Very friendly welcome with drink despite arriving at midnight. Protein stain on duvet cover 20 cm from the top edge was disgusting and should not be there at all. Not reported at night due to time.

rooms were very tidy but very small. very disappointed concerning breakfast as 15 euro for what you get is way to expensive. bread was hard and not fresh, orange juice had a powder taste, fruit not fresh..

Staff great, disabled room on 5th floor(!), too small, bathroom fixtures inadequate; overall totally unsuitable

Staff all friendly and helpful. Disabled room booked for mother and daughter; mother 89 and walks with difficulty. Disabled room on 5th floor; if a fire she could not get downstairs! Signage for disabled room featured wheel chair which would not get through the door. Room very small. 2 single beds both narrow and alongside each other. No mirror or waste bin in bedroom. Bathroom had no hooks for clothing by shower, no shelving for toiletries and no hand rails anywhere.Small corridor leading to room no light and room itself very dark as no extra lighting; disabled can also mean issue with sight! Overall not value for money and totally inappropriate. Breakfast at 17 euros p.p.p.day without any alternative overpriced although well presented.
