Absolutely lovely stay from start to end, the ladies at reception are the kindest and are very welcoming! Rooms are in good condition, and all status benefits are given. The only thing I can give feedback on is how the body wash/shampoo/etc is not replaced when it's empty, rather refilled. I have noticed this since my first stay last year, and the bottles are very grimy, I understand it is good for the environment but they should be replaced once in a while, the ones in the room I was in had all brown stuff around the lids.

Our stay was good. Check in was easy, the room comfortable and breakfast was just what we needed. My only comments would be that the safe in room 305 door was open and couldn’t be closed. This was only an issue based on its location which was at the bedside table and the heavy door was a trip hazard. Secondly, it’s very minor but the perfume scent in the lobby was really overpowering and not a very nice smell at all. This was off putting to me as I could smell it as soon as the main doors opened.
