We (two adults, one child) stayed for approx 5 nights in a triple. The room is almost exactly as shown in the photos and very small. Two adults share a double bed and a single bed folds down from the cabinet. One rather thin towel each person, and when I asked for replacement towels during my stay, I felt like housekeeping was keeping tabs on how many were used. The breakfast buffet was just sad. The only hot thing was scrambled eggs (no bacon/ham/sausage, no pancakes, no waffles), and the eggs were luke warm and sour. The rest of the buffet consisted of sliced breads, small croissants, 3 kinds of cold cuts, one sliced cheese, one spreadable cheese, sliced cucumbers, tomato wedges, cold hard boiled eggs, a couple kinds of yogurts, and junk cereals and sprinkles. Fruit was the same apples and oranges that look like they've been sitting there for days. Starting from day two, we walked across the street to the Fletcher Hotel where the breakfast is much better and is only one euro more per person. However, just like other Ibis's we've stayed at, the people working there are always nice, professional, and helpful; it's not their fault that the "budget" feeling of this particular Ibis is so noticeable and prominent. There is parking possible at the hotel either by the hour or by the day. There is free bike parking right outside of the hotel.

The overall stay was fine, but the bed this time was terrible. Normally the beds are fine at the Ibis Budgets that I've stayed at. When I sat down on the edge of the bed the mattrass caved in and the slatted bed base was so squeaky that I was worried all night that it would collapse. The mattress was very thin and unsupportive. At reception I asked them to have it seen to. They said they had and briefly the bed was marginally better then gradually got worse again. I was there for 3 nights and didn't sleep very well because of it. I found it really below standard.

Basic Hotel. have stayed here 4 times and they usually do not see in the system my Accor gold status, do not see that I booked from accor app, + usually they do not see that I have bought breakfast, So I keep on reminding them about these each time and after extensive long check they confirm. I do not think it is fault of these girls at reception but is more management issue: system and process problem. In other hotels of Accor I feel special as gold member, but definitely not in this hotel. I am also VIP at Radisson rewards and they never screw up those things even in Prize (their equivalent of Ibis budget) -> you will feel special always.

The location and the price of this stay were great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the airconditioning worked amazingly. The problem for me was that the bed was not comfortable at all. The very thin matress with very thin pillows caused a sleepless night for me. It would have also been nice to know beforehand that the wardrobe in the room is a folded up bed and not a space to put clothes, so I had to live out of my suitcase. But other than that, a good stay for a reasonable price.
