Just good food and drinks. Enjoy a great cold beer and a hearty meal in our restaurant. Nothing fancy, but just good food. Perfect after a hard day's work.

I have stayed IBIS over the last few years, however this location has dropped the standard of IBIS. Room not cleaned daily. Shower tray blocked, only 3-4 mins of a shower possible due to overflow of water onto bathroom floor. Garbage left in room until day 3.... The room is v small for the price. AC did not work. No tea/coffee available in room (Was informed by reception it is available in the lobby). However when I went to the lobby, the machine is used by everyone, there were used cups and spillages at the machine (v messy). Restaurant menu extremely limited. Only 3x main (meat) courses. No veg served with meal. No veg option. Breakfast was v cold on 2 of the mornings. Disappointing.

The refugees don't let us rest; we've just come from work, and the children are constantly making noise, playing everywhere. The elevator is constantly being used, and if you're on the 5th floor, you have to walk up and down the stairs all the time. Otherwise, it's fine; the staff is attentive, and the hotel is good.
