Unable to reach the hotel by car, no parking available when busy at Ahoy while the website indicates different.

When you are already warning your customers at the reception desk that there might be cues for breakfast in the morning and advising to arrive at breakfast before 8am, then you're essentially acknowledging that you have way too low capacity. And indeed, when we got down for our booked and paid breakfast there was a queue of at least 30 people waiting. We didn't feel like waiting for 30+ minutes and bailed. The only positive is that they refunded our breakfast without hassle.

Unfortunately still problems with check in even after several of calls previous days. All rooms were paid for on the 3rd of November but system was not updated after some searching Jelle confirmed all was setteled
