Very clean hotel, the staff is very polite and helpful. Even if I made a mistake and I reserved twice for the same period, they accept my mistake and move my second reservation for another period without any penalty. Check-in/check-out formalities are very quickly, the breakfast has a large variety of food and good coffee (kindly recommendation: please put at the coffee machines some small cups for espresso!). I was very impressed by the hotel initiative for a better environment: they offer the possibility to quit at housekeeping service and OFFER TO THEIR CUSTOMERS A VOUCHER OF 5 EUROS. In my opinion, this means they really care about environment and customers, even it is a marketing campaign, they offer something additional for free (not are satisfied just with a sticker put on the bathroom mirror, with the well-known text "Dear customer, in all of the World, laundries are using tones of detergents for...bla-bla-bla"). So, hats off for this initiative, Novotel Brainpark Rotterdam. I really appreciate this campaign and i'll choose you every time i'll be in Rotterdam/The Hague.

Made very welcome at this hotel - all staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was fine - generously-sized with tea/coffee-making facilities and individual toiletries. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed a lunch in the restaurant. Very well-located for Erasmus University and reasonable distance to tram and metro stops.

I called the hotel at 8:30 PM to confirm I can come for a later check-in after midnight. I came at 2:50 - and no one answers the door It is locked and no answer for the buzzer. I went to the Marriot nearby (mind you going down to the parking garage and going to the machine to pay etc with suitcases. Marriot said they can't check in as a new guest after 2 am so they call your hotel your team said they didn't hear or whatever .. I took suitcases again entered the car- parked, and they were there. this is not acceptable they gave me a sandwich and thought that is more than enough If I were you I would comp the room. I spoke to the guy the lobby in the morning, and he said sorry and that's it Anyway, cant trust Novotel for service or for taking responsibility.

You gym is awful. A hotel with such price should have at least a bigger and more equipped gym.

I stayed for 5 nights at Novotel Brainpark. It was a comfortable stay. For a five-star rating hotel, I had expected more, below are my feedbacks to improve further the customer satisfaction. Suggestions to improve: 1. Increase the internet speed 2. Provide free water bottles (the first day, there was a water bottle provided but after the first day, the water bottle was not renewed 3. Also, usually 4-star provides free fruits like apple but this was missing 4. Provide moisturizer, on the first day, I was searching for a moisturizer at the hotel but came to know there is no moisturizer provided. Again, usually the 4-star hotels that I've stayed usually provides moisturizers 6. The gym was very very small, try to extend it with more equipments and more space for multiple users to use at once 7. The couch that I had in my room had stains and the couch was not very comfy, it was bit too stiff

Hotel location is very close to the Erasmus Business school , which makes it convenient for work in the university. Rooms were clean and spacious. The city breakfast was more than sufficient. The restaurant has a wide choice for food. It only gets a bit crowded during Monday evenings , but that is understandable.
