's location to be advantageous. A bit disappointing this time compared to other times.

We had to ask for a different room after the first night due to drilling nearby that started early in the morning and could be heard again that afternoon. The hot tap didn't work in the new room so we filled up the sink with hot water from the shower as we didn't want to have to move again, plus the bathroom door was jammed and wouldn't move. I've stayed here several times for a few years now, and it's disappointing the issue with the showers flooding the floor still hasn't been addressed.

Amazing view, the window opens all the way like a balcony which is so much appreciated. The room has high ceilings and the decorations have subtle technological theming which reference Delfts high level of technological development despite being a small city. One piece of feedback I would give is to improve the water drainage in the showers. One shower and the whole bathroom floor is absolutely soaking wet.
