Good: Excellent location (from the train station and the main tourist attractions) Quiet - but the hotel was likely empty Some staff members are very competent A kettle is available upon request Bad: The services: if you arrive early and the room is ready, you need to pay to access the room. You can leave your luggage, but you need to pay a fee. This is widely different from other Accor hotels around the world. The staff: it felt like talking with people who read from a script. When a question went off-script, the discussion simply ended The amenities: the room was dark, the mattress was old and would move during the night. Accor hotels have changed their mattresses across the past years, this hotel was visibly not on the list. The walls are so thin that they move when someone enters or exits their room.

Feedback: There should be a trash can in the room. The air conditioning should be adjustable, it was freezing cold in the room! The shower was bad, when you adjusted it to the right temperature, the water suddenly came out ice cold or really hot. The breakfast could be a little more extensive. There were no hand towels in the toilet at all! Otherwise I like the hotel, the location is ok and the room is otherwise functional and clean.

Easy to find and located in a great quiet spot close to everything! Clean hotel. Highlight was by far all the reception staff. So helpful and friendly with directions, recommendations, etc. breakfast was basic but had the required hot and cold options. Supermarket across the street. Train station a 5 minute walk.
