Average: the arrival at the reception was a bit disappointing. Travelling with 2 small kids and room was not yet ready after 3pm. Then one very big red flag was no water at all in the room on the second day of our stay... No sink water , no bath water ... First time experiencing this issue in a hotel. Positive point : very good breakfast (even though half of the coffee machines were out of service meaning crazy ling queue to get a coffee.. , also the 3 juice dispensers were out of service ... Room has space.

Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Unfortunately my room is not ready when I arrived even registered my expected check in time online before my arrival. Also the shower is weak in the bathroom.
