Overall, it was a nice stay. However, the payment process with the duplicate amount of payment it was confusing with me, I booked and pay throught Booking, and at the moment of payment in the hotel for the municipality tax that it was around 4,5 EUR it was ok, then I noticed that also took around 165 EUR from my Card, when I talked in the reception the lady that made the recepction process mentioned that it was for a reservation fee that later will be send back after my stay at the next day. Around 22 hrs other person from the Hotel call me that it was a mistake and it was a double payment that must be solved, at my leave this matter was solve. I really appreciate the transparency. The room was ok, everybody was friendly.
