I had a fantastic experience here, largely thanks to Mauve at the front desk. After my original accommodation was cancelled last minute while I was already in Melbourne, she went above and beyond to find me a room at an excellent price. Even with a late check-in at 10:30 PM, the team was incredibly welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and far exceeded my expectations for the price point. Highly recommended!

Cleaners dump my rubbish bin, bun liner and rubbish in bag on top off my oral care products (toothbrush and tongue scrapper) and forgot to remove the evidence from the room. Came back to the room to find this conduct had taken place! Im pissed off - disrespectful, unhygienic and disgusting! The cleaner needs to be sacked! Occurred 02Apr
