Scenic and central location, plus friendly staff. Delighted to find a proper accessible room with good sized bathroom with decent pull-down shower seat with arms, rather than a small seat and no arm supports. This caters for a variety of disabilities.

Good place to stay. One wish would be to be able to enjoy coffee/tea in the room with kettle and cups provided. The hotel offers beverages downstairs which is appreciated but some element of self service would be useful.

The location of the hotel is great - you get a calm neighbouring area with a big shop in the vicinity and main transport hubs nearby (Blaak & Beurs). The hotel itself is fine, but the rooms seem to be lacking simple things to make them much pleasant to stay in. First of all, even though there is an electric kettle, there are no cups to be found, which makes brewing hot beverages a bit more of a hassle. The kettle itself is put in such a place, that there is no way to get it connected to a socket apart from moving it - not a deal-breaker at all, but an inconvenience nonetheless. The bathroom does not seem to have any switch for more robust ventilation as well, it is more important since the shower door used seems to be a bit too fancy with it's "handle" - it's simply a hole in the door, so if the shower is positioned in a specific way, it may cause water to flow out. I was a bit surprised there are no water fountains in this Ibis, as they seem to be a great balance between having water close-by and not producing tons of plastic. Of course, tap water is potable, so this is again not a dealbreaker, but still if someone enjoys carbonated water it doesn't do much. A good idea is having a separate card for the electricity circuit.
