The toilet were stuck (water was flowing very slowly), and nobody solved the issue despite I mentionned it at the front desk immediately after the checkin. Furthermore, the neighbourhood was quite noisy (people talking very loud in the corridor when going to their room after 23h, shouts in the parking, etc ...). i know this is independent from you, but I had a very bad night.
