We were happily surprised that hotel offered us so many benefits like free parking, late check out, free drinks and snacks etc. Each time when we need, hotel staffs were very kind and friendly to help. Besides that, even the hotel is not located at the center of the city, but it is very close to public transportation to visit downtown. Room we lived in is large and clean. This is the best Novotel hotel (among all Novotel and Mercure) we lived in during our 15 nights summer vacations trip around Europe.
