Near the university area, away from downtown's hustle and bustle stands this great Novotel. Yet, Rotterdam city can be reached in 25 minutes, Novotel Brainpark's comfortable rooms can help finding rest after a turbulent business or sightseeing day. Quality of the bed is excellent and chromecast TV is working fine (this is the only Novotel/Mercure so far where it was really working). Many thanks for the personalised welcome experience!

Parking and location was great. Room nice but was cold in December & building entrance issues.

Great hotel, stayed there many times. Satisfied and looks like the rooms bathrooms/showers got an upgrade which is great. Parking and location is awesome. Staff is friendly and rooms are nice. Rooms were a bit cold in my opinion for December and couldn't seem to get them warmer before the heating cut out, and the front entrance/back doors were being repaired it seems so was some shenanigans with going through different doors and stuff. Back door is a hazard in the wind though might need to change that door before someone's finger gets cut off.
