Staff were lovely and really helpful. Our travel agent booked the wrong Ibis but this was no issue for them. They rectified the booking and got me checked in. Room was spotless clean and perfect for a two night stay. Breakfast was convenient and just enough for what you need. Again the staff and manageress were lovely and really helpful. A true credit to the hotel. No issues at all with the hotel. Would recommend if visiting Delft.

I recently stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I couldn't have had a better experience. First of all, it's located very close to the train station and tram stop, making it perfect for exploring other towns nearby. Then, it's within walking distance to the city centre (less than 5 minutes), but in a quiet area. Secondly, the hotel is modern, very clean and comfortable and very stylish (plus, very good value for money). And the staff was super helpful. I'd definitely go back.

I had a short stay here. The hotel's location is great as it's just near the Delft central train station and has easy access to the city and the university. The room was standard and sufficient enough for basic hotel room needs. I missed the refrigerator for cold water.

We stay around 30 nights. I am form corporate company and we have initiate an email with Ms Nina for the tie up because our many team members frequently travel and stay around 15-30 days. Still we don't receive any confirmation on best tarrif so we continue our stay in future.

Pleasant staff and good food selection for breakfast. The only downside for me was the shower. The partitions were inadequate and not properly paced to prevent water from running throughout the bath. In addition the shower floor drain was slow to drain.
