The hotel, the rooms, the food & facilities, were all great. However, I needed to get the invoice to submit as expense report to my employer. I asked at the beginning of my stay to add my employers name/details to the invoice. At check-out, the desk staff was unable to hand me the invoice, ended up writing my e-mail address on a post-it and being told they'll send it later. Next day nothing received, so I call. They ask again for my e-mail, which I spell phonetically in order not to get the spelling right. I'm told they'll send it soon, but nothing, so I call back, and end up re-spelling my e-mail address (they misspelled). Again nothing, call back once more, spell it again, and again they misspelled it. Then instead of calling, I send a mail asking to reply to my mail with the invoice, again nothing. I call the next week, the person on the phone now actually spoke clearly and with care (previous ones I could barely understand), I spelled the e-mail address again (it was once more misspelled in the system) and then finally I got the invoice, but without the employers details, so I mailed back and then received the updated invoice. Sorry but, it's completely ridiculous to have to go through like 5-6 phone calls and several mails to get an invoice. At one point I also reached the hotel late in the night, spoke Dutch to the staff member, and got soft mumbling back, initially could not even hear which language was being spoken. It turned out the be English, but strong accent and very soft/mumbling, had to ask to repeat every sentence and had to actually lean over the desk to even hear the person. All due respect, your desk staff seemed unwilling to really help or put in some effort to get a problem solved (except for the last person who actually sent the invoice immediately).
