Everything was adequate and functional. My only negative feedback is that charging parking fee's for paying hotel guests in this location is not in line with what other hotels in the area do ( they do not charge).

However, we note your concerns regarding the parking fees and the water pressure during your stay. Room and bed sheet not clean at all. I was injured and bleeding from my head in the shower due to iron fixed on the wall but with no any purpose. in case of need i have pictures.

As usual staying at Novotel Brainpark was simply WONDERFUL. I do feel like HOME! The staff is always welcoming! And I was surprised by such attention to detail with a decorated room for my b-day, which just so happened to be during my stay.

No desk in the brain park hotel rooms

This is a business hotel in a so called brain park next to a university. There is no desk to work on in a standard or superior room. To get a desk you need an "executive" room. This is totally riduclous for a business hotel. If I had known I would never have booked it. So I am telling you so you don't make the same mistake as me. Cheaper hotels have desks --> avoid this Novotel if you need to work in the evenings.
