Great service, but noisy stay

The arrival and stay went very smoothly. Only I had not expected the construction site beside the building to start with heavy construction at 6am. Also, I had problems with the ventilation. It said it was "off" but made a lot of noise, even after following the reception's instructions.

when we arrived couldf not check-in into the room 'cause it was not ready yet, could enter after 15:40 only. @ breakfast there was a huge queue, both before entering the restaurant an than inside, @ coffee machine.

Honestly, the stay was pretty average, house keeping was ordinary and so was the guest service, however the standard of services in Asia is way better than in Europe
