All very basic , but air quality in rooms poor , stagnet, stale and smelly when you come back after A. day , then you can smell proxies from other rooms eg toast in the morning ! I can see how awful it must have been for people in covid when they locked them up in PMA e like this… your just breathing everyone else’s germs … gross

Having arrived early from interstate the team went out of their way to have my room ready and the service from staff throughout the week was fantastic. The room was perfect for my needs, nice modern, clean room and bathroom, and the bed was so comfy. I needed to leave early every morning and they had my breakfast to go ready for me everyday.

It's a great location and the superior queen room is pretty well appointed. The housekeeping was mixed, they could do with a better vacuum cleaner or actually vacuum, and dusting could be vastly improved. On the other hand, they took notice of things that needed replacing and even provided some cutlery for me, which was great. Water pressure in the shower was amazing, and my overall experience was pretty good, the chromecast on the tv actually worked which was nice.
