The key cards were not working. I had to be walked to my room and my room was very far from the elevator. I forgot something in my room m, had to go down the hall, to the elevator, ti the front desk to get an escort ti go back up. I was told I could have “called.” I then asked if I could have a room closer to the elevator and I was told no. Then I said I could at least have a free breakfast. I was told, “breakfast would be very crowded and they couldn’t give me a free breakfast. I asked to talk to a nanager but was told there was no manager on duty. I later talked to another employee and was told that they should have been more accommodating and that I could have breakfast. I finally got the key card at 9:30 PM. Overall, very bad customer service from the first person who was at the desk.

Staff is totally disengaged and unfriendly. Check in takes long and every time guests need to fill out a paper form with the address and contact details, which makes the process very lengthy.

The room was well presented and ticked all the boxes. However, the breakfast was very disappointing — the variety was poor and the selection felt boring, much like the weather: cool and plain.
