Our aim is to provide a comfortable and efficient environment for all our guests, with amenities such as complimentary high-speed WiFi, air-conditioned rooms with panoramic views of Rotterdam, and a variety of room types to cater to different preferences and needs. However, we note your concerns regarding the parking fees and the water pressure during your stay. We understand that parking charges can be an unexpected expense, and we strive to maintain competitive rates while offering convenient parking right behind our hotel. Regarding the water pressure, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Please know that we are continually working on maintaining and improving our facilities to ensure our guests have a seamless experience. We understand that having a suitable workspace is essential for our business travelers, and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused by the absence of a desk in our standard and superior rooms. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would like to clarify that all our rooms are indeed equipped with a work desk, with additional executive room features for those needing more space or amenities. Furthermore, we value your input on our sustainability initiatives and would like to note that we have several initiatives that we implement, like the use of 'Made blue' water. An accumulation of several initiatives have a positive impact, but we understand that there is always room for more improvement.
