Clean, standard hotel. Very kind room service. It’s a pity that the receptionist was so impolite. I was working in the lobby and wanted to get a glass of water. Behind the reception there was a small bar without staff. I went there, took a glass and wanted to fill it with water. She came and warned me that it was not allowed to go behind the bar, and that if I needed water I could go to the toilet and drink from there. I was left speechless..

As we arrived by train to Delft by train from Rotterdam the location of the hotel could not have been better. The hotel is best described as “no frills” but was perfectly adequate for our stay and will re-book for our next visit.
