Good experience, got to check in early, asked for a kettle for the room and also an extra pillow. Very comfortable bed, bathroom was a good size only slight issue the hose on the shower wouldn’t sit straight so water went to the side , and the mugs weren’t replaced so had to ask for clean ones. The hotel was quiet at night even with the window open, we didn’t have breakfast but there is a nice little bar and seats to sit outside. There is a handy supermarket jsif a few steps away, Was good value.

Overall it's average. But few things I am a bit disappointed. Guests have to pay for locker to store luggage temporarily and it's not cheap. and no kettle/cups in room for boiling water for tea. the lamp on the mirror will be off randomly in my room I had to switch off and on the main light switch to turn it on. Most disappointed is no shelf in the toilet. only two hooks and a towel rack. I think could install some shelfs or more bars to hang clothes or person cleaning stuff.

Good rooms and spacious shower. Staff at check-in wasn't the friendliest, didn't give explanations about breakfast hours or ask if parking was needed and it felt like check in was rushed but the rest of the staff (during the day and at night) were super friendly. Cleaning crew did an amazing job also and it's good that the window can be open for fresh air. The room is missing a second dustbin in the room.
