Was in Melbourne on business for 3 days. First time at the Ibis Style in Southbank and I was presently surprise l, the rooms were good size, very clean and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at the IBIS Style again. Thank you

Shower was great, hot and good pressure. The room had a kettle with tea bags but no instant coffee sachets. Nice to have a bar in the foyer. We were able to relax and have a drink before we went out. Would like to stay again when we are in the city.

Easy check-in. The man at the desk was friendly and efficient. The bathroom and beds worked. The fridge was broken. Lack of privacy for two people in the twin room since the bedroom and bathroom are all in one.
