Hello, Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. The room was comfortable, and we especially appreciated the baby cot being prepared for our 9-month-old, along with the small blanket. Thank you for that thoughtful attention. I would like to share two constructive remarks regarding our experience. First, during breakfast, a staff member named Najib asked for our room number and then contacted reception to verify whether we were entitled to breakfast. As I am Belgian, I understand Dutch, even though I spoke English. While I understand that checks may be necessary, I found the situation somewhat lacking in discretion and professionalism, especially when questions were also raised about our baby having breakfast. It left us feeling uncomfortable and as though our presence there was being questioned. Second, during check-in, there was some confusion regarding our family room booking. While discussing a solution, the reception staff spoke together in Dutch about pricing and a commercial gesture offered to us, apparently assuming we would not understand. Although we appreciated the gesture, it was awkward to hear internal discussions taking place directly in front of us. These comments are intended as constructive feedback only.
