I have been many times at the Novotel Brainpark and until now I have had no reason to look for other alternatives. But the new regulation wrt the car park is annoying for the guest. Previously, it was possible to get the number of parking tickets corresponding to the number of nights handed out at check-in. This seems not possible anymore and I need to cue every morning to get a new ticket, which I find an unreasonable demand for frequent costumers.

It is still posible to buy the amount of tickets you need during check-in. Also, in de machine there is the option to buy a ticket for three days of even for a whole week. If case you are interested, we would be pleased to show to these options but ofcourse it also fine to just buy them directly at the reception. On checking in I was told I had to pay €21 for breakfast despite my booking confirmation stating it was included. I have contacted the hotel explaining this issue and I have had a resolution yet. Not only was I charged for breakfast the quality of the breakfast was not up to standard, and certainly not worth €21.

It's OK. Not luxury but good enough for a decent night rest. Restaurant staff must understand Dutch natives might overhear what's all being said about their customers. If you say about them, what are you saying about me? The parking policy makes no sense to me, as an in-house customer this should be part of the hotel fees.

I’m still waiting for the receipt which I urgently need in order to do my company expense report. I was told I would receive it via email. I have also tried to contact the hotel but so far no response.

In general the hotel is not too bad, but it really requires some renovation, at least for the rooms (lobby, restaurant etc. are okay).

Although we had pointed out that we need a disabled car park we met no understanding in the reception upon arrival - because the 3 disabled car parks were occupied by taxis! However, rest of our stay the reception as well as restaurant staff were very polite and helpful.

I use to go to the Novotel Brainpark approximately 30x per year, and it's always a pleasure to feel welcome. The recently installed system to register guests, restaurant orders etc is working well. The only improvement that I would suggest is attention for follow up of guests in the restaurant. Sometimes I need to wait for several minutes to see someone and they rarely come spontaneously to your table to ask if you need anything.
