Check in was easy having been met by a very pleasant young lady. We would have been offered an upgrade but none of the rooms had been cleaned and as we had been travelling for a while and wanted to freshen up we gladly accepted a standard room. The room was a typical Ibis room with everything needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food. The staff on evening duty were equally helpful and friendly. All staff spoke perfect English. Check out was easy. The area near the hotel has plenty of attractions, the cube houses, the market hall, the main shopping street, the maritime museum and plenty of restaurants. I thoroughly recommend this Ibis hotel. I am returning in April and am looking forward to it.

Was the perfect location, hotel in the city centre but did not hear all the hum and drum of a city centre, super affordable, staff were so helpful. Best of all was the bed was super comfy - I had the best sleep and the shower was plenty hot.
