I appreciate having my requests met, for a higher floor and quiet room. Room itself was adequate and clean. However the quality of reception staff was mixed - for checkout, reception was just approachable. I used the hotel buffet breakfast for all 4 nights' stay. The restaurant staff were most interested in their phones than running the low-maintenance breakfast service: making sure the toaster is working, the jams were available (the selection was available only for 1 of my 4 mornings), tables were cleared in a timely manner for the next wave of guests. Overall, the staff performance was as expected from a very budget-level hotel, though the price of hotel stay was very expensive for a budget hotel.
