I have not been rewarded the 4 nights in my account, I have stayed from the 14th until the 18th, but as we had a booking in France as well from the 15th until the 17th they granted us only 2 nights for this booking, which I think is not fair, I should get the additional 2 nights for my stay at your hotel , or all 4 nights and none for the France booking

Me and my partner are nightcrawlers. We like to visit the Baroeg Open Air festival, the SoundVille and the Dutch Doom Days and such. Coming home to find a tarsier waiting for us seems freakishly appropriate. Did you know the are called 'ghostanimals' in dutch?

Nice hotel, good location overlooking park, minimal road noise. Had requested, and was allocated, a room away from stairs/lifts. Excellent blackout curtains. Room safe didn't work and couldn't be fixed. Was told on arrival that stay was fully paid, but on departure this wasn't the case (I had booked sometime ago and couldn't remember). Couldn't work out how to adjust the air conditioning, some instructions would have helped.

I had a lovely stay in a lovely, peaceful setting. Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, there is no parking available on own premises. You will need to park at the Ahoy site, where it is very expensive.

Location near the park is great, everything was clean and tidy. I had a terrible night sleep because of a weird clicking noise near and in the room. I mentioned it at the desk the next day and he just said "oh, too bad". Paying a crazy amount of money, not being able to sleep properly and then hearing that, well, I'll not be returning if I can help it.

Stayed for two nights to do the local parkrun. Great location for that, although not much else to do in the area. Rooms very comfortable, although the big drawback is the fact that the door closing mechanisms mean that the doors close very firmly, very quickly and very loudly. When the person in the room next door came and went and came back again in the night, I was disturbed three times. The room shook!

Hotel as such is nice, people at the desk are friendly. Pity you cannot switch off the airco at night, mine was making a scraping noise all night and it was way too cold. Big minus: You cannot get close to the hotel without passing the "Ahoy" gates which cost you €21. That is brutal so unless you go walking, the parking/access to the hotel is €21(not owned by IBIS by the way. M< hotelroom was next to the upper deck of the parking garage who have very bright light on all night. But...the curtains are very good so no issue. The room was above IBIS average so plenty of space.

I booked this hotel since it was close to Ahoy for a concert we were attending. Fabulous choice! We walked across the parking lot to the Ahoy, which was perfect. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel, and the restaurant food was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. Loved the funky decor.
