The team (especially Joane), have done an amazing job of catering for our needs helping overcome any problems that came from the chaotic way I made the booking. All staff were kind and polite to a large group of teenage/ young adults.

Overall experoience was good, at check-in the waitingtime was a bit long

Check in procedure was weirdly and unnecessarily long, room and dinner were great. Had to pay for parking twice which was not communicated to me through Ahoy or Ibis, but all together a fine stay.

Slowest Check-in ever and frozen room

It took 30 min to check-in with 3 people before. Iwanted to rest before dinner and see the gym, but it took so long that I had to hurry up, leave the luggage and go out for dinner. The room had a temperature up to 19°C with only possiblity to increase 3°C (once the key is in the plug, otherwise temperature turns down to 19°C again...). After 8 hours temperature increased up to 20,5°C, definitely too cold.
